Range of BB problems after Wemyss Bay Exchange upg...

Hi, can anyone shed any light on this ... On 1 March, 2012 BT upgraded the Wemyss Bay exchange. My IP Profile went up from 7Mb to 21 Mb, and the service I received seemed to have improved. However, for the last two weeks Broadband is going down very often (orange light flashing on the Home Hub, V2a) and the stats and log show a lot of errors. And out of the blue, I got an email from BT informing me how to improve the service by looking at the house internal wiring. Not sure if this is relevant, but I left the router on overnight, nothing else switched on, and this morning I opened the stats and there were 4294964079 FEC errors .... Can you also post the full results fromBT Speedtest speedtester.bt.com
Have you tried connecting to the test socket at the rear of the master socket  
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal
