Randomly i won't be able to use the exit or maximize/minimize buttons in the upper right hand corner. Anyone know what to do?

the minimize, maximize, and exit buttons in the upper right hand corner randomly stop working. i have tried to restart firefox in safe-mode and it still happens. I have also tried reinstalling firefox and that did not work either. anyone know a solution?

If the problem occurs in more than one application it could be a system graphics setting, problem or similar. You can try to check by opening another application in the same position and using it for some time.

Also, I set up Google as my home page, but it won't list Email or any other options. I have to type in Google in the Google box, then Email appears. How do I get the right Google set up as my home page so I can access Email without jumping through hoops.

Just switched from CS6 to PS CC. I am very comfortable using ACR in previous versions. I liked to use the preview checkbox located in the upper right-hand corner to see before and afters. That checkbox is no longer in my version of PS CC. I see that they have side-by-side, top and bottom and right and left before and after options in the lower right-hand corner in this version. Is there anyway to get that legacy preview checkbox back so that I can use it?

Here's my suggestion:
On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Cellular (where you would turn on cellular data if you could).
You can actually scroll that menu down a bit so the "Cellular Data" button is not necessarily in the far upper right corner of the screen. Hopefully you can scroll it down far enough that you can successfully set it.

There used to be a button in the upper right-hand corner that collapsed the navigation and bookmark bars. Where is it?

I'm using FF 5.0.1 on a Mac (OS is Snow Leopard). My older version of Firefox (not sure which) had a button in the upper RH corner that allowed you to quickly collapse the navigation and bookmark bars and then click again to bring them back - so much simpler than going through the "view" menu when it was helpful to have just that much more space to view a page. That button isn't in version 5.0.1 - is there a way to get it back (e.g., an add-on)?

The cloud icon means that they are only in the cloud, they aren't currently stored on your iPad, so there isn't anything to delete. You can turn off the showing of the books that are in the cloud via Settings > iBooks > Show All Purchases 'off'

When I click "File", "Exit" or X in the upper right hand corner to close Firefox it starts using more than 90% CPU. I have to close Firefox by going to Taskmanager and click on the Process tab, select Firefox.exe and click on End Process.

You will also notice that your shift key will be emulated. Meaning that keys you will try to press will press but they will act like you are pressing the shift key when you are doing them.
Try this, minimize the firefox window by pressing the tab on your taskbar. After doing that maximize it again. You will magically be able to click any link on your page. When you navigate to a new page however, the entire situation will start all over. My only remedy is rebooting and hoping it doesn't happen again soon.

I can't imagine any worse workflow than converting to JPEG to edit text, then back to PDF. Text in a PDF is a vector thing, smooth at all resolutions. And JPEG is made for photos. EVERY conversion to JPEG and back loses quality but how much loss there is will vary.
If you must go to an image format, try PNG.

I used to be able to pull photos from my iphone into my itunes but something has changed. I dont remember how I did it before but I think an option is missing. Does anyone know what the process was for moving pics from your iphone to your itunes?

I cant download the new iTunes soflware on my PC because I have not yet been able to sync my photos from my phone to my itunes. If I update to the new software on my pc, for some reason I can't then update my phone software. What Ive had to do the past few times is go the the Apple Store and have them load the new iTunes on my phone for me but then that means I lose all my pics.
