Re-downloading music purchases not downloading the entire album.
This is something thats coming up on a few albums I purchaced from the music store. In iTMS it says an ambum has 27 tracks. When I bought it I got 27 tracks. But when I try to redownload it on my second laptop it only shows 14 tracks. Is anyone else having this issue?
It is specifically happening on the KMFDM Extra volumes 1-3 as well as a few others.The example above is on volume 1.
If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. Bought music, purchase not downloaded, no recipt, but account charged
I tried to buy an album recently. I authorized the purchase, then my account was charged. The terms and conditions screen came up, but before I could scroll down and accept, the page reloaded to a previous search and I couldn't go back. I love the new Lady Antebellum song "Dancing away with my heart." Purchased it, would not download. So, I purchased the entire album "We Own The Night, just to get this song.....It downloaded all the songs except "Dancing away with my heart!" Error message pops up everytime I attempt to download the song again "Error - file may be corrupted." It is listed on my IPOD and in my list of purchased music, my account was debited, yet the songs are not there. HELP!
Delete the contents of the <Media Folder>\Download folder
Use Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset cache
Delete the current entry from your library
Download it again from your purchased history

I've bought and downloaded music from itunes, but the ends of almost all my songs are cut off and will not play, how can I fix this? Most of the music cuts off abouthalf way through the song, then it skips to the next one. Itunes also says I have not purchased the album though it is listed under my purchased albums. It's incrediabley frustrating, please help.
go to the itunes store. select more in the bottom right select purchased. then press the cloud icon to DL striaght to the phone. Id use wifi. you can also DL into computer then synv over to phone.

Since updating to IOS7 I cannot download music purchased on a different device using the 'not on this iPad' button within iTunes Store. Any fixes out there?

I have signed in to my account and am able to brouse media but not download or purchase anything. The "buy" button is also white instead of blue and nothing happens when I click to buy. I am able to make purchaces on the same account on my iphone as well. What might be causing this issue?
Having the same problem and i just thought it was me ? So frustrating went to my local Apple store and they told me to re-load Itunes again,Done that but still can not buy songs???????????

I am trying to reinstall Master Collection after a computer crash and after download it will not accept the serial number that it lists on my purchased products. The purchase was in 2012.The message says the serial number is invalid. What do I do nest?

You have to install it, open LaunchPad and when you see Mountain Lion double click it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Anyone notice the new iPod touch not downloading music unto device from the iTunes store?
It finishes downloading, processes but when I check the music app, it says no music is on the device

I downloaded an album and it wouldn't let me play a few songs, so i deleted the entire album to try and redownload it, now it won't let me...help?
Did you remove the entries from your library, or just the physical files?
Delete the entries, close and reopen iTunes, select iTunes Store in the left column, then Purchased in the quick links section. Your missing songs should be listed under Music > Not on his Computer.

"An unknown error occurred (-50)" keeps coming up when downloading music purchase?
"An unknown error occurred (-50)" keeps coming up when downloading music purchase, 3 songs from the album came through but the last one is having problems. I've refereed to the itunes store FAQ and tried the solutions provided, but still not working?
The firewall on the mac is turned on, however I don't have any Web Accelerators, Ad Filters and I've just recently uninstalled my Virus Protection Software.
I'm not sure how to go about fixing this problem, and the solution provided by Apple doesn't seem to help me at all.

Claude RondeauLook under the iTunes Advanced menu for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the other tracks there to be downloaded. If not, contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They'll probably then reset the download for those missing tracks.

Error-48 cant download music purchase
Since the last update of itunes I have not been able to complete my downloads. The message detail says I am not connected, yet I am online and able to purchase music just not complete the download. Anyone have any ideas for a fix?
If you haven't already been able to complete a purcahse, there were reports in the iTunes community of issues with purchases not processing late yesterday and seeing the same dialog. "Cannot process your ..."
Just aa Apple states, try iTunes later. The server may be down temporarily. -

Begin by tapping on the Settings app.
Scroll to the Store menu and tap that.
This is where you can manage your Automatic Download settings. You can control Music, Apps, and Books (if you have the iBooks app installed) here. Slide to On any of the kinds of files you want iCloud to automatically download to your device. -
