Raid Password

We just got our xserve raid and it says we have the incorrect password, but we haven't had a chance set a password. What is the Default factory password?

The monitoring password is "public"; the management password is "private". You may want to change these passwords as soon as possible to maintain system security.

  • Error code 1 was returned by the audio driver :(  randomly!

hey all! ive been getting this messege "error code 1 was returned by the audio driver" almost every time i try and merge tracks, bounce track in place, bounce region in place, or mixdown stereo regions per tracks. NOT when i do a real song bounce though. i feel like im noticing my computer is taking a long time to copy audio files into logic projects...i dont know if they are related though. but this error code 1 thing has been hapening CONSTANTLY. the thing is...nothing has changed. i havnt installed or changed anything on my system. its happening on ALL of my old projects, and MOST of my new ones. ive tried disabling all third party AUs and it still happens. do i have bad ram? a bad drive? do i need to reinstall everything? thanks so much in advance!

Ok, I don't know if this solves your problem... but as for what was triggering the 'Error code 1' message on my computer... Here's the update.
After much troubleshooting, the cause of this error in my setup was the Highpoint RocketRaid 2314 eSata PCIe card.
The Highpoint RocketRaid driver is included in OS X 10.8 with no additional drivers / installers to run. However, it isn't compatible with the old driver when upgrading the kernel (ie. 10.6 - 10.8)
I was bouncing to an external drive connected through eSata to the RocketRaid PCIe card... error message. Time Machine backup connected through eSata... error message. The drives were being dismounted rudely, or losing connection momentarily and reconnecting, resulting in the error messages.
Here are the instructions from Highpoint tech support to manually uninstall the embedded driver, and then reinstall the old Snow Leopard driver for use in Mountain Lion (10.8)... which works as it's suppposed to.
    1.  Go the folder System > Library > Extensions >, look for the file HighPointRR.kext and delete that file.
    2.  Second, download the driver from the link below, then run the Un-install script to remove any previous installed driver.
    http://www.hptmac.com/productfiles/bios_driver/hptrr-mac106-driver-v11...
Then re-install the driver, but do not reboot or restart the system.
    3.  Third, download the webGUI from the link below. And run the un-install script to remove any previous installed web GUI.
    http://www.hptmac.com/productfiles/WebGUI-Mac-v168-091120.dmg
Then re-install the web GUI and reboot after installation is complete.
Once the system has booted up, open a browser and type URL to log into web GUI.
    http://localhost:7402
    User Name: RAID
    Password: hpt
I hope that this helps someone!

  • XServe RAID lost password... temporarily??

Last week, I fired up the 1.5 version of RAID Admin for the first time. I couldn't figure out the old password. I tried the default, and it let me in. I know I changed the passwords about 6 months ago. I am going to update the firmware next weekend anyway, so I didn't bother changing it. It is still on firmware 1.2 or so.
This week, I come in and it wouldn't take the default- it went back to my specific password!! I don't know if the firmware update will be addressing this issue, but I find it a very serious security risk. I figured I would post this in case anyone else has had / is having this issue.
    -Brett

That sounds pretty strange. You know, there is a way to intentionally make the RAID temporarily forget your password. I think you press the controller reset button briefly (using a paperclip or something), and it should change the password to defaults for a few minutes, and then it goes back. (This is different from a full controller reset, where you hold the button for longer).

  • Trying to create a password protected disk image in 10.8.4

Trying to create a password protected disk image in 10.8.4. I follow steps in Apple:Support but I get an error saying "Resource busy"?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and  Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

  • ITunes 11.0.3 asks for password again and again, have re-done my credit card details, have changed my Apple ID password, tried to log in and out of iTunes, none of thos seem to work, just keeps happening without end, please help

I have tried to re-install iTunes 11.0.3 at least 6 times.
I have also downloaded iTunes 11.0.3 at least 5 times.
I have changed my Apple ID password.
I have downloaded (again, I've done that many times) iTunes 11.0.3, then I switched off the iMac, then restarted the wi-fi modem.  Switched on the iMac, loaded iTunes, same problem.
I tried to just switch off the wi-fi, did the same as point above, same problem.
Even tried to change the system date to 2038, this only seemed (although I doubt it) to fix the "not responding" issue which I had this morning.
The Apple ID password issue, where it asks me for the password loads and loads of times (probably 50 times or more), one after the other has been happening for about 3 days now.
Here is a copy of my message problem:
iTunes Problem, can't seem to find a solution online.
I am running OS X 10.8.3 on an iMac, have just loaded iTunes 11.0.3 a few days ago.
Firstly, I'd open iTunes and it would immediately say it was not responding, I'd have to force quit, try again, re-boot, try again etc.  I tried re-installing iTunes, changing password, everything to no avail, then changed my date to 2038, and voila it started responding (no, don't ask me, I just read in online and was desperate enough to try it).  Of course, I don't believe that this actually helped, I would like to know what did help or if there is something specific one needs to do to fix this.
I have not been able to get rid of this problem:  Whenever I try to make a purchase it asks for my Apple ID password, dozens of times until I give up and press cancel, cancel, cancel.
Why does it do this?  I don't want to purchase anything because I can't keep typing in my password again and again.  I'm not exaggerating.
As I mentioned, I have tried to re-install iTunes, about 6 times, and I changed my password.  I still get the same problem.
Also, my iTunes still looks like the classical iTunes and doesn't have the new interface.
Has anyone experienced this and was able to fix it, or does anyone know what the problem is?  Please help, I'm at my wits end.

Because too much time has passed I can't edit this into the prior comment, but here is the info regarding reverting to iTunes 11.0.2 (assuming you do have a time machine backup) from https://discussions.apple.com/message/22057703#22057703
    W. Raider wrote:
    Repairing permissions doesn't fix it.
I reverted to the previous version, 11.0.2.
    1. Quit the new crash-prone iTunes.
    2. Delete the app.
    3. Restore v. 11.0.2 with Time Machine.
    4. In your iTunes folder look for a folder called "Previous iTunes Libraries", find the latest one.
    5. In the iTunes folder itself you'll see "iTunes Library.itl", delete it (or compress it and save a copy for later just in case.
    6. Copy the newest .itl file in Previous iTunes Libraries to the iTunes folder and rename it "iTunes Library.itl".
    7. Launch the older version of iTunes.
My crashing has seemed to have ceased with a revert to an older version. I noticed today that the newer crashing iTunes had been launched for hours but not playing anything, when I played internet radio it crashed within 5mins, fed up I reverted to an older version.
Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

  • My MB Air is stuck on a grey screen each time I put my password in

    Hello,
When I start up my MB Air and put my password in, it just goes to a grey screen and gets stuck there. Occasionally it does come on, but mostly it does not.
I have a Macbook Air 2011 using OSX Mavericks 10.9.3
    Here are some possible causes:
I think it could have something to do with Safari and Firefox, which I've had problems with lately:
Safari - Since I've had this problem with logging on, Safari wasn't working properly. I could only get onto the home pages of websites, and nothing more. Nothing happened when I clicked on links, and I couldn't type anything into Google. I since fixed this problem by disabling an extension.
Firefox - Lately whenever I've opened Firefox, it has automatically gone to an update, failed the update, and then went to Firefox. The first time I was able to get onto my computer Firefox went into a major update which took ten minutes to download, and then Firefox crashed, and now the Firefox icon looks different (it looks like a piece of paper with a ruler pencil and paintbrush).
Also, my computer Hard Drive memory only has 5.3 GB left, and I always get messages saying my disk is almost full.
In any case, this stuff about Safari, Firefox and my disk space is just suggestions of problems I've been having lately, but my main problem is that I keep getting stuck on the grey screen (I can worry about Firefox and the hard drive later).
So any help at all would be appreciated, on how to reliably get my computer started again!
    Thanks!

Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.

  • How to set up email in RAID Admin?

Using RAID Admin 1.5.1, I need to know how to set up the it up for automatic email notification. Okay I got as far as clicking the Email icon adding my .mac address. Now what do I put under SMTP. It's asking for the "server" and the "from email address". Our company uses a Microsoft Exchange server whether or not that means anything. And what is up with the check box for SMTP Server Authentication?
Thanks for any input. I appreciate it!
    jeffrey

Thanks Donald for answering my question. I found the IP Address of our exchange server and I plugged that into the server field. And I plugged my own company email address into the "From Email Address" field. That didn't do it, so I plugged in my network username and password into the authentication fields. I clicked "Send Test Email" again. Still didn't work. But here is the key in case anyone else has problems. At least in my case, I had to click the "OK" button to verify my settings. Once verified, I went back into the email settings and clicked "Send Test Email" again. Voila! A test email ended into my .mac email account right onto my iPhone within 1 minute. I think this is so cool. I can be away from the office (whether I be skiing or golfing) and be notified instantly if one of the components start to fail on our Xserve RAID system. Awesome!!!!!!!

  • Cannot update Global Password Policies, no SSL bind, etc

    Hello Community--
This is day 3 of the Apple Server Hostage Crisis, and it looks like I'll started clean slate build #5.
By way of background, I had a functioning ML/2.2.2 server that had RAID problems (and still does).  Attempting to rebuild array failed and I lost the boot hard drives.  I have access to dumpall.psql and all the user data (on an external drive).  I attempted a couple of times to build a clean Mavericks/3.0 server but I couldn't figure out how to get the service data back.  So I build a clean ML/2.2.2 system, got the wiki/calendar/contacts, etc data back in place to include establishment of an OD master using an archive.  Turns out the archive was from one of my Mavericks/3.0 attempts, and while it seemed to create the OD okay, every time I tried to edit the global password policy, Server.app crashed.  I decided to try to move up to Mavericks/3.0.  Server.app no longer crashed but still cannot change global password policies.  I get the following error:
servermgrd[]: servermgr_dirserv: +[PWPolicy setGlobalPolicyFromDict] error: policy data modification failed: Object class violation: attribute 'apple-user-passwordpolicy' not allowed ()
I deleted the OD master a couple of times and recreated it from a new archive.  On the second iteration, my PositiveSSL cert was deleted....
Q1:  Has anyone seen this password policy error and know how to solve it?
Additionally, although I have (had) the cert from PositiveSSL for my domain, the OD with Server 3 will not use it, instead reverting to a self-signed cert.  All other services seem to work with the PositiveSSL cert.  I've seen discussions in the community on this but have not found a solution.
Q2: Is this related to why I cannot create a secure binding?
I have not even gotten to the point of trying to set up Profile Manager to manage users and devices.  I have not read anywhere that I *need* to have Profile Manger started to get a basic system running.  From a Mavericks-based client where I've logged in with a local user, I can su <OD User> and log in, but the automount of the user's home directory fails due to an authentication issue.
Q3:  In Mavericks, does a device have to be enrolled/configured in Profile Manager in order to bind and be usable?
Well, I'm off to start my next rebuild, but would still appreciate comments and suggestions as I suspect this hostage crisis is not over yet.
    Thanks.
    Tim

Rebuilt from scratch and reloaded databases for services and the OD archive.  But something was still jacked and passwords wouldn't take.  I was starting to suspect it was OD again, but then I decided to completely wipe the device_management database, which I did following these steps:  http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5349.
That may have gotten me on track, which is good because I was getting ready to recreate each user account.  I'll continue the effort tomorrow (day 4).
I have not decided if I will try again for Mavericks/Server 3.  Sigh....

  • Using RAID 1 Hard Drive as an encrypted Time Machine Disk???

I'd like to purchase a RAID hard drive to use as a backup for my iMac with Time Machine, but a review on the Apple store site (emphasis mine) says:
"LacCie 4TB 2 big Thunderbolt Raid Hard Drive
Written by Alexander S from Calgary
    Apr 9, 2012
    Hey Guys!
Impressive, very quiet, in fact the quietest of all the drives I had. The speed increase is nice too, but of course, if the source is slower, you won't benefit from the speed that it is capable. Quiet is worth the price.
I did notice that, if I use it as a raid configuration, Disk Utility won't do permissions, unless I boot from it, unlike my firewire drive. All my drives and computers are encrypted, however you can't encrypt a raid configuration. Even using it as Time Capsule, it won't save to it, so it used image encryption. Haven't research this further yet.
One very nice thing I notice, there is no lag or spinning ball when you are waking up the unit, unlike the other drives using USB or Firewire. In fact, that was so annoying, that I would unmount the firewire drives asap when not needed. No spinning ball wakeup lag make it worth the money.
The large LED blue button is bright, you wouldn't want this where you sleep, however I don't need a night light in my office. LaCie may want to consider an option to dim or turn off the LED if desired.
When starting up my computer, the bluetooth keyboard and mouse, trackpad, usually take some seconds before I can move the mouse and enter password. Funny thing, it is available instantly when booting from the raid unit. I wonder why?
This is the results of about two week of use. I am seriously considering get another unit to match."
I encrypt my Time Machine backups. I'd like to run a backup drive in RAID 1 for safety. Does anyone know if this is possible?
    Thank you!
    (OS 10.8.2)

I wouldn't use RAID for TM, but...

  • Recover RAID

    Hi all!
    I have a dual RAID1 setup consisting of 4 drives (4 TB each) setup like this;
    /dev/md0 => sdb1, sda1
    /dev/md1 => sdd1, sdc1
    On top of this I used LVM to create a volumegroup spanning over both arrays;
    --- Physical volume ---
    PV Name /dev/md0

shows that /dev/sda had fell out of the array. When trying to reassemble the RAID mdadm told me something along the line of "no such partition", sorry not able to give anything more specific since I didn't write it down...
Anyhow when I checked the partition table for all the drives I found that all the other drives showed one big partition of "Linux RAID" just as it was setup. However /dev/sda suddenly had one partition of type "Linux" that spanned just about half the drive and the rest was marked as free space. What worse was that gdisk told me that the GPT-table was corrupt and its attempts to fix it didn't work. Again sorry about the lack of details, didn't write this down either.
To try and fix it I decided wipe out the drive and then create a new partition followed by re adding it to the RAID, however i then got the following message:
    sudo gdisk /dev/sda

    The operation has completed successfully.
    [evilangel@angelica ~]$ sudo mdadm --add /dev/md0 /dev/sda1
mdadm: /dev/sda1 not large enough to join array
Comparing the sizes of the different drives I now see that the working drives are "4000787030016" bytes long (as they should be) but sda is now "4000785948160", meaning about 10MB of the physical size of the drive has disappeared. Since the size of the partition is also smaller I understand why mdadm can't add it to the RAID (also kicking myself for not following the wiki and leaving 100MB of free space at the end of the drive...).
I tried to run a long self test using SMART and then checking the output but I can't see anything:
    [evilangel@angelica ~]$ sudo smartctl --all /dev/sda

Now to the questions.. what happened to make the drive fall out in the first place? But more important how can I fix it?
Also is it normal for drives to shrink like this? All of the drives where brand new when they went in to the array...

Ah I see now, got a bit confused there.
You certainly have a point there, guess I just have to consider the drive bad and replace it. Wonder if I can make a point against the reseller, one would feel a new drive (especially since it was marked as a "24/7 NAS Drive") should last a bit long before sectors start dying. Worth a shoot at least...

  • How do I access User directories after a reinstall of Windows. I have the passwords but no way to access the directories.

I got a Windows wont start xc0000001. This means it cant be repaired (it fails). There are two drives set up as a RAID 1 pair.
Each has a small partition (defined as the X drive) that I was able to reinstall windows 7 on. This partition was originally used for the Windows reinstall files. There was sufficient space on the X drive to reinstall Windows 7.
However, the C: drive, where the installation was originally could not be repaired and so the small partition was used successfully.
Here's the problem. All the files that are in the "C:\Users\username" are not accessible in  that it requires "Administrative privileges" which my new user account has. I have all
the passwords to the each user associated with those directories and all the sub-directories, but no way to input the passwords or username and passwords to access these files. How can I access these files/directories?
I want to copy them off the current drive (along with all the other directories like Program Files, etc.), reformat the drives (which show no errors in fdisk and other tests), reinstall Windows 7 again on C: and start to reuse the computer again.
I can access the drives thought the CMD Prompt if I insert the Windows Disk, I cannot

  • Software RAID failing constantly

    Dear all,
I need help as I cannot work out what is going wrong the the Mirrored RAID i set up.
I bought 2 x 1TB drives and setup Mirrored RAID (software) through the GUI Disk Utility Application. I assumed it would all "just work".
After about a month the RAID failied. It happened after I ran TechTool Pro 5. Could this have caused permanent damage which leads me to where I am today (see below)? I unplugged the drives and plugged into my laptop (I don't know why I didn't just unplug and plug them into the Mac Mini they were in). Anyway it came up saying "Rebuilding" and it took about 9 hours. All was good again.
Until early October 2009 when Disk Utility reported that the RAID was "degraded" and one of the drives had "failed".
I was pretty shocked as it was a new drive. I thought the best thing to do would be to get a new 1TB drive to rebuild the RAID and then deal with the failed drive.
It took over 2 weeks to get the new drive and enclosure (long story). I setup the new drive last night, plugged it in and the "Rebuilding" message came up with the same "it will take 9 hours message".
I left it over night and when I got up Disk Utility told me that the older drive of the two has "failed". There has to be something weird going on here and this is where I need your help.
    Configuration
    1. The drives are 1TB Hitachi 3200rpm SATA I/II, 32 MB Cache drives
    2. The 'old' enclosure is an Icecube G2 SuperS 800/400/USB2/eSata 3.5" Enclosure
    3. The 'new' enclosure is an OWC Mercury Elite-AL, Quad Interface eSata/FW 400/FW 800/USB 2/USB 1
    4. The Mac Mini only has one FW800 port and I connect the 2 drives up in serial.
    <hr />
Here is the behaviour I'm seeing now.
I'll start with both drives off and turn both on.
    1. Both drives mount in Disk Util
    2. 20 seconds later a message comes up about rebuilding slices for "disk1 ... ?" and "disk (null)" and disk util crashed 2 seconds later (thus why didn't catch all of the message)
    3. I turn to the terminal:

I don't know alot about this output, though its weird that disk2 is still in the list but only shows the GUIDpartitionscheme. And its interesting that disk1 is also in the list but shows 0.0B against the GUIDpartitionscheme for it.
    5. Just for kicks I turn off the 'new' drive aswell and run the commands again. When i do it Hardware Growler doesn't say anything has unmounted (I guess since they all did so before).

Now let me run the commands again:
MMM, the exact same result is returned - it didn't hang this time.
It's 21:44, I'll leave this a while and see if the rebuilding continues.
Its 13 mins later and this time the commands are just hanging. Before I went away at 21:44 the lights on the front of the drives where flashing showing something was happening. They had stopped by the time I returned.
    7. Now I turn off the 'new' drive and run the terminal commands again. When I turn it off I'm told by Hardware Growler that the new drive ("OWC") and the RAID disk ("terra") have both unmounted. Last time (when the 'old' drive was turned off) Growler told me all 3 drives unmounted. The diskutil commands now show.

So HELP PLEASE!. Does the above provide enough information to suggest to someone with more knowledge than me about this, what is going on and what can I do to fix this? Let me know if there are any more tests I can run.
I have a backup of the data so can erase and recreate the RAID drive. But what would stop this happening again? Could it have been TechTools Pro 5 which was running when the problem first happened that caused some permanent damage?
    Any and all help appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Brooke

Thanks ridogi and Antonio for your replies,
For clarification, both drives have dual FW 800 to allow them to be connected. No FW 400 involved (I'm not that silly .
I can't say i've done extensive research into setting up RAID drives but I've never come across advice to not use multiple external drives. Here is an extract from a Nov 2007 MacTech article on using RAID for backup:
    {quote}
    The Desktop Mac User:
The second user I want to look at is the professional who relies on his desktop Mac for his business. He is a lawyer, developer, architect or other professional whose business relies totally on the contents of his computer. If he loses the files on his computer, his business will really suffer. In addition, the time lost when dealing with a failed hard disk is money down the drain. This user relies on a three disk mirror volume. His Mac has two internal SATA disks which are used as the primary and secondary disks of a mirror volume. If one of the disks fails at any given point, the other one will take over and become the new primary disk, so his files are always protected from a hard disk failure. The third disk is an external FireWire disk which is also a secondary disk. It is stored offsite (either at home in a fireproof safe or at another safe location). Every Friday, he brings this third disk into his office and connects it to his desktop Mac. Once this disk is connected, a mirror rebuild starts automatically. He can perform this rebuild as he continues to use his Mac during the day. At the end of the day, when he shuts his Mac down, he disconnects his external secondary disk and returns it to its offsite location. This offsite secondary disk becomes his insurance against his building getting broken into or his building burning down. Like the laptop user, if his Mac gets destroyed, he can just purchase a replacement Mac and then boot up from his external secondary disk. At most, he will use one week's worth of work.

So I just assumed it is ok to use external drives. This is discussing a software product called SoftRAID and perhaps that is able to handle the situation. Or perhaps one external drive is ok???
My plan, developed when deciding to buy the Mac Mini April 2009 was to amortize costs by buying external drives first for doing backups and then buying a NAS within 12 months. I guess I should have just gone the NAS.
However ridogi I see you've recommended WiebeTech which don't seem to have NAS devices but DAS (direct attached storage) as the devices are connected directly to a network machine via Firewire etc. (Whereas NAS connects via the Network - I'd connect such a device to the Airport wireless router). Do you prefer DAS over NAS? I guess the downside of NAS is that the complexity is somewhat greater.
    And reading http://www.wiebetech.com/just-say-no-to-nas/ they say:
    {quote}
Let's face it - Networked or "shared" storage is a great feature but most NAS devices are just too slow for many applications. 3MB/s for a NAS device is common and 10MB/s is considered fast. Direct Attached Storage (DAS) performs much faster while still having the ability to be "shared". The RTX400-QR can transfer data to your computer at speeds exceeding 100MB/s.
    {quote}
How can this be? If connected via Gigabit ethernet (128MB/s) then isn't that faster?
Though it is true that if you connect via Wifi then the best speeds you are going to achieve is 6.75 MB/s (802.11g) or 17.5 MB/s (802.11n).
Of course the speed advantages for DAS are only going to be on the machine its connected to as the other machines will connect to it (via the machine its on) over the network anyway!
Why I like the idea of NAS is to move the drives away from the Mini (noise and powerpoint reasons), make it easier to share with other Macs/PCs in the house (including via SMB) and I have a vague hope that this might stop the delay caused by the connected external drives spinning up when an open/save dialog box is activated (or is this just me?!).
Your thoughts appreciated! And thanks for the help so far.
    Cheers,
    Brooke

I have ordered a MAC MINI SERVER leopard snow 10.6(also ordered a dvd superdrive, wireless typing, and a wireless mouse for the mac mini)
    i have ordered a Time Capsule 2TB
i want to connect to the Time capsule this:
    G-technologie 8 TB G-SPEED Q RAID-oplossing (hdtower)
UPC of EAN nr.: 705487185744 in the mac store
i want to connect to the Time Capsule this for my TV to play movies from the harddisktower connected to my time capsule:
LG DP1W MEDIAPLAYER/CENTER without harddisk build into it, with WiFi connection butt, i'm gonna use te 2.0 USB connection that is faster and stabile.
-Connecting the Time Capsule to the Internet
i'm also gonna use this: gear4 PG467 UNITY REMOTE(control everything with iphone)
i'm also want to connect by 2.0 USB my canon all in one foto printer, WiFi is not working properly and i have many times problems with connection my printer wireless.....
And for the future i also want to connect a Dymo Labelprinter by 2.0 USB
in total 7 usb connections: only the time capsule have one port, so i can split to more ports by a usb-hub????
Well i have another question: i want to store a movie database on the external harddisktower that is connected to the time capsule.....
How can... let me say: my sister, and father who live on 2 different adresses get access to the movie database and watch them at their own home?????
can i secure it with a password given to my sister or father that is only works for 1 file???? so that i get multiple passwords
how does this works??? to share/upload/download to the internet only to one person????
