Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
Battery saving mode and BlackBerry device analyzer is a part of the core OS . If you're unable to locate those application then try connecting your device and run desktop software > select applications within desktop software > Scroll down and see if you're able to view a + sign after those application , if you're then select that + Sign to install those applications.
If above fails then no other way but you have to reload the OS which will fix your issue , for help refer to this Knowledge Base :
KB03621 : How to Reload BlackBerry Device Software and application using BlackBerry Desktop Software
Try it and let us know if you feel any problem.

    So to resolve your issue can you try those steps ! 
    First on your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > BlackBerry ID > please check if you're already login with your BlackBerry ID .Then within that screen Press the menu key > Check for Updates ( If it prompts for update install it ) . Once it done perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On wait for a min. then re-insert it back. your device may take a long reboot.
    Then try those steps in the same sequence :
    1- Register your Handheld .
    KB00510 : How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.
    2- Resend your Service Book
    KB02830 : Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    ( Wait till a Registration Message comes in your message box for each email that you have configured on your device )
    3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
    After perform those steps , For Email Setup   :
                         Go to Setup > Email Account > try it again , it error persists then from your BlackBerry browser browse to www.blackberry.com/integrate  and add / edit your email account .
    For BBM :
                          Open BBM and see if completes the setup Or you have to reinstall it again , but before that you have to delete any existing version of BBM from Options > Device > Application Management > locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from that list . When its done perform another battery pull reboot 
    Finally from your BlackBerry browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/bbm and download the most recent version available for your device . Reboot your device and see if it completes the BBM setup.
    Please try those steps and let us know of your progress.

    First check this Catalog page and be sure that your Country is in supported country list that supports BBM7 http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/3729/?lang=en .
    If you're  able to see your country in supported list then you can try it again , for that first Uninstall or delete any existing verson of BlackBerry Messenger . On your Homescreen go to Options> Device > Aplication Management > Delete BlackBerry Messenger  from that list .
    KB10040  :  How to view or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone
    Once it is done perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait a min then reinsert it back.After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/bbm and the most recent available for your device .After reinstalling see if that helps .
    Please Note :
    If you're having BBM7 then your BBM Contacts are integrated with your BlackBerry ID , after installing when you login with your BlackBerry ID your Contacts will be restored back , but if you're having any previous persion then first do a local backup , you can backup in your Media card, refer to this KB for further  help

  • Curve 9320 problem accessing media

    I have several image and music files on my BlackBerry and have regularly made use of each (I have had this BlackBerry for just shy of 2 months), using my windows laptop to transfer the files via the USB cable.
    Today, however, when I plugged in the USB cable and went into the BlackBerry's folder on my laptop, all the subfolders appeared only as shortcuts (although they still worked fine) and after disconnecting, my BlackBerry seems entirely unable to locate anything I have saved on there. I even tried taking a new photo and the device immediately "lost" it.
    What do I do?

  • BB 9320 - People hear themselves during calls / echo problem

    Hi All,
    Whenever a BB 9320 owner is in a call the person on the other end will hear their own voice repeated back to them down the line similar to an echo. Only the person on the other end has the issue not the BB owner. This makes the call next to useless, quite often clients will ring back on the landline. 
    Turning the volume down helps unfortunately the echo is still very noticeable, the issue also completely disappears while using hands free equipment in the car. I can only conclude this is microphone/speaker sensitivity issue.

          you can try to restore the phone(you will be losing all data so keep backup before doing it ) , any software related issue will be fixed, if not if you have any Sony centre nearby then you can carry your phone to there, they will be able to fix the problem

  • Curve 9320 issue (hang problem)

    Hello, i have purchased curve 9320 3G 1 month back but i couldn't use this more than 1 day, i use to freeze frequently, after inserting sim, it was running fine for 10-12 Hrs, after than when i received incoming call, it showed me the number and contact on screen but i could not received that, all the key got freeze that time and i had to hard boot that device by fetching the battery out, i also went to BB service center 2 times but they said its a normal antivirus problem, i m surprised how could a virus may get in to device as neither connected it to internet, BBM services nor to any PC through data cable.

    Whenever you feel any problem always the first and best practice is to perform a Battery Pull Restart by removing the Battery while your Smartphone is Powered On , then wait for atleast a min. and reinsert it back .your device may take a long reboot . Rebooting in this manner fixes most issues within our BlackBerry Device , you won't loose any data while doing so .
    Also be sure that you're closing all application correctly , If we press and hold the Menu for a few seconds, it will pop up a screen which will show all running programs in the background ,generally five will always there ( Home, BBM, Message,Phone , Browser ) you can always look if any other apps. are running in the background. Always try to Close Applications Correctly - Avoid using the End key to close applications as this simply minimizes the application and leaves it running in the background. Instead, press the Menu key, select the Close or Exit option to exit the application.Don't leave your Browser open on any active webpage when not in use.
    If programs run in the background it may lead to device freezing and also quick battery drainage.Please have a look at this Article I am sure it will help you a lot in overcoming your problems :

    previously my Curve 9320 was crash after update Whatsapp app..after restart, got error '102' - RESET..then after the problem resolved ( flash again using Desktop Software ) and i restore contact list from backup file, my problem happens..
    from my backup file, i got 800++ contacts, but on my phone there was just 124.! where's my other contact from my previous phone books..?

    BlackBerry actually provides zero front line support to end users, including warranty...all support starts with the carriers, authorized resellers, and authorized service centers, all who can escalate cases into BlackBerry at no charge to the end user. So your service/support path would start by checking your original purchase documentation and finding out what it tells you regarding how it works in your region -- it can vary by region as well as by specific issue. From what you describe, your's sounds like a device-level issue, which would therefore be either an authorized service center or your original place of purchase.

    then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

    All warranty and replacements are controlled by respective Carrier or Service provider . If you're having constant and repeating issues with your device then you have to convince your Carrier or Service provider about this issue.If your device is still under warranty you can insist on replacement .

  • Help on BB curve 9320 - email problem

    PROBLEM: Whenever I send a mail from the handset, it shows as "SENT" but the receipient does not receive the same...
    FOLLOWING IS THE HISTORY of changes in the handset
    1. My BB curve 9320 was linked with Enterprise Activation Account in the beginning...
    2. Right now, i need not have to use Enterprise Activation ACcount.  Following was the process carried out for this:
                  a - From my voice plan and data plan service provider I changed the account to remove "Enterprise ACtivation Account"
                  b - I went  for a new data plan that is compatible with Blackberry handsets...
                  c - From the handset, options -> security -> security wipe, I selected all and did a "wipe".....All the information got deleted...
    3.  Now when I select, setup -> email account -> the handset displays -> "BLACKBERRY HANDSET SIGN IN"....I forgot the password of the same.... "Why should this dispaly happen when I want to use the handset only to check emails of my personal accounts?"
    My requirement is:
    1. I wish to add two personal account of mine....

    Can you clarify a bit? Is it asking for a device password or is it asking for a BlackBerry ID password? These are two different things.
    If it's just asking for a device password then it likely still has the IT policy from the BES you were connected to. You can remove that IT policy by following the instructions below:

  • Connection with BMW car Bluetooth Problem. Curve 9320

    I have a problem with the connection with my BMW car (series 3 model 2012). I have a Curve 9320 BlackBerry with 7.1 bundle OS (V7.1.0.907, platform 9.49.0.98).
    When I connect the Blackberry to the BMW bluetooth everything works fine. After this though the Blackberry cannot  open anymore the files attached to the e-mails. If I reset the device by disconnecting the bactery and restart it soon after that the Black berry can open the files attached to the e-mail. It work fine until it connects again to the bluetooth of the BMW. So far this is the only problem I found, the other functions work just fine.

    I have to disconnect the lead from the phone before answering a call.  Somewhat hard sometimes when driving...
    Current Devices: PlayBook 16GB, 64GB. Z10, Q10.

    Hey guys, I just bought my blackberry curve 9320 about four days ago, and I'm having problem with my display.
    Last time I thought it is just because of the light sensor and auto brightness that makes my screen brighter, but recently I turned off the auto backlight and sometimes the screen get brighter, and when I press the screen, the screen dim to the default brightness.
    Is it because of product defect? Should I claim my warranty?
    Really need advice and explanation about this problem guys

    Have you checked for any software updates since purchasing your BlackBerry Curve 9320? If not, I would first recommend doing this.  You can plug your BlackBerry smartphone into a PC then go to www.blackberry.com/update to install it.
