My author status still says blue even though the cloud status is "installed". Also, not sure why the pause button is disabled. I'd like to pause the cloud when I'm not using it.

It's green now and I can pause it. Please disregard. I still cannot login to author though.

no, i had to leave so i logged out and when i opened itunes on my mac and went into the downloads tab it only had one paused download listed. i resumed the download for the one movie listed and the other one never showed up. its been about two weeks since i initially bought the two movies so i figured something was wrong.

It sounds like you are getting an error from iTunes when you launch it. I would try the troubleshooting in this article named:
iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues

Start with troubleshooting for 3rd party plug ins section, then the rest of the article if needed:
Start iTunes in Safe Mode
Open iTunes in Safe Mode to isolate any interference from plug-ins or scripts not manufactured by Apple.
Hold down Shift–Control while opening iTunes. You should see a dialog that says "iTunes is running in safe mode" before iTunes finishes starting up.
Click Continue.
See if the issue you're experiencing persists in Safe Mode.
If you have the same issue while iTunes is in Safe Mode, proceed to the "Create a new user account" section. If you don't experience the same issue, follow these steps to remove third-party plug-ins.

7th gen: Lock volume and play/pause buttons

Hey Folks,
how can I lock the volume and play/pause button on the side of theipod nano 7th gen? It happens a couple of times that the buttons get pressed if the ipod nano is in my pocket while cycling and I rememver that the upid 5th gen has a lock-switch button.
Is there something similar on the new ipod nano?

i have an ipod nano 6th generation .version 1.2 yesterday i restored it on i tunes using my system window 7. for the last few days it does not start when the sleep/pause button is pressed.or even by pressing the both button sleep/pause and sound minus..It starts while connected to power. and then continues working. I can not put off it and it automatically goes off after some time its performance is ok after starting by connecting to power and then disconnecting the cord.

Creating a Simple Flash Movie With Poster Frame and Play/Pause Buttons

Hi, It's been over a year since I played with Flash last, and
I have completely forgotten everything I learned.
I have a .flv file which I want to play on my website. It
should display a poster frame when the page load, and not autoplay
the movie. It should have the play button I made in photoshop
sitting on top of the poster frame. When pressed, the movie should
start playing and the button should be shifted for the pause button
I made in PS (it should work just like the play/pause button in
iTunes). When the movie has finished playing, it should jump back
to the poster frame.
I have tried using the flvplayback component and also played
around with just embedding the flv directly and inserting a play
and pause button from the common library, but I can't seem to get
it to work. With the flvplayback component I have managed most of
it apart from using my own buttons and getting the poster frame to
work (which apparently has to be done with Action script).
Any help appreciated.

Which version of Flash/actionscript are you using? Since you
are just starting out, you should read one of Adobe's tutorials on
the matter. Either use Flash Help to find examples on how to use
Flash or go to their website. Here is a great tutorial for someone
just starting out. Make sure you read all three tutorials in "Using
Flash for the first time".

Why dispute case "status" changing automatically and also not updating in log

I found something curious as you can see in the image below , I was process dispute case "data complete" to "Partially Approved - SDC" but system automatically changing status to data complete ... I did 2 times but system is automatically changing status . We are unable to get the details in log also.
Any one can help why system is automatically changing and log is not updating .

It may be the case that some of the SharePoint timer jobs were not created when the PWA was provisioned.
Try to re-provision the PWA instance and see if that would help (edit the PWA instance in SharePoint Central Admin without changing anything)

In Safari select View->Customize Address Bar. You can now drag the forward/back arrows back to the address bar.
How did they get removed in the first place? Easy! If you control-click (right-click) on any of the address bar objects you will see a Remove option. It's rather easy to accidentally zap these controls. I've done it myself a couple of times.

Play and Pause button

Hello,
Because my playbar is disabled due to my pretest within my file I dont have a play and pause button.
i have created 2 buttons. One to pause the program and the other to play.
The problem is, once I click on the pause button, then on the play, then on the pause again - the pause button is disabled. in other words, i am only ever able to click on either one of the buttons once.
I have the 'infinite' button checked but i am still not sure why its not working.

You didn't tell how you trigger pause/play with those 'buttons' - since you are on CP6 or later, use shape buttons that can be put on the master slides or timed for the rest of the project.

Email download changes color to blue and prints blue

I recently purchased a Satellite Pro L300=EZ1523 and all is great except when I download attachment from email it turns the color to blue and also prints out in blue color. This seems to come from Picasa3. How can I fix this issue? My documents print out the way they should. Any help would be much appreciated.

You just changing the color on runtime without saving it, next time you launch the form it will read the default properties set. Follow the steps in the below post written by jmcilhinney
to create the settings (remember to create unique and easy to refer names):

and then from your code you can set the new colors as following:

Like this everytime you change the color will be saved in the temp folder of the user machine and will be retreived on each launch.
You will be able to see the new settings created in your app.config as below:

Universal dock remote control play/pause button doesn't work

Hi all,
Ok since updating to Ipod touch software v2.2 I have been unable to use the play/pause button on my Apple universal dock remote, whilst my iPod touch is in the dock.
The volume controls and track next and previous buttons commands on the remote control work just fine.
I have tried unpairing and then pairing the remote with the universal dock but same issue. I thought that maybe the play/pause key was possibly broken. However I tested the remote on my iMac and play/pause button works fine in front row.
Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Strange thing is mine started working again last night and is still working. Seems the problem went away as it originally appeared. I hope it doesn't stop working.
I will mark this thread as unanswered until we can figure why the remote, universal dock and iPod touch are behaving this way.

Pause/Pause button that applies to everything

I have been designing a visual presentation in Flash CS5, there are a few movie clips on the stage that are set to play at a certain time/frame. The problem I am having is that I am not familiar with coding/actions. I want to have a play and a pause button so I can pause at any point (not a specified frame) and discuss with the audience. Then I want to be able to click the play button to resume from that point (wherever I paused from). I hope to get help and be able to learn from your answers. I don't know how clear my question is, but I can clarify if you need me to...

Thank you for your suggestion, I tried using this, but I may still be doing this wrong. What I am trying to do is set it up so that I can click play and have everything play and then when I hit pause it will stop until I hit play again. I want to pause randomly, it is a presentation and I will have random questions where I will need to pause it. I have been getting many errors, but I do not know meanings
I have attached a photo to hopefully back-up what I am attempting to explain.

Reply and Reply All Buttons Disabled

Occasionally I will receive an email from someone and I will be unable to reply to that specific message as the reply and reply all buttons are disabled.
It only seems to happen with one person, but not with every email from that person.
Can anyone shed any light on the matter?
