As someone who makes the majority of her purchases online, I know how quick and easy the process is supposed to be. I’m sorry to hear that our website isn’t cooperating with you after logging into your account, especially if you don’t have any problems checking out as a guest on our site.
This is a little odd, so I looked through your online account via your email address you used to register with on the forum. Mac don't come with iWork installed unless you configure it while buying your Mac online.
However, iWork can be purchased at the App Store. You can buy the apps individualy (Pages, Numbers and Keynote) too.

Apple's online stores only ship to the country they are located in. Thus if you are in Washington DC you will have to purchase from the US online store.

Can I purchase online prints from iPhoto for ipad

Based on the Apple website for iPhoto, it appeared that I could order prints or other photo products. I purchased the iPhoto app for this purpose and unless I'm missing something I don't see this as an option.

Unfortunately, this is a problem that is driven by the DRM Dictatorship. Despite the proliferation of mobile devices and the fact that there are many of us who do a lot of international travel, content providers don't want you to have access to their products outside of your homeland. The Balkanized mentality of the DRM Dictatorship is way out of touch with the modern world.
At least Apple, to its credit, allows you to use your accounts outside of your homeland as long as you have the proper credentials for them. Most other services use the more Draconian geolocation filtering which does require you to be physically present in your homeland. For the most part, you are not allowed to leave home if you want access to your favorite entertainment!

You can purchase OS X 10.6 from the online Apple store by calling them, which in the US is at 800-MY-APPLE or you can buy it online here. After you receive it, install it, run Software Update until there are no more updates, at which point you'll be at OS X 10.6.8 and can install iTunes 10.7. Note your system needs a minimum of 1GB of memory to run OS X 10.6.8.

Great, that's what I was looking for. Thanks for the quick response. I knew that that feature existed in this router, but I couldn't remember what it was called or where to find it.
The funny thing is, I recall distinctly setting up the DHCP reservation initially, but when I went to check it now, the reserved client list was empty. I have no idea how it could have become depopulated, thus opening the door for internal IP address reassignment of the Remote Desktop computer which led to the RDP ports no longer being forwarded to the right internal IP address and thus the failure of the Remote Desktop connectivity.

Unfortunately, your best bet is to obtain original proof of purchase and escalate your issue for assistance in detaching the Apple ID from that device. If your unable to get the proof of purchase, expensive paperweight . Did you get it through amazon?? Because I just got one through amazon....
