Radial filter doesn't sync right

Is any one encountering a problem with radial filter when sync it to multiple images? I am getting a different dimention and position every time I sync or press previous. For the rest of the settings are remaing the same.

I just tried this and created a radial filter that is completely outside the photo (I zoomed out to make the photo small to see the filter and then zoomed back to fit) and synced the radial to another photo (with the same pixel dimensions) and it worked as expected with the radial being exactly the same. I don't think you should expect it to be placed in the same relative place and size with photos of different aspects and pixel dimensions if that is what you are doing. There are just too many scenarios for the developers to guess what the user is expecting to happen. If the photos are the same pixel dimensions then I agree it might be a bug but it seems to work ok for me Lr 5.3 osx 10.8.5.

IPod doesn't sync right and iPod freezes

I personally have an 80gig, and love it so far (I've only had it for about a week). Before that I had an iPod nano 2nd gen that died, but thankfully I had the Best Buy replacement plan on it and I got to replace it free!
But my issue is with my mom's ipod. Its an ipod nano 3rd gen and when I add new music to her iTunes, and then sync her iPod, it doesn't put them on her iPod. Today she got to work and went to listen to them, and was really disappointed, because I'd spent quite a while downloading yesterday and then they weren't there. I just synced it again, and they are there now, but this isn't the first time it has happened. Whats up with this, it shouldn't be happening.
It also freezes every couple of times its used and about every other time I disconnect it from the computer.
Is anyone else having these problems? Have you found any solutions?
Apple, what are you doing about this, this is the 2nd iPod nano (different gen's) that we've had alot of trouble with, you need to step it up and get them working properly!

LR5 's Adjustment Brush doesn't seem to work-does the New Radial Filter have priority?

So why in the world would I update Lightroom in the middle of a job.?
Before I was able to do in and touch up shadowy areas using (K) adjustment brush, but now it doesn;t seem to work. The radial brush does a good job for a defined area but for SPOT touching I have always used the the adjustment brush?
Is there a setting or am I missing something or is this a bug?

The presence of the Radial Filter in the tool set should have no effect on the Brush. It continues to work just as it always has. In fact, even if the RF is open (I sometimes hit it by mistake when I really want the Brush) and you click on the Brush icon, the RF closes and the Brush opens. If your Brush is not functioning properly, it is very unlikely that the RF is the reason. The usual first aid for any LR misbehavior is to close LR, remove the Preferences file from its folder and relaunch LR, allowing it to make a new preferences file. Not guaranteed to solve the problem, but worth trying.

Lightroom 5.2 radial filter tool doesn't work

I recently purchased Lightroom 5.2 and the radial filter tool doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for this problem. Is there any way to get technical support from Adobe or is this a ridiculous question?

I believe the problem lies with me not knowing how to use the radial filter tool and not the software in this instance. As I mentioned, I just purchased Lightroom software and I'm in the process of learning. Last night, my first instance of a software glitch was with the slideshow view not working. I get a black screen; however, this is the subject for another post. Subsequently, I was struggling with the radial filter and, initially, I thought this was another glitch; which it is not. When I went to the Adobe website looking for technical support, I could not find any place where I could call or send an email for tech support to get a question answered. Instead, Adobe directs customers to this forum where kind people, such as yourself, are willing to help others. At this point, I was very exasperated. Again, I sincerely apologize and thank you very much for being willing to help. Best regards.

Camera raw 8.7.1 doesn always give the option of using the radial filter

I have Photoshop CC and am using Camera Raw 8.7.1 to do a lot of my basic touch up and editing. I've noticed that on some files the Radial Filter icon does not show up on the tools menu. I have not been able to determine a specific sequence of actions to reproduce the problem. It just seems random at this point. Any thoughts?

My iPod won't sync right

I moved my iTunes stuff from my C drive to my D drive because it had more space and when I did my iPod wouldn't sync right it would make faded unplayable copies on my iPod. So I erased iTunes off my computer and erased my iPod, then redownloaded iTunes and put it back in my D drive and redownloaded all my movies, apps & music and tried synching my iPod again, but only a few songs & movies are playable, the rest just show up faded real lightly on screen and won't work, iTunes is letting me download direct to my iPod, but then I have the working copy and the faded copy that doesn't work and I can't do anything with it.
Someone please help me, give me a reason why this is happening and a step by step how to fix it.

Got a new iPhone, using the same laptop, doesn't sync

I bought my first iPhone.
I installed iTunes to my laptop and setup my first iPhone on it.
Everything I selected to sync, would sync to the phone.
I've recently had to exchange my iPhone for a new one.
I connected my second iPhone to the same laptop.
I setup the second iPhone and it only syncs the previous phone's apps to it.
iTunes doesn't sync anything else, now, i.e. Music, Photos, Podcasts, etc.
I've tried to uninstall iTunes and delete the "Apple Computer" folder in my profile.
How do I fix this?

Well I am more than happy to help out others with sync problems on their iPhone. I'll throw out another post to raise the sync question and if anyone needs help, i'm here for them.
But... I'm not so eager to give out that information to Apple. And why should I? Apple has not only been less than eager to chime in on posts, but they have a nasty habit of altering posts, reshaping them to make them look pretty and disguise core facts, or completely deleting posts regarding critical issues. I realize they want to look good to the public, but you know what Apple, part of a discussion is working out all of the details of the issue, squashing the rumors, talking about all of it. Not ignorning those things.
Call me crazy, good communication, why would that be good right?

Can't apply Graduated Filter and Radial Filter in LR5 (photo becomes grey box)

I am using the Lightroom 5, every functions are working fine, except the Graduated Filter and Radial Filter casuing me a problem.
When I click on the Graduated Filter / Radial Filter button, and trying to apply the filter (i.e. draw the eclipse) on my photo, my photo in the central pane immediately turns grey, as per below screenshot.
I have to click the Library Module and then click Develop Module in order to get back the photo showing in the central pane, but the same problem appears if I tried to use the Graduated and Radial Filters.
Anybody knows the root cause and solution ? Please kindly help. Thank you !

The easiest thing should be to simply apply the preset to an image, then choose to Update with Current Settings and make sure Graduated Filter is unchecked. Move through all of your presets like this.
I don't know how many suspect presets you have to go through, but you can also manually edit them with a simple text editor to remove the Graduated filter. If you right-click on the preset, you can show in Explorer/Finder. Open the file in Notepad/TextEdit and simply remove the GradientBasedCorrections section (this has many sub-fields, most of which start with "Local"). Save the file and move on to the next.

Bold 9700 Charging Pod doesn't Sync

I picked one up today from my mobile carrier, since it was quicker and no shipping fees. However, it doesn't sync! It charges fine when connected to a wall socket, and my computer. However, my computer dosen't recognize it while its in the pod.
Is this normal behaviour for the Bold 9700 charging pod? Could it be a misprint on the website? Or, are there possibly 2 versions of the charging pod?

for your information the cable is a Micro-USB cable and not a MicroSD.
MicroSD stands for a type of flash memory card (Micro SDHC Card). Most recent BlackBerry devices have a MicroSD slot.

ITouch 4G doesn't sync with iTunes. When plug in, itunes freeze

For some reason after the 4.3.3 upgrade on my iTouch. It has syncing problem with iTunes. iTunes frozen for at least 3 minutes when I plug in my iTouch to my computer. It does not sync after that. The problem comes and goes, sometimes it will work, it will sync for a bit. Once I unplug it from it, it won't sync anymore. Or some times, iTunes eject iTouch automatically without my permission.
Here are the things I have done:
1. I reset my iTouch, then plug into my computer. No use.
2. I uninstall iTunes and re-install it, no use.
3. I restore my iTouch, but iTunes doesn't recongize it and did not let me use my iTouch backups. I have lost everything, I spent lots of time get everything back. However, it did allow it to be iTouch02. But it still don't sync right.
4. I updated the newest version of iTunes and iTouch (4.3.5) whenever they sync together. That didn't fix the problem, they still don't like each others!
The only thing I haven't tried was to delete iTunes registry, which I don't know how to find it.
This has wasted a lot of my time, I can't buy time back. I want to know the cause and the solution of this issue.

it doesn't matter anymore. for some bizzare reason, it just synced properly!!!!!!!! I swear, there is something weird. anyways, I can update my ipod like i came on the computer to do!! honestly, this is weird. i doesn't matter, if it breaks tonight, i have everything backed up finally and i can get my dad to take me to get a replacement tomorrow. Sounds like iTunes Match hasn't sync'd the songs properly. Am I correct that on iOS devices the songs appear greyed out? I've had this problem as well recently. You could try going back to the computer you added the songs on, selecting them from your iTunes library and deleting them but telling iTunes to keep the files.
I did have some luck following the steps at https://discussions.apple.com/message/18597236#18597236 however that was short lived and stopped being effective shortly after. You may have more success.
1. List all your songs in your library and right-click the column headers to show iCloud Status
2. Sort by this column and look for all of the tracks at Waiting Status
3. Select all of the tracks at Waiting Status, right click and delete them, click Delete Items on the first prompt as shown below (This won't delete your music from your computer):
4. IMPORTANT: At the second prompt that appears after you click Delete Items select Keep Files
5. Select Add to Library from the File menu and navigate to your iTunes folder in the Music under your Home folder.
Leave iTunes to rebuild your library (it might take a while if you have a lot of tracks that were at waiting status). Once it is complete, update iTunes Match once it's finished and it should upload the tracks
Following that process should rebuild the song information for those tracks in your iTunes library and may help iTunes Match sync up properly. If it doesn't let me know as there are some people including myself that haven't had much luck lately getting past this issue.

Make sure your easy setup has the correct frame rate for your sequence. Seems crazy but somehow or other fcp assigns a frame rate to audio files. I've found this can sometimes be tricky to get right. Here's what I've done to force the issue. Make sure the easy setup frame rate reflects that of the target sequence in fcp. Create a new project. import the audio in the new project. And then copy the clip from the new project to your main project.

The Mail on my iPhone and "Mail" on my Mac doesn´t sync.
The Inbox is the only one that does. Not the sent etc.

On my computer, on Mail-Settings-Account its filled in with my: @me.com and also @mac.com as emailadress. And on Server sent messages (SMTP) with: iCloud.
So I think this should be right...?
(I cant really view any adress to the left of Inbox at the top).
On the phone (iPhone3), on Settings-iCloud-Account it says @mac.com. When I try to change it to @me.com it says its already connected to that. So I guess it shouldnt matter.
I really cant make it work.
When I had MobileMe, before moving to iCloud it used to be alright...
