Welcome to the HP forums;
Let's verify if you have a shapfish account already,  Most of the time when someone has this  issue, they have an existing Snapfish HP account.
1. Go to www.snapfish.com and click on ""log in"" at the top right.
2. On the splash screen that comes up click on the ""forgot your password""  link and submit your email.
3. You should receive an email with a link and a temporary password.
4. Click on the link and log in with the temp password.
5. Change your password to something that has at least 6 characters (at least  1 of those should be a number).
6. Go back to www.eprintcenter.com and click on Sign In.
7. On the next screen do not put your email or password, but click on the  small Snapfish below.
8. On the splash screen that comes up log in with your email and the password  you just created at Snapfish.
This will merge your HP accounts and you should be able to log in to www.eprintcenter.com normally now.
Let me know the outcome I will do my best to assist you if you have futher issues.

    Hi,  don't get much information on the topic 'Email address already in use' in FAQ, because there is no answer written for this topic. But this is exactly my problem. I've once tried to create a Spotify account, went wrong and now Spotify says that my email is already in use. What can I do to register an account?  Thanks in advance. 

    Contact Support here https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ and ask them that you want to free up the email for a new account. Hope this helps :)

    I signed up for an account, sent my wife a file via email to see if she was interested. Great, now she is and wants her own account. So, I try to sign her up but I get a message saying her email is already in use. This is not possible, or highly unlikely. Would my sending her an email automatically register her email account? How do I get her an account with her email? Help.

    I'm sorry for any confusion. Please share with us the email address you wish to sign up and we'll get her set up! FYI if she ever signed up for anything at all with Adobe we'd have her email in the system - it's not related to your sending her an email.

  • Apple ID email address already in use

    Whenver I try to make an Apple ID account with my main email (Hotmail), it always says that the email address is already in use. I am currently using my Gmail address as my Apple ID. I've tried recovering my Apple ID through security questions but it always says the birthdate that I entered is incorrect. When I try to send a recovery email I never receive one. When I try to find my Apple ID, no results show up. The only time I remember using my email to sign up for something associated with Apple was when I was setting up my MacBook. It asked if I wanted to receive newsletters, notifications etc from Apple and I entered my Hotmail email for it. Don't know if that's the problem.

  • I am trying to configure iMessage and I get the infamous "email address already in use".

    I use this emaill address as my Apple ID.  I am able to use iMessage for my AOL email address but I hardly ever use that email and want to use my GMail acct.  I am ready to throw this iPod in the garbage and start using a Droid device.  I certainly won't be buying an iPad with issues like this.  I love my MacBook Pro and I am trying to embrace the Apple World.  Just the whole Apple ID password security is giving me fits.  Who the heck wants to have to have such unique passwords?

    I had two Apple accounts prior to iCloud's debut along with a separate MobileMe account. I'm not sure how things were set up prior, but now with iCloud, I just realised that I can log in to apple.com with my former MobileMe email address. So now I have three Apple accounts.
    I use my former MobileMe email address to log in to iMessage. If you don't do this, when you try to use the temporary location sharing feature of Find My Friends, you'll get some kind of error message regarding this.
    The additional email address I wanted to add to iMessage was used as the primary Apple ID for one of my other Apple accounts and as a secondary address in the other. I had to resolve both of these issues before I could use this email address as a secondary address with iMessage. For the former, I had to use a different email address for the primary Apple ID while for the latter, I had to simply remove the email address as a secondary address in the account.

    You will need to try changing the email address on the first account and see if you can then re-use it on a new account - you can try changing the email address via http://appleid.apple.com or by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes (if you don't have a spare email account then you can create one via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com)

    You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
    1.     Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
    2.     Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
    3.     Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
    4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
    That should take care of your issue!

    My iMessages that I write on my iPad are not showing up on my other device, the iPhone 4.  I went into the settings and tried to add the second cloud email address, however, I keep getting an error message saying that it cannot be verified because the email is already in use.     Are you trying to set up your own iDevice and that is why you want your own Apple ID?
    Do you realize that any content that you have already purchased using her ID will still have to be used if you want to update apps or download purchases again for free? ITunes and App Store content is tied to the ID used to make the purchase. Furthermore, if you use her ID to download a purchased app for free on your own device, you can lock yourself out of your ID for 90 days.
    Back to the question at hand .... Did she use your email address as the rescue email address for her Apple ID?

    You may have more than one device using your Apple account (as I did). 
    Some of my messages ended up on an idle iPad I had left at home.
    Most, however, just stopped sending.
    Various work arounds have been posted here and there.
    It appears that a text message preference gets messed up.
    The simplest work around that usually works (but not always, for me), is to turn off messages, reboot your devices, and then turn it back on.  I also tried another suggestion to toggle off the iCloud settings and reboot.  Both had the same effect.  It worked for a day or two and then I had to do it again.
    You may want to enable MMS and SMS texting, which usually work, even when iMessages won't.
    iMessages have a blue background.   MMS have a green background and you're service provider may charge you for MMS or SMS texts.

    The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
    If you cannot get this information from the seller
    Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
    You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.
