R3AD_BUPA_KNVH queue Error
Hie guys,
I have a strange error coming when system tries to replicate hierarchy to CRM.
Error says "Customer XXXXXXX in sales area O 50006277 0008 has no data in the customer hierarchy"
does any one know what caused this error?
I tried to debug and found that system is looking in table CRMM_BUT_BUHI_1 for an entry... but i dont know how to have this table updated!!!!

The ECC will still send create queues if disconnected. But the queues would go into SYSFAIL. It could be that a job is scheduled on the ECC to try to restart queues stuck queues. Either that, or someone manually started the old queues. The queues MUST be coming from the ECC side.
Normally, if you're disconnecting or shutting down either system for a short time, note 764081 should be followed.
In htis case, it makes no snese to process queues dating from several years ago. I would suggest deleting them by scheduling one of background jobs RSTRFCID or RSTRFCIDS to run in the background. With RSTRFCIDS you can speicfy a timeframe and ensure only old queues are deleted. Afterwards, you can sue DIMa to check for data inonsistencies (see note 531217). In a worst case scenario you could repeat the initial laod but this shouldn't really be necessary.

SamarjitSounds like you switched backends on the CRM system. You can only have one ERP backend connected to a CRM system, in a normal typical landscape without special customizing.
You may also had a system that was copied from the original backend that is now trying to send bdocs to your crm system. Can you tell us a little more about your system landscape and we can then see what needs to be done? -

Alert Monitoring - ID failures and Queue errors
Hi,
In our project we need to trigger alerts for cases apart from Mapping Errors, Application Errors and Adapter Erors like the cases mentioned below :
1. A Message gets stuck in the QUEUE of ECC system
2. The ID has errors like the Receiver Determination has errors.
How can we trigger the Alerts and see them in Our Alert Inbox .

For runtime errors , you can trigger an alert.
I don't think so, it is possible to trigger an alert when message is stuck in Queue, but if you get any error either system error or application error then you can trigger an alert.

My macbook pro does not print through my PC to my EPSON RX 500 after loading OS X 10.7.4. It shows on the print queue "error" However, it will print if I directly connect my laptop to this printer via the USB connection. Any ideas?
It's all about setting up what ever version of windows you have running on your pc to share the printer. If you still get stuck post in a windows forum for help.

I have some "qRFC Outbound queue errors" in the production system of R/3 and the target system is CRM.
The status is "SYSFAIL " .

It's a very simple error. You have to check with your Security System Administrator if the user has included in your profile the authorization object S_RFCACL. Before this you have to define RFC Trusted / Trusting Systems in your Landscape.

I want to record the transaction MM01, i am on sap4.0 B, the moment i do the recording and click save , it shows a dialog box saying get transaction, then i click on yes, at that moment it throws an error

Hi,
We are working in PI7.0. We have implemented an integration scenario where we use iDocs and BPMs.
When we start the workflow, we get the following error in queues: "Copy Sender from Payload: Sender is Missing in Pay", and the queue gets blocked.
In another similar scenario, we use the same iDoc header directed to the same destination, and the queues do not get blocked.
Which is the problem?

1. Cross check the mapping again, have you assigned all the required fields for header mapping
2. If you are not doing header mapping in payload then Cross check in Integration directory that the checkbox " Apply control from payload" in receiver comm. channel for IDOC is unchecked.

my problem is that when i tries to import the queue from DEV in PRD server its throwing an error

SMQ2 (Inbound Queue) : Error occurred during character conversion
Hi,
In SMQ2 an Inbound Queue has failed with status text "Error occurred during character conversion". The XML message inside this queue is in waiting status with status text " Scheduled for Outbound Processing" .
Even after cancelling this message from SXMB_MONI, and reposting the PO, still again the queue and the XML message inside the queue are in same status.
As this is in XI production system, requesting to provide some suggestion ASAP.

Mateen.The queue status is still sysfail. There is only 1 message waiting in the queue.
I think that the queue might be locked for some reason and after unlocking the queue and restarting the message, the message will get processed successfully.
But before working on this I want to make sure that the queue is locked.
Do you or anyone else know how and from where can I check whether the queue is locked or unlocked?

I think you have mapped this field (BGUA holding infoobject) to number or key figure field.
Check your mapping in transformation form ODS to CUBE.

After transfering the data from R/3 to APO system it going in error mode as show in transaction code /N/SAPAPO/CQ. But after selecting and activating the , it is clear and updating the APO Tables. Can it be automatic, please suggest the solution ?

1) Check Distribution definition & object specific settings are made under
APO customisation
2) Check the performance of livecache using basis team
3) Carry out /sapapo/ccr for the transactional data which is often
getting struck
4) Check whether any sysfails/errors/queues struck in the system,
study the application logs and take corrective action and then
retransfer and check
5) If the above points did not resolve your query, mention the
error you are facing

In SXMB_MONI, the inbound message got struck in the queue and I got the Queue Status as "Stop". The error message in SMQ2 is "SYSFAIL". How to resolve this?

I will tell you my whole scenario here under.
I need to post multiple IDOCs from a single flat file.
For that I have created one BPM to post Multiple IDOCs. Here I have used Java Pgm for Mapping. This mapping program will create a structure as that of IDOC. So we need two transasitions to do this.
One is from File to BPM and another one is from BPM to SAP System.
File to BPM is working fine and its status is success flag in SXMB_MONI. But for BPM to SAPSystem, I got struck. Even no error messages except that Queue Stop Message.
Even I have checked it in SXMB_ADM. There it doesnt contain the parameter for QRFC_RESTSRT_ALLOWED. This parameter is under subParameter.
Since I dont know anything in XI Admin, I am feared to touch those things. And tell me one thing, it seems that my scenario will come under TRFC, then how come I have to activate QRFC. Just tell me the difference btwn the two.
And also, if we do that(what you have said) will it be processed automatically or it will be mannually processed.
