  • Radio Buttons Not Appearing in Quiz

    I created a quiz in Captivate 5.5 then upgraded to Captivate 6.  When I run the quiz locally, the radio buttons appear next to the possible answers and everything works fine.  When I run the quiz in our LMS, the radio buttons do not appear.  Anyone else having this issue or have any insight?

    Hi Anjaneai,
    For some clarification, we are loading the Captivate 6 quiz swf into another swf.  When we play the quiz swf alone, the radio buttons appear.  However when we play the quiz swf within the other swf, the radio buttons disappear.  To reiternate, we loaded Captivate 5.5 quiz swfs into another swf and the buttons appeared.  Do you what the difference between the Captivate versions could be or have any insight?
    We've already looked into some of your suggestions (the Flash player is not the issue) and am looking into your other suggestions.
    Below is the screen shot you requested.
    Thanks again for your assistance.

  • ECourse radio buttons dont work when published as a HTML file

    Hi Guys
    We are creating some eCourse's in Captivate 7 but when they are published in to HTML format the radio buttons don't work - they wont let you click them. (Have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox)
    However is you publish the course as swf it works fine - unfortunately the web provider we upload to doesn't support swf so they NEED to be HTML
    Any ideas on a fix? We did a chat session to a support guy and he said as a workaround copy all slides to a blank project and publish that which we have done today and the same issue has is there.
    Thanks

    Noni,
    I am assuming you have Windows 7 and you have SP1 installed
    As a testing, please follow these steps :
    1) Close Adobe Captivate 7
    2) Go to this location : C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Adobe
    3) Rename "Captivate 7.0" folder to "1234"
    4) Launch Adobe Captivate 7
    5) Open any of your projects and then republish it.
    If issue still occurs, share one of your project with me ([email protected])
    Let me know if your project is > 50 MB

  • Acrobat 9-forms-Radio buttons print different than check boxes

    I am using Acrobat Pro 9 to create forms.
    I've used both radio buttons and check boxes (that are circles).
    Forms were designed in InDesign with Zapf Dingbats as the open circles to be filled in.
    I used radio buttons when the user had to pick one over the other.
    I used check boxes when there were multiple choices or I wanted the user to be able to uncheck a box. (I used the circle style so they would look like radio buttons).
    The radio buttons are printing differently than the check boxes. It looks almost like there is an overlay on top of the actual open circle created by Zapf Dingbats.
    I checked the "appearance" window and there is no border or fill color on the radio buttons (same for the check boxes).
    Under the <general> tab, <common properties> is visible. I'm assuming it should be in order for the radio button to appear on the form.
    I would appreciate any input as to how to fix this.
    Thansk!
    Maureen

    That's just the way radio buttons are, and one reason I rarely use them in preference to check boxes. If Adobe wanted to, they could allow you to use any appearance you want for both the selected an unselected state of a check box or radio button, but they've actually further restricted your options over the years.

    We use SRM 5.0 - Classic escenario.
    I need to know how one can supress the "confirmation" and "Invoice" radio buttons which appear in the status overview of the SHC after the Purchase Order has been created for it.
    Is this Config, Profiles or a BADI one has to aplicate.
    In the last case, can anyone send me some example coding.

  • How to set value for radio button in sap crm survey suite

    Hi ,
    I created a survey in CRM Service, in which I added a question with answer as '10 Selection Button Group ('radio button'). And answer has 11 answer options (which means 11 radio buttions). Now when we test the survey, the value for the radio buttons is appearing like 'id_0050569b03091ee480a29d8ee61e953c'. But i want to set a specific value for each radion button (from 1 to 11). So, how to set value for radio button in sap crm survey suite???.
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi,
    I found solution myself. Click on Goto -> Editing Mode -> Expert Mode. Now you can set value for radio button.

  • Styling Radio Buttons

    Is there a way to replace a radio button with graphical
    upstate, rollover and down states? Currently I'm able to do this:
    <mx:RadioButton id="listViewBtn" groupName="viewType"
    width="16" height="16"
    x="670" y="0"
    falseUpSkin="@Embed(source='assets/btn_listview_up.png')"
    falseOverSkin="@Embed(source='assets/btn_listview_over.png')"
    falseDownSkin="@Embed(source='assets/btn_listview_down.png')"
    click="changeBodyStackView('list')" />
    but the radio button still appears above the graphical
    assets. All I really need is to make it invisible but still
    functional. Preferably a solution would also work in Flex 1.5. Any
    suggestions?
    Thanks!

  • Installed JDeveloper 9i - RUP 6 on Windows 7 - Radio buttons do not appear

    a) I have installed JDeveloper 9i/RUP 6 on Windows 7 (64 bit)
    b) Database connection, application connection is fine.
    c) I am able to run some of the sample projects, able to connect Oracle applications etc..
    d) In JDeveloper settings window, radio buttons, check boxes etc do not appear/show-up
    For example JDeveloper --> Tools --> Preferences --> Embeded OC4J window
    None of the radio buttons appear.
    Would appreciate, if you can help.
    Thank you,

    Would you be able to share what you did to get JDeveveloper 9i to run on Win 7 64-bit? If so, what's a good way to get in touch maybe offline?
    When you say 9i, does that mean JDeveloper 9.0.3 ? that's the version I want to run.

  • How to add interaction to button that only appears in selected state of radio button?

    Hi all,
    This is my first time working with flash catalyst, so far it's going pretty good. There is only one thing that I cannot get the program to do:
    I'm creating a quiz and I want a button to appear when the correct radio button is clicked. I've succeeded in making the button appear by putting it in the selected state of the correct radio button. But when I try to add the interaction 'go to next page' to this button, it doesn't work. It appears that the button is getting the same properties as the radio button it's connected to. When I put the button on the page and make it constantly visible (by taking it out of the selected state of the radio button), it does work.
    Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?
    Thank you very much,
    Sisko

    Hi there,
    For interactions, you can only target items within the current document (the object you are editing in place), or the top level application.
    Panini is a bit more flexible with interactions, so you may want to try that out.

  • Radio buttons and Checkboxes to change appearance when selected

    Hi guys!
    Help needed.
    I want my check boxes and radio buttons when selected to change color from black to "0,64,128", size from 12 to 14 and to become bold.
    Also the default appearance for checkboxes is cross, but I need it to be a check mark.
    I would be so much thankful if you could give me some advice.
    THANK YOU!
    Maria

    Hi Bibhu,
    Thanks for quick response!
    For check mark -- thanks! How could I not see that option!
    For radio button -- it's not working.
    I found this helpful tips on changing appearance of the radio buttons and check boxes. http://www.assuredynamics.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/Assure-Dynamics-Checkboxes-and-Ra dio-Buttons-Rev-1.pdf
    I used the first script, but I got an error message. I can't understand what I am doing wrong. It says: "Syntax error near token "{" on line 2, column 1.
    I am confused.
    Help appreciated.

  • Slidelet Stick Radio button does not appear

    Hi There,
    I am using two slidelets and I would like to use the "Stick" option/radio button.  However, it is not in the properties for the slidelet.  It is just not there at all as an option.  Has anyone else had this problem?

    Hi again
    When you insert a Rollover Slidelet, you are actually inserting two different areas. One is the area you mouse over. The other is the area that appears when you mouse over. You are showing the dialog for the area that appears. The dialog for the area you mouse over is what you want. When you edit the properties for the rollover area, the dialog is labeled "Rollover Slidelet" and not "Slidelet". Once you look at the properties for this dialog you should see the option you want.
    Cheers... Rick

  • How do I make each Radio button appear in the tab order?

    When users tab through the form, the tab only highlights the first radio button of a group before moving to the next field or group of fields.
    Example: the user is asked for the following information:  LastName, Gender (M/F radio buttons), and BirthDate.
    When tabbing through the form, users are taken from from the LastName field to the Male radio button, to the Birthdate Field. Never does the tab allow them to select Female unless they click it with the mouse.
    It seems like this should be a simple fix, but I can't find it anywhere!
    Thanks for your help.

    That's the way they work. Think of a radio button group as a dropdown or list box. When any of these types of fields receives the focus, you can use the arrow keys to move through the options and the tab key moves to the next field.
    If you set up the group using check boxes instead, giving each in the group the same name but different export value, they will behave as you want. A group of checkboxes will behave a bit different than a group of radio buttons, but it's close.
