Hi! Greetings from Italy!! Need some urgent help, please!!!
On 12 August 2014 I bought from my iPad Air Office 365 Personal which came with a montly 60 free Skype World Minutes. But despite scores of attempts, I can't activate the free minutes on my iPad Air. Every time I try to activate it, I get this message: "5392da95-eec0-47da-939e-2c87ba9934a1 error code."
I have been skimming through the posts but have had no luck. I got in touch with Microsoft support and they redirected me here. By the way, I found no Internet Explorer for my iPad.

The reason is because your account is blocked. As a first step please change your password and confirm here that you have done so.

Hello.
Since 1 July 2014 i bought Office 365 Home, wich came with a montly 60 world call minutes. Odd thing is i can't activate it. Every time when i try to activate it gieves me this : 5392da95-eec0-47da-939e-2c87ba9934a1 error code. I been looking trough the post with same problem but no solve. Already called microsoft support and they adviced me to post it here.
Any one know how to solve this issue?

Can´t use my World minutes for Office 365

Hi all, Does anybody knows how can i use my World minutes for Office365.Everything was done by the book, and account is active.But when im trying to do a call nothing works.Is there any special advise so this subscription stars to work ?

Hello everyone..
Im new in this thread..actually i join this forum to find the solution how to link my skype world minutes subscription to my skype account.
I have a tablet that install with skype apps and an active 365 home office world minutes subscription.
The issue here why does my skype account can't make a calls and the credit shows zero value..does i need to register my tablet in office 365 account or something else..
I dont have any idea since my skype account and my office accounts has been merge..any solution about this..could anybody please help me or explain how to manage this kind of problem..

2. Because you are trying to call a cellphone in Malaysia. Only calls to landlines in Malaysia are included in your Subscription. Please check your coverage carefully.
3. You haven't purchased any credit. A Subscription is not credit.

Can I Use Skype Free Minutes From a Mobile Phone

Can you use Skype free minutes (provided with Office365) to call FROM a mobile phone? When I check the free minutes online, I see that they are active on my Skype account, but my Android mobile app does not show any Skype credit?

If your iPad Mini is a cellular model, you can use Skype (and buy a block of minutes). If only wireless, you can also use Skype on a wireless connection. It saved the day when I forgot my iPhone and needed to make a call. Skype sells phone numbers, but I've never gone that route.

Office 365 / 60 Skype world minutes a month issue

I purchased the 365 home subscription on Saturday and when I try to activate the Skype world 60 mins (included in the subscription to office 365) i get the same error message:

I have tried enabling this service through multiple browsers and computers to no avail.

Skype World Minutes Lebanon ( Office 365 )

I activated my office 365 like a month ago. It tells me that my world minutes are ready to use but when I call a number on Skype it gives an error that I have no credit or subscription. Please advice regarding this issue.

60 Skype World Minutes

I bought the office 365 university subscription in September last year and have not been able to access my 60 monthly skype minutes that are a part of that subscription. I have tried twice before to contact tech support at both microsoft and skype and have not been successful (infact, last time I was almost scammed). I suspect the problem is that I bought this subscription in the UAE store. However, I do not live there as I am a student in the UK (which is why I was approved to get the university subscription). What can I do to access those minutes? Is there a way to change the product because I do not live in the UAE?

I am having the same problem for last six months and but still it is not working for me . I am having 60 minutes each month but when ever I try to call landline number of lisdted countries it always asked for the credit.

Office 365 Home Premium - Skype 60 minutes

How do you account for Skype minutes as part of Office 365 Home Premium? Example if I have a username on Skype connected to Office 365, but want to replace them free minutes for a new Skype Name?

Hello,
In order to associate the world minutes subscription with a different Skype account you must first deactivate the original account, then associate the subscription with a new Skype account from your "Office account page". If you activate the Skype World Minutes subscription on another account, you will have a full 60 minutes package again.
Note: A Skype account can be deactivated once every 60 days. If you attempt to deactivate an account a multiple times, an error message will be displayed at each attempt.
Please follow these steps to deactivate the original account:
1- From the Office My Account page in the section Account Options, click View my Microsoft account.
2- Click View Subscriptions. The subscriptions associated with the Microsoft account are displayed
3- Click the Skype subscription you want to manage and click Manage. The Skype
subscription options are displayed. Click Deactivate Skype world minutes
4- Then click Deactivate to complete the cancellation
After that you can activate your Skype World minutes with an another Skype account by clicking on Get started with Skype and following the steps.

World minutes for office 365 & Unlimited World 1 m...

Hi, I have two subscriptions I originally had the Unlimited World 1 month and then I purchased Office 365 and they gave me 60 min worth of calling every month. Anytime I make a phone call it's covered by my Unlimited World plan because I am currently calling to the USA; now how can I change it so I can use first the 60 min from my Office 365 and once that expires to switch back to my World Unlimited?
Also I am using sony ericson xperia and I have skype installed but most of the time when my friends call me the phone doesn't ring ..in other words the skype applications doesn't open only on my computer and it's kind of annoying ! How do I fix that?

Pretty limited. But there it is. Doesn't help me at all. Even in the US, no one has a landline anymore!

Can I claim world minutes from Office 365 purchase...

I bought Office 365 in the UAE and it was advertised as having free world minutes but I don't see how to activate them in my Microsoft Account. I am, therefore, assuming that they are not available to me and the product was marketed incorrectly (nothing on the box to say that there were restrictions and even the sales staff said that we would be able to use them). Is it indeed the case that I can't use them here. Could I use them if I used a VPN or when I'm abroad?

Switching from World Minutes to Skype Credit durin...

Hi.
I have an Office 365 60-minutes deal, plus Skype Credit, both of which I use for business purposes. I understand that Skype will prioritise using the world minutes before using Skype Credit for calls.
My question relates to running out of World Minutes during a call, which ends the call even though there's Skype Credit available. This necessitates a call back, which can appear very unprofessional.
Questions:
1. When I reach zero minutes, is there any way for Skype to automatically switch over to use Skype Credit without dropping the original call?
2. Can I select which "account" to use when making the original call?
3. Is Skype working on either of those solutions, or anything similar?

1. Unfortunately not. Calls can't be switched seamlessly when there's a change in the call charging protocol. Calls are charged at different rates between Subscriptions and Credit.
2. Again this isn't possible. The system will automatically choose the cheaper option and can't be manually overridden.
3. No. As a workaround you could establish a second account and use it for selected calls funded solely by Credit.
