Re-Downloading PSE10

I purchased PSE 10 a year ago. Now I want to re-download it on to my new computer. How do I do that?

Download PSE10 to an iMac 7.2 Lion?

Changed over to a new iMac 10.7.2 Lion. Wanted to upgrade to PSE10 since Lion doesn't support my old PSE8. Bought the upgrade. It will not download!
One of the download versions through Akamai doesn't support Lion, the other downloaded for an hour an failed. Tried all the suggested fixes. Help center in India can't do it. Anyone know how to do it?

Downloading PSE10

Maybe a silly question but ... I recently purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 10 in disc form and both have been downloaded onto my PC. It now seems as though I will be getting a MacBook Air - which has no DVD/CD drive within the next few weeks - and I'm wondering if it is possible to download the programs and use the licence keys to install them on my soon to be new Mac.

Yes, download the trials from adobe's site and enter your serial numbers to convert them to working versions.

If you are on a windows PC then you only need to install from Disk 1.
Disk 2 is only needed if you want to install the trial version of Premiere Elements (video editor) on a Windows 64 bit system
Disk 3 is for installation on a MAC.

Why won't the re download link on my order history page for my product PSE10 not work?

Hi Folks,
I purchased PSE 10 Jan 30, 2012.
I lost some apps due to some bad blocks and now I wish to re download my product, PhotoShop Elements 10. The download link on "MY ORDERS" page <https://www.adobe.com/account/account-orders.html> is unresponsive. I click and double click and nothing happens.
I had a dmg in my download folder and when I double clicked I got this message:
Can anyone help plese. Time is of the essence.

Thank you for your reply. It is very much appreciated.
I tried answering in the forum on the message page, but as previously, the forum entry level for some reason rejected my screen name, which is "stehkoyeh", saying it was already taken and yes, I am properly logged in. I guess it's not my night.
Regarding attaching the jpeg image, I looked for a reply field, but I guess not having my screen name accepted prevented me accessing it. I thought therefore it could go on the email, but I was unaware it couldn't be done.
I can 'see' now my email reply posted, but I honestly didn't realize that only text gets through, not images.
I am really grateful for now being able to download PSE10, which is downloaded and safely installed and working fine. I thank you personally for making this possible.
Anyway, thanks also for staying with me, it being so late on a Sunday here on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.
Your Help service, although difficult for me personally, has been wonderful, because it did what it was supposed to, in spite of my errors!

PSE10 download problem

Purchased and downloaded PSE10. PSE10 does not show up in "open with", PSE9 still shows up. I can open PSE10 By itself and then open a photo but 10 does not show any of the Topaz filters or Portrait Pro. I do not want to manually remove 9 until I get the filters on 10. I am using Win 7.

It seems to be the file association issue , wherein your files are linked to the PSE 9 not 10.
Follow the steps below :-
1) Right-click on the file
2) Click on "Open with"
3) Check for PSE 10 in the list , if not present , Click on "Browse" and navigate to PSE10 exe file
4) Click OK
and check.

PSE10 archive part missing

Hi
I have been given a link to download PSE10 (I have my serial number) - it says that the archive part is missing after a lengthy download and will not finalised. I can see the part downloaded file but it says I need to open it with winzip?
Nothing seems to be working. I am 6 hours in on this now

Trouble after installing PSE10

I just downloaded PSE10 on my PC with PSE9 already installed. PSE9 has worked fine for several months. Installation of PSE10 went fine without problems. But it won't start. And PSE9 will now only start if the PC is rebooted, and the editor will not start from the organiser any more. Running Task Manager shows that Photoshop Elements 10.0.exe *32 loads, but it disappears after a few seconds.
Any suggestions? My system has 8 Gb ram and runs Win7 Home Premium.

Try turning off internet security and anti-virus temporarily whilst re-installing.
Then turn your protection back on again when the installation has finished.
No need to deactivate when reinstalling on the same PC.

Why won't Instagram re download?

Instagran was glitching so I deleted it and tried to redownload it. Each time I try it says it's unavailable to download with my Apple ID. I'm part of a family sharing setup and I have tried to go to each persons purchased apps and look for it, knowing they have downloaded it but it isn't showing up. Very confused.

DOWNLOAD PREVIOUS PURCHASED ELEMENTS 10

I need to download my purchased version of Elements 10 and can't figure out how to do that. I have my serial number in my account but can't find how to download. My hard drive crashed.

If you purchased directly from Adobe, click on the red logo (top left on this page) and go to My Adobe. Search through the links for your purchases and with luck you should still be able to download PSE10. Keep a copy this time, as downloads are not available indefinitely on the Adobe servers.

Changing from PC to Mac--which PS Elements should I get?

I have been using PSE 7 on my pc, and it has done everything I need it to do, EXCEPT for including the llight blue guidelines that allow me to easily line up images. I have Wiindows 7 installed on my new iMac, and I suppose I could move PSE 7 from my pc to the mac, and work in Windows. But I think it's time for me to get the Mac version of PSE.
As I said, the only feature I need beyond what PSE 7 has is blue guidelines. If I get PSE 8 for the Mac, do you think this is all i need? Or is there another reason to get a more recent release?

You can still purchase PSE8 and other versions online from sites like Amazon however Adobe no longer provides support for those versions. In any case the price difference is small compared with PSE10; so I would recommend buying the latest version. If you then experience any difficulties with installation or operation you will get the benefit of support.
You can also download a scaled down version from the Mac App Store or iTunes Store for PSE9. However this is the Editor only and lacks the Organizer. Some Mac users find it convenient but I would not recommend it personally. The saving is only $10 compared with a purchase directly from Adobe which often comes with a $20 mail in rebate or discount from a retailer; so effectively you could be paying more. Most books and tutorials involve steps going to and from the Organizer to the Edit modes and also if you ever wish to upgrade in future Adobe will simply send you back to the app store. You will need both platforms initially.
You can download PSE10 from the following link and try it out for 30 days, free of charge. If you like it and decide to keep it, simply purchase a boxed version of PSE10 from your favorite retailer and enter the product code from the DVD box into the trial. No further installation from disk is required.

I am building a new PC and need to swap the PS Elements 10 Licence from the old machine to the new - the old machine will be scrapped

I am building a replacement PC, and want to install PS Elements 10 on the new machine. It is currently on the old machine and that machine will be scrapped once the new one is running - how do i go about this ?

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, but since you are scrapping the current one, you should deactivate the software on it if you are able to.... open the program and choose Help -> Deactivate. If you are not able to access the machine to do this, then you should contact Adobe Support by chat or phone and have them do it.... Contact Customer Care
All you need to do is install the software on the new machine (assuming it is compatible). If you need to download PSE10 you can find it thru the following page...

You will need the serial number to activate the software. If you do not have it at hand, you might be able to find it in your Adobe account online.

How do i get elements on my new pc with no cd drive?

i have elements 10 as a cd package - ive just got a new pc with now cd drive how can I get elements without buying it again? I am not very IT savvy so please help!

You say you are not very IT savvy but you know how to download and install a new software, right? If so then on your new machine, go to the link I have provided below and download PSE10 for your use. You will need to enter your serial number to activate it.
