Re complaint for the same issue

Below is the issues that I am facing and I mail to lenovo many times but no response from lenovo care, now the issues are getting worse and worse as jut three to\two days back my lenovo kick get shutdown and stuck on Intel logo and then I go to service center located at Nehru place in new Delhi they open my phone and install new software now I just don't know why to install software they open my phone and from that t\day when my phone reaches to 15% to 10 % battery level phone get blank instantly then I have to plug in the charger to again switch it back , this phone is the lenovo flagship model and I purchased two phone same time both phone get replaced one times but the one phone is working fine and but one phone having this serious issue and when I go to service station they every time says that u have to leave phone for two weeks for at least why the dammn I leave my phone to service center for two weeks just for diagnosing the issue without phone there are lots of trouble I have to face in my daily life please look into this matter , as if this matter not resolve by lenovo as soon as possible I definitely go to file a case against lenovo in consumer court, ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Lencare <[email protected]> Date: Mon, Dec 23, 2013 at 5:23 PM Subject: RE: re-complaint about the same issue To: MIDH Care <[email protected]> Cc: "******@gmail.com" <******@gmail.com>, "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Hi Team, Please find the E-Mail below, request you to do the needful. __________________________________________________​________ Thanks & Regards, Lenovo Customer Care, India. why no body here fo replying my issue..........is lenovo is such a bad company
