Re-activate Crystal Xcelsius Serial Number

My Crystal Xcelsius Serial Number needs to be reactivated. Can someone help me with this? I need to get this taken care of quickly. Why isn't there a 1-800 number that I can call?

For serial numbers I would start with sales. They'll be able to figure out if there is a problem with your serial number.

I entered my serial No. - but activation didn't work.
I tried to activate by phone - not successfull, phone no. doesn't exist.

If my LR3 CD is cracked, can I download trail version and activate with my serial number?

Hi, I bought a copy of LR3 a little over a year ago and it has only been uploaded to my desktop PC. Yesterday I bought a new computer and found that my CD of LR3 is cracked and could not be uploaded to the new computer. Can I download the free trail version and activate it with my serial number? Or can I move the whole program off of my old computer onto a DVD and transfer it to my new computer? I don't want to have to buy it again since I've only had it one year and only had it on one computer. Please help!

Follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first otherwise the links will not work.
When you launch the trial, enter your serial number to convert it to a full version.

How do I download a complete version of PSE12 and activate with a serial number from a CD

i do not have a CD reader on my laptop. I have already activated the Redemption code and have the serial number sitting in my account - but I cannot download PSE12. I do not want to download the trial version if I can avoid it.

How to install lightroom via a download and activate via a serial number

I have purchased Lightroom 5 - I however do not have a DVD reader. I downloaded LR but when entering my serial number on the box I bought I get the message "invalid serial number - please contact customer service". Hoping that somebody can help me on this forum.

I found the reason - I downloaded the LightRoom Creative Cloud version. I have bought the LR Windows/Mac client. I finally found on other products download the LR version. Way to do it - is install the LR client trial version - go to HELP - Lightroom registration and you can enter I could enter my license key. Just created my first import - great !

I need help with installing CS6 to a new computer. I have owned PS since CS and have upgraded through all of the versions. Do I have to download the old versions too now? I don't remember doing that on my new desktop last year. When I try to activate with the serial number it says the number is valid but the product is not found. I have tried my previous version numbers but they are invalid. There is a drop down to choose what product I am trying to activate but CS6 is not even listed. CS6 Extended is but that is not what I have. Can anyone help me with this?

you purchased cs6, not as an upgrade.
if that's correct, you do not need any previous versions installed and you should not be prompted for any previous version's serial number.
what exact product did you purchase and what product did you download?

Reinstalling, Application Manager says the serial number is invalid.

Let's start at the beginning: my hard drive crashed and I got a new one in my desktop iMac. I was able to save most of my files to an external harddrive, but none of my programs. I knew from previous experience with Adobe products that I could download a trial version and enter a serial number later. So I went to my Adobe account to look up what version of CS I had been running before, and it was 5.5 like I had thought, and the serial number was listed there as well! Yay! Then I went and downloaded the trial version of CS 5, not seeing a trial download of CS 5.5 available. I go to open up Photoshop, get the Adobe Application Mannager window giving me the option to either start a trial or enter a serial number. I entered the serial number associated with my previous version of CS 5.5, but then the Application Manager told me that "This serial number is not valid for this product," despite this being the correct serial number straight from my Adobe account.
Now, I realize the problem might be that I was running CS 5.5, not CS 5, which is why it's running into this problem. If this is the case, I am even more at a loss for what to do, since I did not see a trial version of CS 5.5 available. If this exists, please please link me to it!! However, if there is a way for me to get a new serial number, that would be great too!

I am trying to activate my serial number but the system is telling me that there is a network issue but my internet is working fine. It also lists 2 phone numbers to call but neither of them are in service. I need to activate my Macromedia serial number.

Can Photoshop Elements 10 be installed without discs using the product serial number?

I recently upgraded my Windows 7 system that came with Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 10 pre-installed to Windows 8. When the installation was complete, the software was gone. The system did not come with the installation discs. I have the product serial numbers because I registered the software. How can I get my software back? Can I download from Adobe using the serial numbers?

The email says that after I have submitted my academic verification:

What version of LR are you trying to activate? A serial number for LR 1 will not activate LR versions 2 - 5, but it will enable you to purchase LR 5 at the upgrade price and activate it.

Asking for dockey@ when printing delivery + serial number

I have some items that are managed by serial number. I import two reports designed with Crystal reports and set them as default to print Delivery and serial number items. I import delivery layout in DLN2 and serial number layout in SRN3. When I take preview of delivery (Crystal Report Layout), it opens but it starts asking for parameter "DocKey@". When I enter number of delivery it shows exacly what I want (Crystal Report Delivery layout + Crystal Report serial number layout). The issue is asking for DocKey@.
How can I solve this issue? Is it correct to import Serial Number Layout in SRN3.
