Hi I just bought a skype number and it is not working when I tried calling to the number. I get number busy error everytime. Is there anyway I can get a refund frpm skype?

On March 14th I bought an iPhone the wi-fi did not work, I called Verizon support after hrs and days they could not help.(I purchase it on-line from Verizon.com) So I went to the local Verizon store was there for about 2 hrs and finally they said to come back the next day and they would have an answer which I did and they didn't they said to call Verizon to return the phone. When I called they said to just use the label that was enclosed. I asked if I needed anything else they said no that my tracking number on the label was all I needed. Well after many calls the last one lasting 90 minutes and the person telling me that she would fill out some form and send it to the return section and call me back. She never called back. I have the tracking info that it was deliver to them yet I not received a replacement phone nor a refund. Can anyone help me? What should I do now? Can't call the I just tried and again they start with let me transfer to this other section (no answer). I am so frustrated I hate Verizon Customer Service or lack of -

Yesterday my Skype in number wasnt allowing the other person to hear me or for me to hear them. Today the number was engaged and now it is saying this number is not accpeting calls at the moment.
I run this number for a business and cant afford for this kind of thing to happen. Also where is your support number Skype? Why am I having to post on a community board after you have taken my money and not delivered a fit for purpose service?

The most likely explanation is that you downloaded the Creative Cloud version of Lightroom instead of the standalone version of Lightroom (which you can download from here).
If that doesn't work, you'd need to provide a lot more details, including version of Lightroom, operating system, and exactly what you are doing that doesn't work.

First check that your privacy settings are set to ''Allow calls from anyone''.
Then change them to "Allow SkypeIn calls from Only people from my Contacts List".
Save and wait for 5 minutes.
Log out from your Skype account and log back in.
Change settings back to "Allow calls from Anyone".

Glad it is working for you. I suspect until they get the problems sorted, they are not doing the upgrades, as the weather has been bad and so need to get any damages sorted first, to make sure that people can connect.

If you are having issues with activating your Apple ID for FaceTime and iMessage, then take a look at the article below to get it sorted out. Make sure that you have the Date and Time set to Automatic as well as any other steps listed in the article.
