Radeon hd 6370m driver problem

If you can help me to fix my notebook lenovo g570ah :
- core i5 2450
- hdd 500
- 8gb ddr
- hd 6730m
I have a win 7 ultimate x64 version. After I instal hd6370 driver my browser firefox stop working (when I opening mozzila i can;t type ,just not responding at any action than minimize and close) . Also whit ather browser i have problemes :
- when i wach youtube image freezes
- ather times i can't scrooling the page
I mentioned that is not i flash problem, becouse after i uninstall hd6370 everything cames back to normal.
What I supposed to do? HELLPPPP!

I fixed myself in the end. Just swich hd6370 manualy not automaticaly .

AMD Radeon HD 7400M driver problem - causing lag

hi, I got the Windows 10 upgrade on my HP Pavilion DV6 6053ea and I noticed it taking much longer than usual to boot up and also to restore from sleep. I get a black screen for over a minute before things appear on screen. I disabled the AMD Radeon HD 7400M in device manager and boot up was far faster. The link that you provided shows that there are no Windows 10 drivers available for your product at this time. I recommend using the Go back to an earlier build option, in your System Settings:HP Notebook PCs - Upgrading to Windows 10
Once you are back to your original Operating System, check to see if you are experiencing the same issue. If not, then you may consider holding off on the Windows 10 update for a few weeks, until drivers can be updated. Please let me know if this information was helpful by clicking the thumbs up below.

Ati Radeon HD 6370M code 43 in device manager after installing driver - can't get GPU to work

I have bought a second hand HP laptop recently and I am having hard time installing GPU drivers and getting it to work at all.. so here is my story:
I was told that the product I bought is a HP Pavillion DV7-4142eo. I have removed the battery and checked the labels under it - and indeed the manufacturers labeled it as a DV7 4142eo laptop.
HOWEVER - and now comes the fun part - the product number in the bios (XZ288UAR#ABA) belongs to the HP Pavilion dv7-4263cl. This is also true according to hp automatic product detection app.
I used the system information tool on windows 7 and pcidatabase.com to determine the models of the graphic cards in my laptop. It turns out it has an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 and an Ati Radeon HD 6370M gpu.
First I tried to install the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Graphics driver, because this gpu belongs to the DV7-4142eo laptop. It didnt work, in the windows 7 device manager I got two times "standard vga graphic adapter" showing.
Next I tried tried autodetection and used amddriverdownloader. This tool recomended installing the following driver: 13-9-legacy-vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe . After installing this driver the integrated graphic card ( ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250) works perfectly but I the other one - the more powerful one, the Ati Radeon HD 6370M - doesn't work. In the device manager it is labeled as "standard vga graphic adapter". Installing its own driver doesn't work as it results in the problem stated in the Subject.
What do you suggest me to do? Do you think code 43 means that my laptop's GPU is broken? Please help.

I would go with the product code...and say it is a HP Pavilion dv7-4263cl Entertainment Notebook PC.
Accordingly, this would be the only AMD graphics driver you can use.
Uninstall all previous graphics drivers and reboot before attempting to install this one.

Lenovo T400 screen goes dark issue, some video driver problem

Problem/Issue:
Driver problem appeard after upgrading from XP to Windows 7.
From the Device Manager I saw that ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 was not working properly and
a) I did the "update driver software." After restart the screen light was darker than usual. (This was usual if I was working from battery but I was plugged in this time. )
As I'm not the best with computers I thought my drivers might be in conflict and to prevent serious damages, I just
b) disabled ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 from device manager.
This actually resolved the dark screen problem.
c) then I went to Lenovo support site: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-72858
downloaded newest drivers for ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 (Switchable Graphics Driver)
and Intel 4500MHD (Intel GM45 Express Chip)
For some reason while installine the: Intel GM45 Display Driver (version 8.15.10.2302) gives me error:
"This Computer Does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"
Also some problem appeard when installing the new downloaded version:
ThinkPad Switchable Graphics Driver (version 8.792.5-110424b-119200C)
d) so I went back to device manager and made an update to ATI Mobility Radeon from there.
Well, I got it working, but the screen went dark again. When I disable the driver it goes back to normal
brightness and when I enable it again, it stays normal.
I'll try to restart and see what happens

We had the excat same issue.
I could get the picuture back pressing the power button until it went to sleep and then wake it up again.
After the I went to device manager to delete all display drivers both Intel and ATI and then reboot.
doing the reboot windows found some drivers it could use.
I then installed the switchable driver from lenovo.
Now windows device manger report two display drivers:
1)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series, Version 8.792.5.2000, Driver manufacturer ATI Technologies Inc
2)
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family, Version, Version 8.792.5.2000, Driver manufacturer ATI Technologies Inc
So it seams the switchable ATI driver take over the Intel card and the Intel driver is not needed.
At least the problem is solved for us.

Satellite A65-51762 Mobility Radeon 7000 ICG driver crashes

I have a Toshiba Satellitle A65-51762. It operated for years without problems. About 8 months ago, while running DVDShrink, DVDDecrypter, DVDFabDecrypter or WinDVD, about every two weeks, the video will suddenly drop to lo-res (640x480) and complain, but I could continue if it was DVDShrink, DVDDecrypter or DVDFabDecrypter. Rebooting would bring back it to hi-res..
It got worse and worse, eventually happening in 30 to 60 minutes after beginning the program. Finally instead of rebooting I would get blue screen Hard Error C0000415, then be asked if I wanted to reboot normally, which it did.
Then I removed all ATI software, deleted the device, let WinXP reinstall it as VGA, then installed the updated driver. It worked fine for a few days and then began doing the same thing every two or three hours.
Could this be hardware? The ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000 ICG chip? Something else? How is DVD involved? DMA? BIOS? Would it have to go back to the factory or can I pull chips?
It feels more like software. How can I check it out? Are you familiar with the problem?

I'll try www.omegadrivers.net. Except for a similar video crash during Skype last night, my ATI crashes occur while processing DVD files from disk or an actual DVD, lots of file data running through the system. Evidently the ATI chip is affected by what else is going on in the system. The system freezes about two minutes then drops to lo-res. I've seen error messages rebooting afterwards about the ATI chip caught itself in an infinite loop.
II just had two more video crashes. Only Netscape 7.2 has been run since reboot. During the first reboot, I got a blue screen message saying
ati2dvag was caught in an infinite loop, either hardware is failing
or software is reprogramming the chip wrong.
I had to use Reboot Windows Normally. The 2nd crash now say ATI driver
stopped resonding, probably another infinite loop. So I have a driver problem
or a hardware problem.
I couldn't figure how to use omegadrivers.net to find a driver.

Premiere Elements 12 - driver problems

I just purchased PE 12 and looks like I am not the only one having 'incompatible display driver' problems. I am using an HP Pavilion dv7t 6C00 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC. The drivers in the Device Manager are:
Intel (R) HD Graphic Family, Driver Date 09/30/2011, Driver Version 8.882.2.3000
Radeon (TM) HD 7470M, Driver Date 09/30/2011, Driver Version 8.882.2.3000
I have tried to find updated drivers, but an not having any luck
Suggestions?

j'ai Première Elements 11 qui marchait depuis de nombreux mois.
Je reçois subitement un message d'erreur me disant que mon pilote d'affichage ci dessus n'est plus à jour. Et l'ordinateur se bloque en faisant du bruit.
J'arrête puis installes une mise à jour du pilote. Ca rebloque !
Je désinstalle Première éléments et le réinstalle en stoppant l'Antivirus.
Le même message revient et ça rebloque mon PC.
J'ai voulu faire une restauration à une date antérieure mais comme j'avais libéré de l'espace de stockage croyant que c'était peut être une cause :il ne me propose plus de date antérieure à hier ou avant hier.
J'ai aussi Photoshop acheté en même temps qui lui continue de marcher normalement..
Que dois je faire pour récupérer mon logiciel de montage de films ?

CD/DVD driver problem in iTunes 8

Hi there,
when I upgraded to iTunes 8 I got that problem that so many others are having, in regard to the registry settings and not recognizing my CD/DVD burning software. I am trying to do the fix mentioned in this article here:

and I am fine until I get to the "Upper Filters" part of the process. I have no Upper Filters which I am gathering is the problem.
When I run the diagnostic test I get this message:

*LowerFilters: PxHelp20 (2.0.0.0), DRVMCDB (1.0.0.1), DLACDBHM (1.0.0.1),*
*No drivers in UpperFilters.*
*Failed loading CD / DVD drives, error -43. Try doing a repair install on iTunes from the “Add or Remove Programs” control panel.*
I have now uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes about 3 times. How do I get the Upper Filters back?

Where did you check for the driver update? If it was on the HP site, try again on the AMD site

Graphic driver problems ?

Hello to all you courageous out there. Ready to read this ?
Here's my little story of my problem:
One year ago I bought a superb macbook pro 15" (early 2008), unfortunately I quickly noticed some problem with the display.
This is how what it looked like (activate the HQ mode to better see the problem):

Description : vertical objects are torn apart when panning horizontally
The symptoms appears right after start up, even when the mac is not warmed up yet. It happens during internet navigation when scrolling horizontally, also during youtube videos (or flash files), and all application using accelerated hardware. Graphic performance is not affected, but the results is ugly and realism takes a hit.
I have tried the following :
Clean install of leopard
Reset PRAM
Apple hardware test
Updated to 10.5.6
The problem is missing on my iMac (ATI Radeon 2400HD) or on Windows PCs : the display is clean.
I posted this issue in different forums and I received two interesting answers :
- My problem could be linked to the famous problem of faulty nvidia chips (Geforce 8600m GT)
- A developer of Aspyr told me that it could be a serious problem of vertical synchronization, probably du to not optimized drivers
Indeed, it's look like a strong tearing effect. Normally, the "vsync" option in games solves these types of problems, but it consumes a lot of FPS and this option is not available on OS X, or doesn't works with most games (DOOM 3 engine, Quake IV, Colin Mcrae Rally, UT2004 etc...). To have small problem of synchronization with frames is normal, but in my case, the magnitude is abnormally high.
I decided finally to go see a service center and presented my problem to a technician, who agreed to my problem. He thought that I had a faulty video memory and change the mother board. But the problem continued. He then changed the screen and the hard disk without success.
The technician then contacted Apple, and sent them a video of the problem.
After 4 weeks I'v got my mac back and was told that Apple will contact me directly and that the issue will be solved with a future update of OS X.
Apple remained vague about the solution and didn't contact me directly. I'm for sure not the only one who has this issue but so far I have not read anything about it on the internet. In view of the hight cost of a macbook pro, I would expect a clean display.
Any ideas ?

Unfortunaly, Mac OS 10.5.7 update didn't solve the problem. I decided to install windows to see it's a driver problem.
I have exactly the same problem on :
- Windows Xp 32 bit
- Windows Vista 64 bit
- Windows 7 RC 64 bit
It was tested with Apple nvidia drivers (BC 2.1) and nvidia updated drivers (from nvidia website).

I haven't this screen tearing on my windows PC or on my iMac (ATI).
I'v tested the graphic memory of my 8600M GT and no errors were detected and the graphic card performance seems fine (7800 pts with 3Dmark benchmar 05).
Same problem with an external screen.
Is this normal ? if it's not the drivers, graphic card, or the screen, what can it be ?

Win7 and ATI hd 3400 series driver problem

i have installed win7 on my T400. generally there is not driver problem. but in device manager window there is a '!' on ATI mobility Radeon hd 3400 Series. i have downloaded ATI Display Driver for Windows 7 32bit and 64bit from http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/WIN7-BETA.html#m8xdiscrete but there is not any change.
1-is it a serious problem?
2-how can i solve this problem?

Since your system shows two display adapters, you do have switchable graphics. Deinstall the ATI driver and install the Switchable Graphics driver. This package contains drivers for both cards and allows them to cooperate.

Nomodeset or radeon.modeset=0 causing problems..

I was having stability issues and font graphical errors occurring on an old T42 laptop running an ATI card. I was pointed in the direction of adding "nomodeset" or "radeon.modeset=0" to the kernel line. I've also deleted my xorg.conf per the wiki page. The stability issues are gone, and the font glitches are too. However, now it seems as though some programs aren't updating their graphics correctly.
This is most obvious to me right now in Geany, as I'm using it a lot. For example, notice the left pane here.
It hasn't updated correctly after switching tabs over there and/or messing around in another window.
However after I run my mouse over it, you can see what was supposed to be there:
This is quite annoying, but better than the crashes..
Any ideas?

I'd also like to point out that none of this happened prior to the last update, so there are 2 cases:
1. Either KMS wasn't enabled by default in the older kernel, but I wasn't having the problems seen above... So I'd like to fix them.
2. KMS was enabled by default before, but it didn't cause problems on my older radeon until a driver update.

Blizzard support says you have a driver problem ATI, RadeonHD2600

I am an avid World of Warcraft player. I am having UI hanging and crashing problems as well as an in game problem. I have been sending in the crash logs when I recover the system.
I called Blizzard tech support about the ingame problem. The problem is that in the Zangermarsh zone the WoW mini map goes transparent often. We went through several debugging or work around steps. This included recovering the UI. A process where you remove the Interface, Cache and *** directories and allow the client to rebuild them as default. Another step was to change the "/console uifaster" setting in the game client. After this the problem was still present.
The Blizzard tech then stated that it was an Apple driver problem. I queried him on whether the Blizzard developers had contacted Apple on this problem and he could not provide that information.
Would someone from Apple support please let me know if these issues have been reported by Blizzard to Apple? Also does Apple believe that there is a problem with the ATI Radeon HD2600 driver or is it a Blizzard issue?

Hard drive problem...... Please Help

I am sure it is due to my error or mistake but I received a new Maxtor III touch as a replacement for my failed drive yesterday after connecting it I went to Maxtor one touch manager software that came with it and the drive did not appear in the window so then I opened disk utilities and copied my notebook hard drive over to the Maxtor ran permissions on each drive and then closed down my system ! today when I opened my Powerbook with the Maxtor on it gave me the grey screen 2x so I disconnected the Maxtor ran permissions again and everything was fine until i power up the Maxtor and Grey screen again! Help How do I fix this?????

Well, yes, data does get corrupted sometimes.
The trick is finding what data.
By 'cleaned' are you therefor meaning that the drive has been erased and the system re-installed?
Because that's the quickest way to deal with such a situation.
Back up the system first of course,
Add back 3rd party apps one at a time in case one of them is causing the problem.
