Radio in iTune, How to add station

Hello Helpers,
How to I add a radio station to RADIO that was there before the last upgrade. I DO NOT want it in Library/Music. It's RADIO and I want to click on RADIO to make my selection there or put a streaming radio station there, which logical sense.

Sorry, but you cannot add anything to the Tuner section. That's fed from a server somewhere and cannot be altered by users. The only way to keep a stream that's not listed in the Tuner is in the library and, if you wish, a playlist.

You do it exactlky the same.
Select all teh songs you want, right click - get info.
Tick the box next to Artwork and drag or paste artwork into the box.

If your current stations in WMP are .pls or .m3u URL's, they may work in iTunes also. Use the "Open Stream" command from the Advanced menu and put in the URL that includes .pls/.m3u. If the URL is a .mwv variety, those are Windows proprietary format and not supported by iTunes. Same with .ra streams (Real Audio).
.pls & .m3u usually indicate MP3 based streams supported in iTunes. It's up to the original radio station/streaming site to select the format and make it available. Shoutcast.com & Live365.com are great resources for mp3 based streams.

How to stream talk radio on iTunes 12. Was able to do so on iTunes 11, but can't find the radio stations on iTunes 12.

Just upgraded to iTunes 12 - and now cannot stream local radio stations on iTunes. I've looked under the RADIO section but the upgrade deleted my stations. When I try to ADD a radio station - the iTunes 12 Search doesn't find it... I was able to find and stream this same radio station with iTunes 11. The iTunes 12 upgrade wiped out my history and radio stations. Has anyone figured out how to add back individual radio stations?

Tune in to Internet stations
1. Click the Internet Radio button near the top left of the iTunes window (if you don’t see it, click ).
2. To see the available stations, click the triangle next to the type of music you want to listen to.
3. To tune in, double-click a station.
If you use a dial-up modem to connect to the Internet, choose a station with a bit rate of less than 48 kilobits per second (kbps) for best results. To see a station’s bit rate, select the station, then choose File > Get Info.

Radio Broadcatser - how to add my station

I am Radio broadcaster; i want to add my stream to the ITunes radio list so that my listeners can get my station. I know each user can add the stream to their list. But how can i add the station so that it appears in the radio list.

Radio APPs (AOL & Tuner), How do you add stations/streams

Does anyone have any insigts/connections to the two very good radio APPs AOL and Tuner. They are both great and have sent both numerous e-mails to ask how we can get our college radio stations and college game broadcast streams link to AOL & Tuner.
With Apple and the iPhone refusing to allow us to listen to streaming radio stations and college sports broadcasts, AOL and Tuner appear to be our only hope.
If anyone know how to submit to Tuner and AOL our request to add our radio stations, I would appreciate it.
Appears AOL is only CBS affiliated stations, while Tuner has many college stations.

Im not totally sure, but i dont think you can add stations with AOL Radio...
as for Tuner, if you go to SEARCH, then tap OPEN, you can add a station there...but you need to know the actual web address of the stream(not just the web address of the radio stations website, if you understand what i mean)

I can't figure out how to add songs from my itunes library to my iphone. I used to just drag the songs from the library to my phone, but now that won't work. It's probably something really simple that I'm missing, but it's frustrating me. Can anyone help? My phone is the iphone 4 if that matters.

You should have an option for adding folders to iTunes, as well as individual files. See this article for more information:

If you want to add files to your iTunes library, you can drag files from the Finder to the appropriate icon on the left side of the iTunes window, or choose File > Add to Library (on Windows, choose Add File to Library or Add Folder to Library) and then select the song file or folder you want to add.

iTunes Match is a subscription system that allows you to upload your own music (e.g. coped from CDs) to the cloud so that it shows (in the cloud) on your devices and computers without having to sync/copy it.
Automatic downloads allows to, for example, buy an app on your computer's iTunes and have it automatically download on your phone without having to connect and sync it or go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your download and download it yourself - but doing that, going to the Purchased tab and redownloading an app, should get it associated.
But no, I'm not aware of any problems that not having it associated causes.

You have two separate questions here...
To get all your music into one playlist, select Music in the sidebar and click the Songs view at the top. Then, highlight all the songs and drag them into your playlist.
I don't know if it's possible to download all Purchased content (or do you mean iTunes Match content?) at once; try a few Google searches.

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.
