R6034 error message

I have recently updated my itunes and I keep getting the R6034 error message and I cant open itunes anymore. As you can imagine I'm razzed off with Apple for this happening. What can I do?

I've been having the same problem for over a week now, or since the update to iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows. I keep getting the "Runtime Error: R6034 - An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly". I have removed & re-installed iTunes 3x, and I am unable to get the program to load. My iPad Calendar & Reminders have now lost their data on the device. I was backing it up on my laptop, but can’t backup/restore  it now since I can’t get iTunes up & running. iCloud has my data but not a current backup.
