RDF works fine, REP has problems

I am having trouble with a report using a ref cursor. It work fine in reports developer, but when I try and run the compiled report (.rep) in the reports runtime, it brings up an error ORA-06508. I was using a package, but removed all calls to that package which ruled that out.
The database user is the same for both reports developer and reports runtime.
Any ideas what else this might be would be appreciated!

I found the problem (though kind of not exactly). Basically this report was copied from another one that used a ref cursor then tweaked a bit. All the code looked right but it just wasnt working.
Found a report that worked, then copied the code used in this one into that, copied the layout / parameter form values etc (quite a long process) and ran the .rep again and it worked! Im guessing it is some sort of internal parameter or something inside the report code not being called, but if anyone has had a similar experience and found the answer please post it here.
For those looking for an answer if you are experiencing the same problem, basically find one that works, and then butcher it to use the code you want!

If you are not using Cellular Data, turn it off.

Ok....I have a 2012 MBP that has Yosemiti installed. The airplay works from iTunes, but when I try to mirror from the desktop I get the "no device detected" message. Airplay on all of my other devices work fine. Has anyone else had this issue?

Firefox won't load any web site under my login, if I use another account it works fine, this problem start with 7.01 update. I have 8.0 now, other browser works fine with no problem.

unable to load any web site, no error message, just a blank page.
safari and chrome work fine, in fact I am using chrome to type this up. This problem only limited to my account, I have created other account and firefox work as it should with no problem. I am unsure with else to clear to get firefox working again.

Update: This is NOT just related to "Yahoo" pages, while this problem first began with some of my Yahoo pages, it is now also happening with other NON Yahoo things I want to load up. Like Twitter, or Links in emails that load Blank, or even images within emails that show up Blank in the preview part of Yahoo mail. It is NOT a Yahoo issue as I have loaded up my Yahoo Mail in IE and Chrome, and everything loads wonderfully. I can even load up sites like Twitter, and other websites that will NOT load in Firefox, but they come up fine in other Browsers.
I have done the ONLY suggestion that came from Firefox Tech support, to load up FF in Safe Mode, but the problems still exists. I have uninstalled FF and re-loaded it, but the same problem is there.
Does anyone have any ideas here at all? I can't seem to get any Fire Fox help, so I am reaching out to the community here to see if anyone can help.... Thank you !!

All 'edit in' options greyed out in Lightroom 5.6 in combination with PS CC, last night it worked fine, what has happened?

Last night the 'edit in' link between Lightroom 5.6 and Photoshop CC on MacOS 10.9.5 was working fine. This morning it is greyed out. Does anyone have a clue what might have happened? I did get a notice to say that my license would expire in 6 days (when I'll renew again), so what gives?

IMac 2011 and Windows XP. Everything works fine. Little problem there.

The sound remains on the built-in speakers.

I have been using an external USB Hdd plugged into my hub for around a year without any issues (for backing up and serving music to SONOS), but recently it stopped being visible to all devices. My assumption was that it had gone pop but took it out and plugged it into my laptop and all is functioning perfectly.
Looking onto the HH4 with my browser it's showing
M3 Portable (Rev: 3) (File type not supported)
I've read some of the other threads here (most relate to HH3 and Fat formating) but they don't sem to be the same issue as this HDD was working fine and is not faulty in any way.
Has there been a HH4 update that has stopped this working but has a solution?

Thanks for that tip but unfortunately no progress.
The USB hdd received power and started spinning on the home hub being reset ok - but not visible on the laptop still.
One thing - if you go to the HH manager screen on the browser and ask it to safely disconnect the USB device it states it can't as it's running even though nothing is trying to access the drive at that time.....may not be relevant

Color is all weird. Working fine but has green and purple throughout. What does this mean?

Green throughout photos, purple all over Facebook. Working fine. Have not even had it a year. Any suggestions. I turned it off and on and reset it.

Settings>General>Accessibility>Invert Colors>Off. Try that. Or White on Black>Off.

TS3989 My problem is that the photos won't load up in My Photo Stream. Something is wrong with my account (Apple ID). Because when I tried it with another account, it worked fine. This problem began when I deleted all the photos on My Photo Stream.

I once deleted all the photos on My Photo Stream, since then, it won't upload photos anymore.
If I share a stream, it works fine. But still, no photos on My Photo Stream.
I just tried another Apple ID on my iPhone and it worked nicely. So, I guess something went wrong when I deleted all the photos.
Can someone please help?

This one was quick.
I deleted my Apple ID.
Tried a new Apple ID for it.
Deleted the newly created Apple ID which I had just created as a test.
Entered again my main Apple ID and... voilá.
It works again.

TS1702 An audiobook I purchased on iTunes worked fine, but has gone completely silent, with 5 hours left.

I purchased an audiobook on my iPod Touch. The first half worked fine, but 17 minutes into the second part it just goes silent, even thugh there a 5 hours of the book left. What should I do?

Hi wondering if anyone can help me, i have an itouch 4 gen and the front cover has started to come away, it hasn't been dropped or anything just started to come away ( although i did notice that it was heating up drastically ) looks to me like the glue has dyed up and as usual the guarantee had not long ran out. Has anyone else has this problem if so what can be done about it. Thanks

We just downloaded the newest version of Firefox, and since then it refuses to open/find any web connection. Explorer still works fine, so the problem appears to be Firefox. Suggestions?

We get an error message "Problem loading page" whenever we try to open Firefox. This started occurring just after we downloaded the latest version of Firefox.

I don't know whom to thank first-- b noir for telling me about the Lorraine fix or Lorraine for figuring out the fix. THE LORRAINE FIX WORKED FOR ME!!! (I feel a little like I am advertising "Hooked on Phonics" with that last line!)
Thank you doesn't say it strongly enough, but THANK YOU b noir and Lorraine for your help. I was to the boiling point last night and starting to get there tonight. Now I am resting easy and thankful that there is a community of computer users out there who care enough to troubleshoot problems together and work together to figure out a solution--and then to take the time to post and share information.
I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone who is having the iTunes issues where iTunes just plain won't open at all after downloading the newest version and has a pc with Norton Internet Security 2005 try the "Lorraine Method."
I am so happy I think I might sing. Or not--I will let my songs on iTunes do the singing for me now that I can again!!!!!!!
And to those still looking for answers--be patient--I now know how incredibly frustrating this can be and I hope that you all find your solutions very very soon!!

Premiere Elements 11, Windows 8, Was Working Fine, Now 'Has Stopped Working'

I have just finished a project successfully, burned a BluRay with acceptable result, then shut down for the night. While viewing the BluRay, I saw a couple of glitches I wanted to fix, and the menu did not appear, so re-opened the project this morning. Thinking a stop marker would fix the menu not re-appearing, I inserted one at where I thought the end of my video was. I then found an unnecessary clip at the end that had slipped by me, making the end of the video longer, and likely the problem with the main menu not coming back. I deleted the clip. I rendered, saved, and played, but the playback wouldn't start. I closed and restarted about 5 times, same result. Now, Premiere Elements does not start at all, I get the splash screen, then the Windows box saying the program has stopped working and Windows will be in touch with me when they find a solution. Any ideas? I de-selected a sound device in Control Panel while the program was running, but have undone that action and the program will not start. I appreciate the help.

ATR, thanks for the quick response. I tried some of your suggestions (from another related issue) in troubleshooting this one.
Good info on the stop marker, I will remove it.
Long story short, I have managed to re-install the program and get it to start. After the third time, the combination seems to be to Remove my preferences, Remove downloaded content, and Deactivate Product. I was reluctant to do the deactivation checkbox, I downloaded the program and was concerned about being locked out, Adobe thinking this was another illegal install.
I started the program gently (giving things a long time to load, light on the hard drive being the main indicator) and was able to reload the video that seemed to cause the problem. Rendered, played, edited, no problems at this point.
As to what may have caused the trouble initially, I'm not sure. I have speakers run off the analog onboard sound, with a microphone connected. I also have a USB headset w/ microphone that I use for narration and latenight listening. These devices don't seem to know about each other, and changing their status in Control Panel does not translate to a current Elements session. In Elements preferences, I enabled the analog speakers. From there, things went downhill. The sound wouldn't play, then the play would not start the video in editor, then the program would not start at all.
I really like this program so far. I used Elements 1 and 2 way back when (with a computer to end all computers) to get all of our VHS recordings onto digital media. I did some editing and made some videos, then got away from it for a few years. We started diving and I got a GoPro camera. It didn't take too long to figure out the computer I had wouldn't do it for the new video formats. So, I now have the computer to end all computers to take care of the task. This has been the first glitch I've had in Elements 11. I expected a great deal more trouble with Windows 8.
Anyway, thanks again. If I find a recurring issue here, I will be sure to post it.
