Random songs keep appearing in my library that i did not buy. why?

random songs keep appearing in my library. i have never heard of them, nor did i buy them. they are not in my purchased folder though. does anyone know why this is happening? i am pretty sure they have been there since i set up my itunes account on this laptop.

No, I have not deleted them, although I am about to. Just wondering if anyone knew why they had appeared in the first place...? Does this happen sometimes? also they all happen to be in the "game" genre of songs. dont know if that means anything.

When I opened IYunes, there is a "Shared Library" that I did not authorize that is in my ITunes that is over 550 GB of data. Edit > Preferences > General tab, untick Shared Libraries so you don't see those shared by others on the same network, then go to the Sharing tab and untick Share my library on my local network, if ticked, so that you are not sharing yours. Click OK.

My iPhone (ios7.0.2) deleted all songs that i did not buy on iTunes and it won't sync anymore

i downloaded ios 7 a week ago and everything worked perfectly but now that i wanted to import an album that i bought as a cd i had to update my itunes and since then i can't sync my iphone anymore as well as today i could literally watch all the songs that i did not buy in itunes delete themselves and i can't find a way to get them on my phone again. what do i do?

My ipad got a 1 line cracked at the corner side near the charging sight...went to a apple aothorized reseller...1st they advised me to contact online/call toll free support for the inquiries on my IPAD2 for the reason that i did not buy it in their store.

My bank statement shows purchases that I did not buy. There is an extra transaction that I did not make but I am being charged for. I have receipts for all my purchases and I did not recieve one for this transaction. What do I do?

Is this perhaps a new account, and this transaction is for $ 1.00? If so, that the normal hold charge almost all online vendors use to verify the validity of the account. It'll be reversed in a few days.
If that's not the case - it's not a new iTunes Store account or the charge isn't for $ 1.00, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.

When you subscribe to iTunes match, you cannot selectively choose tunes to add to it, it's either or nothing. When you then enable iTunes match on your iPhone, none of the tunes are downloaded to your phone, you simply get a list of everything that is available in your iTunes library and the ability to download them as and when you want.

I am seeing links appear inside my website that I did not create. This problem is not occurring with IE9 - just firefox. How can I prevent someone from putting these strange links in my site.

Someone is putting links inside my website - I did not create these links and do not have any idea who has put them on my index page. How can this be prevented and how can the links be removed. I have overwritten the files but that does not help. This problem does not happen with IE9 or any other browser, I only see these links when I use firefox to load my site (prevailingword.net)

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Mac app store, can't get rid of an app that I did not buy and it's listed under an unknown Apple ID

Hello guys, I have a very rare issue with my Mac App Store application.
Whenever I want to make an update of a piece of software that I've bought, Angry Birds apears as if I had it, when I haven't.
The thing is, I want angry birds to desappear from my updates list taking in account that it does not belong to me.

Today is 12/30. I was looking at my music library on my laptop just now. It shows 15 albums I have never seen before, by artists I have no familiarity with.
