RAID Problems to the Max

Hi.
I posted my problems about Apple Raid Card and Hard drives. Drives disappearing from the system and all that.
Everything started last friday when Raid Utility informed me that one of the 2Tb drives (lets call it 4(bay 4)) has disappeared from the system, and because of that, RaidSet 1 got degraded. First thing I did was that I ordered a new drive to replace the "broken" one. Yesterday the new drive arrived and I replaced it successfully to the system, and RaidSet 1 started to rebuild. Today, when I got to work, the working drive of the RaidSet 1 (lets call this one 3) had disappeared and the Raid Set 1 was totally broken.. Friday 13th eh.. It was working fine until around 12 am today.
Last backup I have is from last friday (thank god), but so much work has of course been done during the week. And I know the drive is not broken, neither of the 2 drives what have disappeared are broken, they just disappear and the Raid ejects them. Then I was on the phone with few consultants and I decided to head to my friends house and plug in the last working drive in his Mac Pro. The consultants told me that it should show the 2 volumes on that drive, and they were half right. One of the volumes appeared there, but it was only the volume with the user home folders. The 2nd volume where we have our work files, did not show. Whyyyyy!!?!?!? WHY GOD WHYYY!!??!!
Is there any trick I could try to get that one volume to show? As far as I can understand, mirrored drives should both have the 2 volumes, around 1tb each, because the drives are duplicates!? I started to think that maybe the drives are indeed totally from the depths of someones a-hole, and broken, but I cant believe it.
The whole Mac Pro is going to be sent to the company where we ordered it, I guess they will replace the Raid card. But I just would like to still try to secure the files myself.
Anyway. Happy friday the 13th.. Any comments and suggestions are appreciated.

The "Max running jobs" was set to 15.
(1). When I dragged two assets into FCSvr at a time, in the "Search all jobs" window, I saw the first one being uploaded then transcoded, and later the second one being uploaded then transcoded.
(2). When I dragged them into FCSvr one by one, I saw them being uploaded, then the first one being transcoded, and the second one later.
Thus with (2), there is no need to wait or queue between the uploading of the second one and the transcoding of the first one.
However, I intend to drag the assets at the same time, besides, I wanna attain the aim in (2) that no queue to wait. Could someone tell me how to do it?

If I understand, you used for upload menu "Upload file..."
For uploading and conversation in same time many files you can setup production action (response) for some folder on your device (XSAN, RAID, HDD)
This action can create production for folder, and create assets for media in folder. The add action "SCAN" in response submenu. For transcoding many assets in same time check radio button "Background Analyze" in response "SCAN".
You can read more about that in manual.

[SOLVED] Problems changing the max open files attribute (ulimit)

I'm trying to change the max open files by
putting this line to /etc/security/limits.conf
<username> hard nofile 4096
but nothing changes ('ulimit -n' spits as 1024 as an answer).
I did try to logout and log back in and reboot the
system but no go
P.S. I also tried adding 'ulimit -n 4096' to ~/.bashrc
but then I get:
bash: ulimit: open files: cannot modify limit: Operation not permitted
so should I add it to the global profile file
(etc/profile right?) or to /root/.bashrc or what?

I07 problems to the max!

I've contacted Apple with these problems and they keep telling me call me back tomorrow and I will let you know what we find out. Wel, a week later and nothing!
My problems are as the rest. No imessage or facetime at all. I keep getting the same message as everyone else. I've tried resetting my network as apple asked me to do but nothing. I've tried the power and home button and some have recommended and nothing.
Now, I can't listen to my music via bluetooth in my car. Can control the music at all. Want go forward or backwards to a song. I'm even having problems answering a call. What I mean by that is it doesn't want to swipe to answer a call. I have to try or 4 times.
There has to be something done!

Problems with the ipod

I have already researched this problem to the max, so any other suggestions are welcome, but I have already read all the discussions on it as well as the Apple Documentation. I am coming here on the off chance someone knows soemthing and so I can document for the benefit of other ipod users.
I get "Disk cannot be read from or written to" when trying to synch ipod. The error message does vary a bit.
I have seen other users referred to this artile.

This documentation is pretty useless as it says that everything can be wrong.
So far I have restored my ipod many times, formatted it for windows, checked it for errors in windows, updated my ipod software, updated itunes, tried various methods described all to no avail. It is not a problem with a specific file because I have tried transferring only 100 out of the 2500 files in my collection to no avail.
I will try updating my ipod from a different computer with a different library of music later tonight. So far I have not had access to a computer with a firewire drive so that I can make sure it's not a problem with the USB cord or interface.
Suggestions are welcome! If updating it with another comp does not work I guess I'll try to use the ipods warranty. If that doesn't work I'll try to replace the harddrive myself.

IPhone 6, problems with volume, automatically goes to the max when listening to the music

iPhone 6 iOS 8.1, sometimes when I'm trying to increase volume by 1 bar, it goes to the max and there is no way to decrease it without reboot. Had same problem before updating to iOS 8.1... I've never had that problem with my 5S, which is also on iOS 8.1. I'm using Beats Mixr headphones with remote. I've tried to restore the phone, didn't helped.
Yesterday I was listening to the music on iPhone 6 for about 4 hours and this happened 5 times, today I listened music from iPhone 5S for almost 5 hours and it didn't happended even once... I was using the same headphones... Any ideas?

My phone is not on mute, the volume is up to the max, there are no blue tooth connections, the phone will not ring only vibrate with the ringer on. I cannot hear any music through the phone either.

What is the max. count of internal worker-threads in B1iSN 88?

We have an installation of B1iSN 88 with an ECC 6.0 and 54 SAP Business One installation. The Hardware is 8 Core multi-threads processor. 32GB Memory. Now we have a problem with the queuing of Events. What we have found is that the configuration of the internal worker-threads is set to -1(please see below for the settings). We change the settings to xcl.threads=20 and it improves the queuing. My question is what is the max. count of internal worker-threads per core? so that we can know how many worker will set and if we need to upgrade the CPU to 16 Core..

# The value of 0 means that there is no limit (what in general should not be set up).

What a jump in performance when I swapped out the Pentium 4 620 mine had, for the PD 945, and tossed in 4 GB of memory.
That box will also run the Radeon HD 6570 with no problem too, which is what I put in mine.
The downside of that model is that there are no settings for ahci or raid.
I own or have owned every CMT since the d510 with the exception of the dc7900.
My main PC is now the 8200 Elite CMT which I installed W8.1 on.
It has an i7-2600 processor and 32 GB of memory, 1 TB SATA III hard drive.
I threw in a Radeon HD 6670 in that one.

What is the max size of HDD I can use in my dc7600 CMT

I am using an HP dc7600 CMT which is working fine after upgrading to a Samsung 128GB SSD, Intel Pentium D 3.4 GHz, 4GB RAM, and an AMD Radeon HD 6450. I am running Win 8.1 Pro x64, with the most recent upgrade, and have absolutely no problems. I now want to add a second internal HDD, and wonder what is the max size I can go to. Can I go to 2TB, or am I limited to a lower figure? 1TB? 500GB? 250GB?
Will be glad for some help here, especially if it has been actually tried in practice.

P6N Hardware raid problems (sata 6,7)

I didn't find the sig things which i find odd but anyway...
here my rig
P6n Diamond
2 asus 8800gts in sli
i have 4 HDD WD 200 gigs sata2
(will go into detail about those lovely HDDS)
dvd burning sata (currently unplug)
dvd rom IDE plug in
2 gigs of ram 4x512
core duo 2.66 ghz
OK here the problem i wanted 4 HDDS in raid 0 or raid 1 or the 1+0 since i got 4 ... works GREAT fast machines until something went wrong which blew out my original 4 gigs ram 4x1 gig ram sticks and no matter what ram i put in it did not work...sent it in for RMA got it back ever since i got it back RAID BEEN ACTING UP!!! my raid would FAIL in 1+0(i assume it means stripeing and mirroring) and 0 my desktop would hang for a few moments doing gaming regular uses email internet music video uses OR IDLEING after it recovers i get a balloon saying that access fail er to X.X.M drive it use to be one drive now when one acts up the other three follows it examples that was in raid 0 and 1+0 same issues once in a blue moon wait that everyday when i have it in raid 1+0 i found a brand new harddrive in my computer the raid had degraded ? what that means well i know what but HOW ? how did it degraded? so i rebuild the array and geese what compleat fail er it dies and i loose all my stuff on it...now be for someone comes in such as MSI saying that my HDD may be at fault it not...infact it is currently in raid 0 just 2 of them on my other desktop working great and the BEST PART it is FASTER on the P6N i get 200MB burst and when it was in raid 0 i get like 120 continuous read and in raid 1+0 i believe half that speed or 90mbs in the older desktop i get 330mb BURST and i forgot what i got for continuous ready again probably 90 and it is stable plus i ran forever hour es test on the HDD surface scans errors and such and it in 100% good shape and ready to rock....so you guys know the HDDS were in sata 1-4 sata 5 was my dvd burner and 6-7 blank....so i was using the SOFTWARE raid and it not doing so well at all i did try using 2 drives i didn't do a proper test yet but i think it also failed...so seeing that I'm having allot of software raid problems decided to get from bad to worse i cant get anywhere with it so here the new set up now...
2 hdds ONLY and PHYSICALY installed since the other 2 are in the other computer i have an IDE dvd rom plug and drive 1 and 4 are plug into the sata 6 and 7 the black and red sata heads...NO BLUE LIGHTS AT ALL NEVER SEEN A BLUE LIGHT... as we know Jp1 and JP2 i think ? there are 4 pins there are 4 possible ways to set that up i tryed all four and no blue lights not even a blink i look close I CANT FIND THE LIGHT PHYSICALLY INSTALLED or i dint recognize it ( i hope i am being blind) what i mean there four ways i tryed jumping one pin from jp1 to jp2 instead of two pins on jp1 and i even put 2 jumpers on both jp1 and 2 and both jumpers the other way from jp1 pin two jp2 pin actually that 6 ways my bad no blue lights...
the BIOS is set to IDE didn't work in raid as i read from other places if things go well light come on and the BIOS sees it as a single drive which means no floppy to installed 3rd party drives AWESOME!!! cant get it working :( .. it not detecting it at all it saying i have NO HDDS installed at all
i sent the board in for a second rma..guess what they did they pulled it out and put it in a box and send it right back to me....the moment it got there i get an email saying it being shiped back and i was like oh nice they replace it...they didn't TOUCH it...so I'm calling them up the next day...to find out why they did that and to try to set up the SIL raid....

I'm using an ASUS board on my older desktop for 2 years straight more or less it still in raid 0 NO ERRORS it is sata1 that the HDD only maxi um speed with 2 sata1 in raid 0 it acts like 1 sata2 drive and i never had to reinstalled my OS for 2 years and it gets better the ORGINAL motherboard for that old desktop was an MSI and right now that original board is on my self causes a lil device fryed ( don't think it msi fault but got fed up with that board with allot of bugs it was a NEO F or something really old lol....

i dont know how two memory stick whould make a diffrent but to answer your question no i havent the goal is to have all 4 sticks and yes they work great i put them in my old system as well and was able to see incrase of performance even though it two gigs all my other hardwares are working find cause when the mainboard was sent in for repaires i move some parts over so i can play SOME games while i wait...now for the power supply it has MORE then enough power it is a 1200 watt thermaltake with 4 12v rails 2 are 20 amps and the other 2 or 36 amps.. 5v rail is 30 or more but the 12 v rail are acurate i was studding it so i can properly connect the 36 amp to my video cards all power cord are plug in like i said all hardwares are working fine causes they were tested befor and none of them were at faults..
however i will try the memtest86 now dose it need to have an OS installed (dont have it causes it wont see my HDDS in sata 6 and 7) i have to head out in a bit but when i come back ill check it out causes the orginal rams were working find and everythign was happy untill the motherboard blew out and took out 4 ram sticks so i brought a new one from a diffrent brand wich fell into the compatible list of ram for this board the other one was not "comptiable" thank you be back shortly...
i forgot to mention befor i whould like a good list of directions beside the one in my manuel of how to set up the sata 6 and 7 raid if wores come to wores im going to back up my old HDDS wich have been working great and move it over to the HARDWARE raid and see if it works i will post what i find out but in the mean time the proper set up of the raid hardware will be nice in case i did something wrong thank you

In my frustration , amongst lots of open web pages tutorials and other useless information , I come across innocent looking link and software to installed called Genieo , which suppose to help with any router .
Software ask for permission to install , and about 30 % in , my instinct was telling me , there is something not right . I stop installation . Delete everything , look for any
trace in Spotlight , Library . Nothing could be find .
Now , every time I open Safari , Firefox or Chrome , it will open in my home page , but when I start looking for something in steed of Google page , there is
''search.genieo.com'' page acting like a Google . I try again to get raid of this but I can not find solution .
With more research , again using genieo.com search eng. there is lots of articles and warnings . From that I learn do not use uninstall software , because doing this will install more things where it come from.
I do have AppleCare support but its to late to phone them , so maybe there some people with knowledge , how to get this of my computer

Genieo definitely doesn't help with your router. It's just adware, and has no benefit to you at all. They scammed you so that they could display their ads on your computer.

Problem regarding the creation of Table using CSS.

Here I have a Problem regarding the creation of Table using CSS.
In My Application i have a table with multiple rows(Rows are Dynamically added to the table).First i am setting the table with the following properties:
width:900px;
height : auto,
Overflow : visible,
Max-height: : 200px.
If I use above properties,I'm getting a table with 5 or 6 rows(height upto 200px).After that i am getting the Vertical ScrollBar.
The problem is when a table has many columns, Vertical and Horizontal Scrolls are coming at the time of setting the table. The table height is not Increasing dynamically.
How can i use "height" property in CSS? (I want the table height to be increased when the columns are more.)

Hey humble user. Errr I'm trying to understand what ur trying to do. U want to create a section of a region destructively from an existing region right? If so select the option convert to new region (opt-comm-R or selecting it by right clicking). Check your audio bin to make sure. Whats the "merge" function? Are u refering to the glue tool?
