RAC enterprise manager show no instance

Question

Hi ,
I have 2 RAC nodes
I can login to enterprise manager , and i can see that the DB is up
EM can feel there is 2 instances , but when i click on the link, or go to availability tab , i see No Instances !!!
Any thoughts please

Before changing the file stop the agent.
