Random Crashes.....Motherboard at fault?

Question

Alright, here's the story.  I just built a new system for myself. (for a complete system component listing, see below) However, to my dismay, the system is plagued by seemingly random crashes.  
I run Windows XP Professional, and just about any old time, the screen will flash blue all of a sudden (stop error) and then the machine will reboot itself.  This happens during games, driver installations, audio editing, music playback, you name it.  If the system is doing anything at all, there's a possiblity it will crash.
Sometimes, upon reboot, I will get a message that informs me that Windows cannot start because the following file is missing or corrupt: windows\system32\config\systm and I will have to perform a manual registry repair per Microsoft's published method.
So the main question is, IS THIS THE MOTHERBOARD?  I've run through all the other components and I can say that these arn't the cause.
The only IRQ I'm sharing happens to be IRQ 10, between the sound card and the onboard ethernet.
And yes, I'm running current versions for all drivers in question as well as all windows updates.
Does anybody know what is causing this, or more importantly, how to fix it?

Did changing your memory voltage setting help rid you of those WinXP blue screen/reboots?
I'm curious, in general, how the different types of Corsair memory respond using different voltage levels.  
I've got a couple of Corsair memory sticks myself, and upped the memory voltage to 2.7V.  Prior to doing that, I was seeing blue screens quite quite often.  I now get "blue screened" about 1-2 times per week (which is still too often, IMHO.)  Given that I overclock my system, though, I can't complain.
