Re-download purchased song with missing content

How do I re-download a purchased song which apparently completed, but download only contains 3+ minutes of song which is over 4??

Depending upon what country that you are in then try deleting the song from your iTunes library and then redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

  • Purchased song with explicit content while thought it was a clean version

My son purchased several songs last night and is aware that he cannot purchase songs with explicit language ..... he purchased a song that did not have an "Explicit" tag on it but does contain the "F" word which he does not want to hear or do we want to have in his music collection.
Is there a way to "delete"/refund or such this type of sale from the ITune store? How can you be sure that language such as the "F" word and others don't get into the songs that are listed if they are not flagged as containing such words?
    Thanks, 4golf

    4golf,
I'd use the form at the bottom this page to bring the matter to Apple's attention.

There's about 25 or so songs that I have purchased but can't download. Whenever I click on Downloads, It says there are 25 songs available for download, I click to download them and they all come up with an error. Someone suggested I go to Store --> Account --> and then click download purchased songs from there, if I do that in the library it seems to act like they're all about to download but none of them do. Anyone please help?

"You can download past purchases for up to 90 days.....You cannot assign another apple id to this computer for the next 30 days".

When trying to download purchased songs on ITunes, it
gives an error message that the network connection
timed out. also gives this error message when I try
to download ITunes software. Can anyone help with
    this error? Thanks
I am having the same problem. (err = -3259) and it's not listed in any of the error codes in Apple Support. Weird. Why have an error code and no reference for it.
First it happened when I tried to download a movie and I kept "checking for purchases" - didn't work - checked all my ad filters, privacy filters, firewall settings - didn't work. Then I forgot for a day, went back and it worked. Now I have three episodes of a TV show that will not download and I am getting the same error message. This time it has been a few days though...Someone who knows - Please HELP!!

  • I only have one iTunes account.  The other day I made the mistake of downloading purchased songs and movies logged on another user account (Administrator) on the same computer.  How do I consolidate all my purchases in my preferred user account?

I only have one iTunes account.  The other day I made the mistake of downloading purchased songs and movies logged on another user account (Administrator) on the same computer.  How do I consolidate all my purchases in my preferred user account?

copy the songs that you downloaded as admin and put it somewhere you can access it from you're preferred account (usb stick / cd / shared folder / external hard drive) log into with you preferred user account and drag and drop the files on top of the itunes icon and they will be imported.
if you have a second computer you could use home sharing to move the music from admin itunes to the second computer and from the second computer to the preferred itununes
ps you can only connect 5 computers to you're itunes account so don't forget to de-autorise when you no-longer wand it.

  • I have purchased songs with one laptop, but I do not see them on my other laptop. Other music is there but no "Purchased tracks" Both Laptops run windows 7. Thanks.

I have purchased songs with one laptop, but I do not see them on my other laptop. I find my older music, but not the "Purchased" songs.
I have the two laptops authorized, out of a possible 5, so why can't I find my new songs???
    Thank you for any help.

You probably cannot find them on the other computer because you did not put them on the other computer.
They will not magically appear in another location.  You purchase on and only one download.  it is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.

  • My itunes comes up with this when i try to download purchased songs: this devise is already associated with an apple id. this devise can be used with another apple id in 82 days. i need help to see if i can fix this problem please.

i have an iphone 4s i signed out of my itunes on the devise and my friend signed herself into ituned but i signed her out an myself back in but my purchased songs and tones cannot download. it gives me a message of:this device is already associated with an apple id. this device can be used with another apple id in 82 days! is there anyway for me to fix this or override something. im freaking out!!

Sorry: once a device has been authorised for a particular iTunes account you can't change it to another until 90 days have passed. This is to prevent people cirumventing the restrictions of purchases to one account from consteantly swopping between accounts. You will have to wait for the 82 remaining days, and there is no workaround.

  • Cant download purchased song

Trying to download my purchased music for my new macbook pro. For the album "AM" by the Arctic monkeys, all songs downloaded except for the first one "Do i wanna know" and i have no way with which to download it. When i go into the store, it says i have purchased the song but it still wont appear.

    Hello Diddywong,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I see that you need to download a purchased song from the iTunes Store.  To download your previous purchases, please follow the steps outlined below.
Download previous purchases on Mac or PC
Make sure your Mac or PC meets these system requirements:
    iTunes 10.3 or later
You need iTunes 10.6 or later to download previously purchased movies and TV shows.
iTunes account in a country where iTunes in the Cloud is available
    iTunes Store
Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you'll see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.
Download past purchases - Apple Support
    Take care,
    Alex H.

  • My purchased songs are missing

I'm missing a bunch of purchases i've made in the past year. I have checked my cloud and such, and its still not there. The album was on another computer but that computer crashed and I lost everything. the problem is, I purchased that album on itunes, but its still missing. its not in my purchase history (even though i paid for it) so i can't download it from the cloud. I don't want to pay for it again but I want my music back. its terribly frustrating because there seems to be no way to recover this lost music that I purchased with itunes in the first place.

Where are you looking for your past purchases? Are you certain that you purchased them with the Apple/iTunes ID that is signed onto iTunes?
To find past purchases, log onto iTunes with the Apple ID you purchased the items under, then click on the iTunes Store, then on Quick Links in the right-hand sidebar, then on Purchased>Not in My Library>Songs (or Albums). You should see any items which are not currently downloaded to your iTunes Library displaying with a little cloud next to them (or on the top right-hand side of the Album Cover). You can individually click on selected ones, or click on "Download All" at the bottom of the screen:
    Cheers,

  • ITunes re-downloading purchased songs problem

Hi all, now it's unlike me to post a problem as i'm normally pretty good at search the web for the anwser but I can't on this one and need a little help also I know i'm not alone on this problem.
Since yesterday evening I am unable to load my purchased songs on my iPhone 4 running iOS 6, If I go to iTunes > More > Purchased > Music > All Songs
all my songs will not load it just hangs loading, yet if I select just one artist I can download it fine but as I have over 800+ tracks thats not ideal.
Does anyone else running iOS 6 on iPhone 4 have the same problem? Three of my friends are having the same problem.
    Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue... But it even happens on some artist with a lot of music listed. It just stays stuck on the loading screen on my iPhone 5. I would like to download my music please!
