RE: Entering transaction and clicking the short cut.

Hi all,
I am trying to go in to a transaction by entering the transaction name. In this case it is /VIRSA/ZVRAT and i am getting the error "This function is not possible". but i entered the same transaction in my Favourites and clicked on the same transaction "VIRSA/ZVRAT" it works.
is there something i am doing wrong or did anyone restricted users not to enter transaction but click only on the menu / transactions provide to them? is there a possibility for this?

Hi,
The Transaction naming convention from the initial day has some static rules defined by SAP AG itself. Such one is these transactions starting with " / ". Any transaction you see like /* , they denotes SAP certified partner transactions. Sometimes these partner application got adopted by SAP (like Virsa and became GRC) but the naming convention remained same. One more example is PCAM transactions. The naming is like: /<Partner company naming>/<Transaction Text>.
As per transactional processing logic any transaction can't be started with a special character. So you need to put a /n in-front of such tcodes.
As much as I know, this is the case.

When i start firefox double clicking the short cut icon, it runs in the processes but the user interface window does not comes up in the screen,please help.

in my laptop,i generally use windows xp, due to some problems i repaired the window, after some days without any notice the above problem starts. but internet explorer 8 shows up with a perfect window, but a bit slow in every respect compared to firefox. above all if i start the window in safe mode firefox runs perfectly.please help, i ve tried every possible way(installing different anti-viruses, acessing through set program and defaults).

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

You have (probably accidentally) moved or deleted the Lightroom program. You need to find it (have your operating system search for lightroom.exe) and move it back to where the shortcut expects it to be.

I'm having trouble downloading firefox. The install wizard runs but then I am unable to run the program either from the short cut or the program menu

Firefox basically stopped working. Would not access any web pages. Internet expolorer works fine so this is not a connectivity issue.
I tried to re-intall firefox several times (once w firewall off) unsuccessfully. No error messages. The install wizard runs but then I can't start the program. The short cut icon does not look right. It looks like a web page instead of the firefox logo. When I click it I get the message "windows is looking for Firefox.exe".
It appears as though the exectutable file is not installing.

It sounds like the acorn had a white background that you grouped with the acorn. Hence when you selected another color the entire object looked red. Look in the layers panel for one acorn and see how many objects make up the acorn. One of the objects for that acorn should have a fill of none or white. That object you can delete. Now try and fill the object with a color and see if it is ok. If it is, you can do the same to the remaining acorns. If not post the AI file and someone can check for you.

Hold the Option key and click on “Purchases”
Hold the Option key and click on “OS X Lion” from the purchased app list
“Installed’ should now say “Install” which allows you to download OS X Lion.
This assumes you are using the same Apple ID on both computers.
Lion does not get installed on an iPad. It runs iOS.

Creating the short-cut for a jar

Hello All,
I have created an executable jar and now i want make a short-cut icon to be placed for this jar on desktop. This can be done manually by right clicking on the jar and creating a short-cut. But can this be done automatically? If so please let me know how to do this?

As in like for an installer? I don't believe there is really a way to automate the process, however, the best thing that I've found to do (to make it easy for the user) is unzip the program files to a certain place, and allow them to drag a shortcut to said predestined place to wherever they wish (i.e. the Desktop).

For the moment there isn't a way for us end-users to control what is "matched" or "uploaded." That is purely a result of Apple's server-side algorithms.
To re-add multiple songs at once simply highlight all the songs you want to re-add, then right-click (or Control+click) the list and choose "add to iCloud."

The only way I can open a link in a new tab is if I right click a link and select "open in a new tab" in the dropdown menu, but ctrl + click is so much easier and faster. Any clue how to fix this?

Some other users have fingered the Ask toolbar as the cause of this problem. You can try disabling or removing it here:
