RC1PHDEL for Specific Data

Dear Experts,
As we all know, with the help of RC1PHDEL we can 1) mark for deletion & 2) physically delete the EHS master data.
Now, I wanted to delete only specification and not other data e.g. phrases etc..., , can we do it via RC1PHDEL? if yes, how?

Dear Amol
report RC1PHDEL does have no really "significant" selection option. Normally this report is scheduled as a job to run once a day, or once a week etc. to set the "Delflag". Rarely it is used to delete physically something from data base (and there are very good reaons not to delete physically).
To my knowledge it can not be used e.g to get rid of one specific specification and the data related to it (e.g. Specification Deletion).
This would be my proposal: if you have the need to delete something (or do clean up actions) on regular basis you should prepare a "Secondary Data determination" function to do so. This would be then realized as a function module. Now based on hit list you could select specific specification to run there a clean up action.
The same solution might be possible for phrases (refer to: Customer Exits in SAP EHS MANAGEMENT there are two Menu Exits in phrase management

If you would like to get back in time and see when the user did a logon / logoff then you need to have auditing enabled. How to restore Project from repository for specific date ?

Hello,
I have Web Dyn Pro Project. Some files were deleted in project and were checked in to repository.
Could you please describe easy steps how to restore project state for specific date ?

The only way you could do that was if you used Time Machine on the computer to make backups. You could simply store the mobile backups folder on the day you wanted and then restore the iPhone.
I've done this successfully in the past.

How to define specific color for specific data in WebI?

Hi everybody,
I wonder how I could connect data shown in e.g. a vertical stacked bar chart to a specific color. The assignment of color in a chart is done by Webi automatically after pulling a a variable to a chart. Later on it is possible to change to color via the color palette. But how can I define a specific color for specific values of an attribute? (E.g. calue is Chicago -> color is blue; value is NY -> color is red.. etc ) Is it possible?
Does anybody know the trick?

Issue with displaying QM control chart for specific date range

Dear All
In our chemical mfg organisation, we just implemented SAP QM solution and things are working fine. I have implemented control chart functionalities as below:
SPC Criteria in Inspection Plan: Task List Charateristics / Material (0020)
Sampling Procedure: Fixed Sample / SPC Inspection (without inspection point)
We use process orders to get the inspection lots for products (material) and record results for the MICs and UD the inspection lots.
Currently all our Control Chart have status 1 (created) and we have not moved any of those charts to status 3 and 5 yet.
Using QGC1 when user trying to run control chart for any particular material in the plant and for a specific date range, report showing all the charts for that material with different MICs as expected. Though the result is NOT restricted to the selection dates either against "Lot Created On" or " Insp. Start Date" ( may be due to SPC criteria????) , its always showing all the result for any particular MIC for that material starting from go live till today.
How to restrict the dispaly of result on the chart for any particular MIC against the Material / Plant within a specific date range ?

Hi,
1. Even though when i give the Created on, and to date the system is displaying the report which is prior to the created on date.
2. Similarly the report data is different when the field is maximum no of Hits is given. for example when i giving this field as 10, 20, 30, etc the report is showing only 10 line items. if i enter 50, 60 etc it is showing the list for half i given.
Note that system is having more than 1000 line items to display..

Example:

How to view execution history for any date in oracle SQL developer tool ?

hi, i want to view some executed queries(2 months before) in oracle SQL Developer. if i press F8 it shows execution history for only last 30 days. is there any option(query) or something to view execution history for specific date ? i want to see some queries, which is executed before 2 months in my oracle SQL developer tool. Pls help me out.

Unreconciled documents at specific date

Here's the problem: I need to show customer balance at specific date span (let say from BeginningDate to EndingDate). However for beginning balance, I must show all unreconciled documents (invoices, credit memos, incoming and outgoing payments, and direct journal entries) at BeginningDate. How can I do that? I considered using JDT1.IntrnMatch = 0 condition, however, it doesn't work for specific date. Please help. Thank you.

A buil in functionality supports this. Why you would like to create a new?
open Financials->Financial Reports->Accounting->General Ledger
Select Business Partner unselect G/L Accounts, enter posting dates required.on Display, select Not Fully Reconciled, and select Co&nsider Reconciliation Date below.
Run
This will display the unreconsiled transactions of your customer based on dates entered.
Tip:
RUN SQL profiler to get the query executed behind if you would like to built a custom application......

How to get users' login logout time for user IDs for a specific date?

Dear All,
There is a case I being requested to retrieve the Userid, User Name,
User Group, User Dept, Date, Login Time, Logout Time in a specific date, for example, 21.05.2009.
How should I retrieve the information? The user want to input specific date and user group then return the details that mentioned above.
I try with SUIM->Users->By Logon Date and Password Change... but I can't specific the date that I want ...
I try with SM19 (Security Audit Log), but unfortunately in my system this is not activated.
I've seek for SAP's advise, and they say need to ask abaper to developr a report in order to get such details....
Do you guys have any other methods?
Do you guys know which tables will contain the details as mentioned above?

Unfortunately without the audit log, you're going have a hard time finding this information. As mentioned, ST03N will give you some information. If your systems daily workload aggregation goes back to the date you require then you'll be able to get a list of all users who logged on that day. ST03N doesn't keep time stamps just response times.
My only idea is VERY labor intensive. If your DB admin can retrieve a save of the database from that day then table USR02 will hold a little more information for you. It will contain last login times for that day. If your system backup policy happened to have saved the contents of folder "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>/data" then you potentially have access to all the data you require. The stat file will have recorded every transaction that took place during that day. If that file is restored you could use program RSSTAT20 to query against it.
Good luck and turn on the audit log as it makes your life much easier!

Custom Report for the Stock and Stock value for a specific date

Hi SAP Gurus,
Is there any SAP standard t-code or any logic to get the transcations (additions (for example: Purchases) and subtractions (Sales) to the inventory) for a particular materials in a plant and with Total Stock and also Total Stock value when that particular transaction happened?
Our system is R/3 4.7
I looked at the MB5B, MBCE, MBCA, MC44, MB51 and some other standard T-codes but could not find the total stock value at the time of Transaction happened.
The history tables MBEWH and MARDH are updated after the month end closing procedures, right, which means I will have the inventory value changing every month if material has Price "S".

Unfortunately, you cannot see in a single tcode the value of stock and stock quantity on a specific date. As you yourself have pointed out, we only have to make use of the history table MBEWH, MARDH for the month wise stock quantity and value. Along with that you should also make use of the table MBEW to take teh stock quantity and value. So the total value of stock on a particular date will be
Stock qnty = MBEWH value until the previous month (for teh specific valuation class, period etc) + MBEW value for the present date.
But this will nto work out if you want to find out teh stock quantity and stock value on a past date basis. For past data, only m onthwise data is available. For this anyway you can refer to MC.1 and so on reports.

How to marking email for follow up on a specific date

In projects I often receive e-mails which need to be followed up/chased by a specific date in the future. I would like to be able to mark them with a specified date and then file them in the relevant mail folder. On the date specified either the email re-appears in your in box for action or a reminder is sent.
The flag option is fine - but does not really help if one has many e-mails to follow up on different dates.
This must be feature which would be useful to 1000's of users - does it exist is there a work round? I have not found this feature on other e-mail applications including Yahoo.

There are always programs on http://www.tuaw.com that do things like this. I don't know if any of them specifically do this. They always want to suck you in and live in their little iGTD world. I don't really conform to that. I am trying to write software that I would want to use. This seems like one that would fall into that category. Simple, easy-to-use, does one thing well, and doesn't get in your way.

How do I mark an e-mail message for followup on a specific date?

I want to mark an incoming e-mail message to be followed up on a specific date/time. When that date arrives I want a reminder to pop up on my desktop. I can do this in Outlook, but would rather use the native Mac Mail if possible.

For some reason the Drag-and-Drop to the Calendar followed by Drag-and-Drop to Reminders does not work for me.

MB5B uses a list of tables & logic to get the Stock for a particular posting date.
if you want the stock run this report in your Z- report & export the Values to your Z-report & use them accordingly.

Count records for a specific date range

I am using BI Publisher with Siebel 8.1.1.1. I have a monthly report where I want to count the number of service requests entered per customer per month.
I am using the following expression that works for one month:

However, I want to be able to specify a specific date range for my count, i.e ssCreated >= '01/02/2011' and <= '28/02/2011', as opposed to count for the past 28 days. Can you please advise what syntax I can use to specify a date range?

In my xml sample data that I'm using I have 2 service requests that mean the criteria for Jan, yet when I run my report I'm getting '0'.
