Can anyone help my with my sw update problem?
When i try to update to 032.010, my usb connection fails at 15% every time. i tried with Nokia PC suit , Ovi suit and Nokia sw updater but it always fail when it reaches 15%.
What do you mean stop at 15%? I believe that the part where Ovi Suite hangs is when it is just downloading the software that will later be installed in your device. Because when the actual UPDATING interrupted then you have to bring the phone to the nearest Nokia Care Point for re-flashing (that is, if you're in warranty and don't want to pay and is ready to wait for the phone to be updated)
You can also try and use another computer with better internet connection because the Ovi Suite is like any other software that we install our computer and therefore better software performance is decided by a computer that have a good hardware and also make sure that you have a good internet connection.
Please make sure that your system meets the minimum sytem requirements found in this site.

finally tmobile have authorised nokia to release the new software for my product code.
So far after about 4 days I've experienced no crashes what so ever, applications seem to run smoother, and above all stability is achieved when in a marginal 3G reception area.
Previously I experienced bad crashing and hang-ups when in a marginal 3G reception area when using either the browser /facebook or the messaging app. also I used to experienced crashes when switching on and off the bluetooth, this is also sorted now.
Battery life has also increased, the only remaining problem is the clock which I have had to reset once as it kept switching to 1am after correcting the time. Restarting the phone prompted me to reinput the time and date and all is back to normal now.
if this indicates the performance I can expect and the bugs don't rear-up again, I'll be chuffed as punch.
sI have a c5-00 since 2 months with 032.010 from the beginning and there are a lot of crashes happening.
The radio stops operating every few seconds when I walk in a street near my home (which I do on my way to work).
The bluetooth connection to my navi in the car (TomTom 730) is a chance of 1:10 that is working properly, most of the times it is in a permanent retry loop (connected - wrong answer - connected -wrong answer every 1-2 minutes). With my previous mobiles there was and is no problem with the navi connection.
When trying to synchronize my calendar via Ovi suit and bluetooth the ovi suite hangs forever (most of the times).
My feeling is that all of the problems derive from a terrible unstable bluetooth kernel.
I switch off bluetooth whenever I do not need to check if I get rid of the radio crashes by that. -
I got a message that " iphone software version 5.0 is available" for my iphone. After i updated it, i got a message that my iphone could not be activated and to try to connect to itunes which i did, but i got a message that my phone has no sim card. Even with a sim card inside, my phone says that there's "No service." What happened? Help!!!
Yes, I tried. But nothing is working. I am feeling bad as such a costly phone stop working in 1.4 year ?
I am just sharing my experience.
I am not ranting but yes angry as I am eligible for upgrade in Nov 2012 so don't want to pay $149 for replacement as I can upgrade to iPhone 5.

Pls i was trying to update my iphone 3G to software version 4.2 using itune. The process did not complete succesfully. I then decided to restore back my restore my prevoius version 4.1, it stopped with an error code1015. Pls i need help
Go here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750 and download iOS 4.2.1 for the iPhone 3G. Perform a restore, but hold down ALT when clicking restore. Restore from this file you just downloaded. You should not get 1015 as you are upgrading, but if you get a different error, report back.

Error trying to update iPhone to software version 1.0.2
I have just recently purchased an iPhone. I have no problem syncing it with iTunes. The only problem I have is every time I try to update the software version of my iPhone, it downloads the entire thing then an error message pops up as shown:
*"There was a problem downloading the iPhone software for the iPhone "name". An unknown error occured (-48).*
*Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."*
I have received this error several times and no matter what I do, I can't get it to work. The phone is not hacked, I just purchased it 2 days ago. Its BRAND NEW. I even tried erasing all setting and info, and a restore. Still, nothing.
What am I doing wrong here? Is there something I need to do in the network settings of my iPhone? Or my cpu? I don't understand the error as I am connected to the internet.

Thank you.Thank you for your help. I did try to do a full restore, but had to pause the download. When I came back and resumed it, the download just kept going past the 92MB file. It went all the way up to 200MB of 92MB...I have no idea what is going on with that. So I just stopped it and deleted it.
But it takes almost an hour to download it from my connection and I didn't want to try it again. Maybe I will have to.
Any other suggestions? -
i want to update my software version to 6.1.3.. but i have never updated this before and this is my first time.. im having 20 GB apps and music in my ipod. so when i click 'update and download' tab it starts downloading the new version and upgrading,... but afetr some time it says im having a very low memory in c drive and i would have to stop the upgrading...
can i use my external hard to save this download and upgrading files without using my c drive? plz give me a solution as im only having only 7GB of space left in the C driveI would rather you delete/move other files to the external HD rather than downloading the update file to the external HD.
First try going here and delete any update files to regain C drive space.

I have an IPhone 4 with software version 4.3.5 (8L1) installed on it. On my windows XP computer I updated I Tunes to 10.4.0.80 and since then my I Tunes quits while synchronizing with my IPhone. before i updated I Tunes everythings was running well. Can someone help me?
When you watch the progress bar trying to sync, can you see at what step the sync is stopped?
If it does not get beyond step one (backup) delete the latest backup in the list in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices and try again after that. To be on the safe side, copy the backup folder to a safe place before you start. It is located here:

I have just got the Playbook and i need to download Desktop Software version 6 for it to recognise my Playbook. I download it from Blackberry site but it will not finished, stopping at 19% to 20% of the download. Pls help or show me another link where i can download version 6. Thanks

Do we have a software version later to A5(2.1) for ACE4710
Although there's no much activity on the ACE software releases from Cisco since it was announced as EoS I would like to take someone's help in finding/getting this version A5(2.1.30) of software for the Cisco ACE 4710.The boxes we have had experienced ferquent reboot issues within a short span of a 2 months.This bug CSCty02827 is listed under the open caveats for the ACE software version A5(2.1) but under the Bug Toolkit there's a version A5(2.1.30) in which this is fixed.I don't see this software available for download from the download center.
They got rid of all of the packaged applications several months ago. For a while they said they'd bring the popular ones back. Then they changed their mind and said the packaged apps would become part of a cloud service somehow. Don't know where it stands right now, I stopped checking.
The given reason why the apps were removed is because they did not match the new best-practices Apex security standards. I know that the 4.1 upgrade broke a bunch of my pages because of the new session state restrictions. Possibly this is what broke Ask The Expert. I've never used it, so couldn't make an educated guess. -
Software Version license is missing
when I log in console I found the following warning:

I didn't do any upgrade , just a power shutdown and turn on unexpectedly,
I log in and found "call manager sevice " is acitvated,
my CUCM works well now, I can dial in and dial outside, but I wander whether this will influence my CUCM or not.
will anyone tell me why this happens ? will this cause my CUCM stop working ? and how do I solve this issue ?

I re-installed Nokia S60 BlackBerry Connect 4.0 vers. 8.23.1 (.SISX, 2,89 MB) that was originally developed for E90 firmware 300.34.84.
Vers. 8.23.1 appears to also work (keeping my fingers crossed) well at the moment for emails synching, for the new firmware 400.34.93

I have to do try 2 times before the BlackBerry Connect 4.0 vers. 8.23.1 worked properly on my E90.
During the first time, after the firmware upgrade and re-installing the backup data (that was saved before the firmware upgrade) using Nokia Suite, I found that the backup process did not re-install the BB Connect 8.23.1 automatically. So I re-installed BlackBerry Connect 4.0 vers. 8.23.1 using Nokia PC Suite, then did an activation on the BB.
However, activation stalled at 88% completion and "freeze" up. By then, I see 2 BB inboxes in my Messaging > Folder view.
So I saved my emails in my Outlook on the local PC drive, and then deleted both the BB inboxes in my E90 (Messaging > Options > Delete). Then I go to Installations > app mgr > Options and deleted the BB application totally from my E90.
I re-installed the BB Connect 4.0 vers. 8.23., and did a new activation. [I am using BB Enterprise Server, so I have to get my IT support to re-initialise and give me the password each time i do this activation.] This time, it worked till 100% completion in synch my emails, contacts, calendar, etc.
In the past 6 hours, new emails on BB in my E90 have been coming in, and i was able to read and reply.
Hope this will continue, and the above info is helpful to others.
The new firmware appears to reduce the response time when you are using the E90. I feel the time between pressing a command key, e.g., Messaging or Calendar, till the screen changes display, is shorter now.
Key response time is now closer to I expect from a premium phone like E90.

I have the iPhone 5 and have with 6.0.1 software version. Although I had them when I moved from iPhone 4 to the 5 (could play them), the latest update has most of my songs on the phone listed in grey (over 95% of them) and I can't play them. They are still listed in the iTunes library. When I look in the Summary for the iPhone, it shows Audio as only .16 GB - I have over 5 GB of songs, so what gives?
P.S. When I look at my Playlists most of the songs are greyed out. However, at the bottom of the list there is a cloud icon with a downward facing arrow. When I click on it each song starts to "load" and after a few minutes I have the songs back on in the list. I have to do this to all my playlists (I had over 100) in order to get access to all my songs. Then I did a sync and it happened again!
I use iCloud for documents and some other things (calendar, contact, etc.) but am not aware that I have anything music-wise in the cloud. Any thougnts?You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I have an Iphone 4 from a friend. It was never updated with him and now I am trying update to latest software version. It is currently in 4.3.2 and it updates till the last few seconds and then a message, with no error number, states that the internet connection had time out during update. I am using my PC and have tried unsuccessfully for a week. I have tried to restore setting on phone first before plugging in to PC and updating software through Itunes? I took it to my mobile phone outlet and they couldn't help? Is there another way?

I have an old iPhone 3Gs with software version 4.3.5, I am trying to use it again, and it works fine, but I have not been able to update the software. Every time I try, I get the following message:
