recharge from my CIMB Master card(Malaysia). My question is how it will recharge automatically from my Debit card(CIMB)?, so what is the security ?
can you please cancel the order and resend money to my CIMB account?

Please check your Skype account dashboard to determine if the charge was posted to your Skype account, or not. If yes, your Skype account has been compromised: change your Skype account password immediately and please contact Skype customer service. Also, cancel the subscription or purchase.
If not, contact your bank immediately to report the fraudulent, unauthorized purchase.

A lot of people only have debit cards as opposed to credit cards. In terms of the merchants side of the transaction Debit cards work in the exact same way as credit cards, the only difference is how the bank deals with it -

So I wanted to disable auto recharge automatically 10 Euro has been deducted from my credit card.. I explicitly didn't want to put my bank account at risk by having this Auto-recharg option which allows unlimited calls to hackers who might hack my Skype account and I want to disable auto-recharge before I have any such problem.
Pls I need the e-mail contact to Skype people in charge as I do not want to spend money
calling them from Europe by phone and please where Ikype membership as I ado not want to risk any further with such organization. Please give me some real contact address.

Have you gotten your iPhone 6 Plus you pre-ordered on 9/12?? I'm still waiting...till the end of OCTOBER! Because, I billed half to my account, as the system LET me do this and the other half to my debit card. Well they tried to take out the FULL PURCHASE PRICE on 9/23. It didn't go thru and they cancelled the order! I NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL from Verizon! I called this evening to find out the status of my order. Was told that since the device is on backorder, I cannot Bill to Account!!!! I am BEYOND LIVID! I realize that it's "JUST A PHONE' BUT, I should have had my device by Friday! NOW, I have to wait another month at best. I do NOT have credit cards and since this phone is on backorder, will have to wait another week before I can order it and by that time, it'll be CHRISTMAS before I can order a phone. Who knows, I may just save that money and CANCEL EVERY SINGLE LINE on my account. Three will be Month to month so NO ETF's with those lines!
its a bunch of **. they charged my credit card on sunday, my status still says no payment, no tracking #, they told me my phone was going to ship monday and I've gotten a different story every day since. today they told me they shipped out all the phones and are waiting for more to come in...blah blah blah. i ordered on 9/12 and my friend that ordered the same exact phone on 9/19 got his on tuesday and laughed at me for preordering. I'm very frustrated!

why is it that only credit cards are authorized to download or purchase songs or movies from itunes store ....... why not debit cards
Again, Apple has not said why they do not allow debit cards, so you will not find an answer why is it so. All we know is that in many countries they do not allow them.

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know if/when other payment cards might be added to the Indian iTunes store until if/when Apple announce something. Based on what some people have posted some Indian debit cards are still accepted e.g. Re: can i download from itunes using debit card in india ?.

Purchase iPhone online using debit card...need help!!!
I was trying to purchase iPhone from Apple Store Malaysia using CIMB debit card but the payment verication kept on fail...after that I found out that my spending limit for the card is too low. After changing the spending limit, I tried to purchase again but still fail....however I received a msg from CIMB stated that the amount of the phone is charged from my bank acc.
Hi, I am facing the same problem with you. Yet the bank didn't charge me for the payment. But the website keep showing that my authorization failed, ask me to change to another payment method when there is only one payment method. May I know how you solve this problem? For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use that debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I am trying to cancel my auto recharge. I have been charged $18 for a 3 month subscription and cannot figure out how to cancel it.
In my Skype profile it says I have no subscriptions. When I go to auto-recharge it has a different card listed.
I've been trying to cancel this for some time and I'm super frustrated that Skype makes it so difficult to not be automatically charged for a service I do not use.

How do I remove a credit/debit card from my account? I ask because I currently have a VISA gift/debit card with 50 dollars on it, but the money has run out so I want to usea new card. Also, there is no 'None' check option for payment type on my account.
Depending on how you created your account, "None" may or may not be an option. I believe it has something to do with whether the account was made through an App Store request or the regular iTunes Store. For example, my account allows no card but my father's doesn't allow there to be no card.
To change the card, go to your account settings and change the information to your new card, and hit save. -

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

I just recently purchased 3 songs from itunes not knowing that I had no money on my debit card (visa) left. My iphone wont let me update my apps and says that there was a billing problem with my last purchase. I dont know what I am supposed to do! I dont understand why it worked in the first place when it wasn't supposed to!
There seems to be a billing problem with the iTS. I've been trying to make purchases today (Dec 9th) too and it reports either the iTS can not process payments or it says my card was declined. I even changed the payment method to Paypal (which is never declined) and still no go.
I don't think it is "you" but a problem at Apple. Some popular new apps were released recently like Logic Pro and perhaps they're getting bombarded as they did when Lion was released.
