I just experienced the same concern. I turned in my equipment on 10/3/2013 afer receiving instructions from customer support. I called earlier this week to see when the refund will be here, since I was paid through 10/20. I was informed Comcast needs to turn off service to the room of the apartment at the pole, which is scheduled for 10/15. I can't get a refund until after they do that? I turned in my equipment, but Comcast keeps billing me until THEY get around to turning off my service at the pole? Does this make sense to anyone??????? Come on Comcast - -what happened to customer service?

Go to TCode: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry sheet/Purchase order number you want to cancel. Then the details will be copied, then click on change and then click on revoke acceptance icon.In this way you will revoke the SES. If you want to delete the SES, after revoking SES click on Delete icon, So that the SES will get deleted.

I have been trying to cancel my service for several months.
I first tried going to a local Verizon Service Center. There I was greeted by a rep who talked me out of doing it. He asked me to try and determine exactly where my troubles were- as mine had been intermittent at my current home. I did so, yet over a month later I was still having issues. I looked on line and found a way to send an e-mail in which I just asked to close my account.Soon after this i was contacted by a rep via my phone who, again was persuasive in talking me into trying yet another way to improve my service. He asked me to re-home my local tower via a * command. I agreed again. A week later I was still having problems.
I called in and talked with a rep- i informed them of my issues. Again they talked me into allowing a service engineer to be dispatched to the home.
That brings me to date. So far i have not heard back and i still had problems with my service!
Please cancel my service and stop stalling me! I am not even sure Verizon has even gone to my home.
I am fed up with the service and want it gone!this is a peer to peer forum so this post won't help. i would suggest calling them to cancel your service. however, this time actually cancel your service. if you let them talk you out of it every time, then there is nothing anyone can do to help you. call them. cancel. period.

Canceled Service, and now I want to give my phone to a family member to start service
Found a spot on the website to do it but it says it's pending. Called Customer Service and it won't let me do anything. I still owe a past due balance I will pay when I get paid next week but I would like to give my phone to a family member now
Until your account/line is paid in full, the phone that is associated with that number will be unavailable to be used on any other line. What MIGHT work (and I don't know if it will or not) is to activate another phone on your line (any Verizon contract phone not active on another line, if you happen to have an older unused one.) Then the deactivated one you want to give to your family member will no longer be activated or associated with your number.
This may or may not work, due to the fact there is a past due balance on the account and you have also cancelled the line - you may not be able to activate a different phone in this circumstance, so the current phone will not be "released" until the account is settled. -
Any suggestions to restore 4G before canceling service.
Currently have owned my HTC Thunderbolt for roughly 4 months now. Have never had a good data connection with the phone either at home, work or around town. 4G, 3G and even 1X all seem to fade in and out at random more so at home but happens almost all the time (currently have no data service with 3 bars for voice). Have had the phone replaced, the sim card replaced to no avail. I do daily restarts and at one point even tried daily factory resets all in the attempt to troubleshoot for Verizon. They had performed a tower survey about a month ago and said my phone wasn't updating it's PRL so I went back in for a second sim card replacement. Phones data failed on the way home in a highly built up retail mall area where you would expect them to have multiple towers in place. Tech support opened another signal ticket to troubleshoot for my home area while continuing to ignore the fact that it happens almost everywhere. Called tonight to find the status and they have determined they do not actually have 4G service in my area.
4 months of troubleshooting and they finally figure out the entire East side of Columbus Ohio does not have 4G service? Am I missing something or should I take them up on canceling my service and only lose the $300 I spent on this phone and accessories?
If you guys know some way of getting help with these things, please let me know. I would rather not drop my service and go back to Sprint at this point.vf1000ride wrote:

If there is no 4G in your area then there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Even if you dont cancel your phone you might be overpaying for a mainly 3G connected device. You might want to talk to them about downgrading you to a 3G phone and the appropriate data plan until they can fully support 4G in your area. If you want to stick with Verizon then downgrading would be my suggestion. -
Has anyone else had problems with VZW customer service? I have been lied to repeatedly and am on the verge of terminating my contracts. To begin, I sent my daughters, who are authorized users, into the store - which is 40 minutes from my house- to upgrade and renew 2 lines. I called Apple to upgrade initially, but my account has a corporate discount, so they were unable to upgrade my lines of service. I called the closest VZW store, again 40 minutes away, spoke with the sales associate DUSTIN. I told DUSTIN exactly what I wanted and advised that my daughters would be in to upgrade the lines.
When my daughters arrived, there were 2 people in line ahead of them. As the other customers were taken care of and left, it became closing time. Another representative approached DUSTIN telling him he did not "need to do all that, just hurry and get them out". YES!!! The other rep told him to hurry and get the sale out of the store!!! WHO PAYS YOUR BILLS? WHO PROVIDES YOU WITH THAT PAYCHECK AND COMMISSION MONTHLY?? YES, we the customer do!!!
Next, DUSTIN brought out a selection of cases, car chargers and screen protectors from the back of the store advising my daughter to "pick one", as he presented the selection of cases to her. She advised she did not want or need the cases or other items he was offering. He told her the case and screen protector "comes with it". HE LIED to her!! This is unethical and deceptive!! It was not until she arrived home, after being rushed out of the store, she noticed the additional charged for the case and screen protector - which was supposedly included.
I called VZW *611 immediately. I spoke with a gentleman named CASEY who empathized with me and stated he would forward this information to his manager to have his manager contact me. I have waited for a return call and have not received one. If I do not hear back from VZW today, I am returning 2 lines of service, cancelling all 4 lines and taking my service to a carrier that will do what they promise and not unethically obtain sales from paying customers.
The bonus to this story- my daughter is a minor! Not only did he manipulate and lie, but did so to a child!!! I have been a VZW customer for over a decade. When I cancel my service, everyone will know why. In addition, I talked my LARGE corporation into obtaining corporate accounts with VZW. I can assure you, that will also be revoked.

I do think there was some responsiblity on the daughters' part to verify what they were paying for before leaving the store even though you made an honest attempt to have things laid out prior to their arrival. In regards to VZW's service, It has declined horribly over the past few years. I've been a customer since they were orignally a company called PrimeCo and I'm on the verge of switching providers myself. I had a defective phone that was replaced 6 times in one year..the store manager called me out the blue to apologize for the defective phones and offered me a free upgrade at no charge. He NEVER told me that he was extending my contract and treating it like a normal upgrade. I didn't find out until i went for my New Every Two purchase. I also received a letter stating they were discontinuing the New Every Two Program, but i still would be able to use my last upgrade on my next purchase. Of course when the renewal period came around, there was no such record of the offer and I got nothing. It's now time to renew my contract again and upgrade, but as before, there is absolutely no incentive for me doing so. I'm still going to pay the same as any new customer that walks through the door, still paying an activation fee, and i don't have unlimited everything like most other providers are currently offering. So please tell me again WHY i would want to renew my contract and purchase a new phone from Verizon when i can go elsewhere and get all types of perks???
All in all, i truly sympathize with you and as of today, i'm looking to purchase a new phone this afternoon with another provider. -

Call Customer Service to cancel the line, and if you are under contract, being a year in, it should be around 105$ Early Termination Fee (They would know the exact amount) and whatever your final bill is for the month. If it is not under contract, you won't have to pay a dime

I am not able to locate your site on our system so can not provide you with detailed information via this Forum post. However, to pay an outstanding invoice for a site, you need to login to the site admin where you'll be presented with the payment. Once the payment has processed successfully via the credit card you enter, you will be able to login to the site admin.
Following this, if you then want to cancel the site, you can do this via the site admin also. Go to Site Settings > Site Billing where you will have the option to cancel the site.
Note, we don't refund any pre-paid hosting fees once you cancel your site.
The above instructions are for sites which are billed to Customer. However, if your site is billed direct by Business Catalyst to your web design Partner, they would need to action both of the tasks for you.

Canceling service without paying eft for no service area
I have called to cancel my cell phone service but was told needed to pay an early termination fee of $140.00. I explained to the customer service agent that I was speaking to that I do not get any service on my cell phone in which I work. I get horrible service at my home and absolutely none outside of my home. I am a police officer and patrol through several counties and my cell phone is my life line. I had to get an AT&T cell phone due to the fact that it is the only coverage in my Area. I don't want to pay this ridiculous fee. The contract is up in march of 2014 which is less than 3 months away. Can I just cancel without paying an early termination fee.

Why now? If the service is so terrible - why wait until 21 months into the contract before deciding to cancel? And if the phone is so vital to your job, doesn't the police department provide you with a reliable device?
The short answer to your questions is no, you can't cancel without paying the ETF. Which is more cost effective? Keep the line for three more months, or pay the $140? Is the bill more than $50 a month? -

This may not be possible if the invoice is posted for the PO. If the invoice is posted then you'll have to cancel the invoice and then reverse the service entry sheet.
