Even I am facing a similar issue - error message displayed when trying for data-masking along with R.A.T. capabilities
Can anybody help resolve this.
Objective - Use Real Application Testing in combination with Test Data Masking Pack
Current Setup
I have a VM Box with Windows 2008 R2 Server OS Image
Enterprise Manager 12c and Oracle 11g Database Instance Installed and configured on the same host.
Have added one more Oracle Database Instance 11g Database instance into the Target Databases.
while doing data masking, when i select the checkbox Ensure Workload Masking Compatibility i always get the error:
"Workload masking is not supported by the target database chosen. You may need to apply a patch or move to a newer version of the database for workload masking."
Can you please guide as to which patches / configurations need to added. I believe the Patches and Provisioning Wizard within EM will help on installing the requiredd patches.
But I am not aware of which patch it is referring to.

I appreciate those who tried to help and i''m sharing the solution as i believe this is the purpose of SDN Forum and help others Netweaver Chap who facing the same problem:
Problem faced:
Extractor failed intermittently for WORKLOAD ANALYSIS (Introscope Data) due to error message "Error when opening an RFC connection"
Due to the above error, performance data is not available in RCA workload analysis for J2EE engine.
Possible Solution:
1) Ensure both webadmin & SOLMANDIAG RFC working fine -> SM59 -> TCP/IP
2) go to SE16 -> E2E_RESOURCES and change the resourcecap to 10 for SOLMANDIAG
3) go to /smd/services -> Diagnostic System -> Advanced Setup -> Abap connectivity -> Connection Configuration and change server count to 10
4) Restart webadmin (step 3 & 4 can perform in VA too)
5) set gw/keepalive &  gw/reg_keepalive to value 0 in RZ11 (without reboot of instance)
5) again go to SM59 -> TCP/IP -> SOLMANDIAG and put in the gateway host and gateway service correctly, don't leave this empty!!!! -
> This is the main solution to solve intermittent failed RFC for extractor.
Now, go back and monitor the extractor log and you should see no RFC error anymore and wait for 1 hour for the data to populate.

    All,
    Issue had been solved.
    Root cause: installed smd agent from netwerk share. Although sapinst told me installation was successful the agent was not running fine.
    Tried to install smd agent sp13; this one came up with the message" cannot access secure store" while running installation from network share. Tried to install from local and everything went fine and Diagnostics was able to connect to the agent.

  • Error when configuring Desktop Software with Outlook 2007 Calendar

     Hello,
    I am trying to find some help for a problem I'm having with a Blackberry 8100. I would like to use the Desktop Software 5.0 in conjunction with Outlook 2007 (on Windows 7 64 bits) to sync the calendar between the device and the computer. Actually I pretend to change Lotus Notes (which worked perfectly) for Outlook 2007.
    The problem appears during the configuration process on the Desktop Software. I go to the configuration wizard for the calendar, choose Outlook, select bidirectional syncronization and then after clicking Next a small window appears (it happens also with both one-way options).
    The window has Error as title and no other text, just an OK button. After closing it the wizard goes on asking for which Outlook profile to sync with. Unfortunately, the drop menu list does not show any profiles, it is completely blank.
    I've tried creating, removing and renaming new profiles helplessly, as the error windows appears again and no profile is listed.
    How could I solve it? Any idea would be appreciated.

    Have you tried performing a detect and repair in Microsoft Outlook and then attempt to setup the configuration?

  • Error when sending data request

    Hi All,
       i have scheduled info package for different type data sources in bi 7.0, for this i am getting the data from  ecc 6.0 . all of this schedule's showing  the status "error when sending data request" with the following details.
    status
    diagnosis
    the request idoc could not be sent to the source system using rfc
    system response
    there is an idoc in the warehouse outbox that did not arrive in the ale inbox of the source system
      in step by step analysis it is showing
       rfc to source system successful showing with ash status
       data selection successfully stated  and finished ? show with red status
    in that details tab
    request : showing with green status
    everything ok
    extraction :showing with red status
    missing messages
    transfer(idocs and trfc) : missing messeges
    processing(data packet) : no data
        it is showing technical status with red as processing overdue
                           processing step call to source system
       so it is showing error with 0 from 0 records.
    please any body could help me for solving this error.

    Seems you have connectivity issues between the Source system and Bi system.
    You need to check whether you have data on R/3 side via RSA3 with Full / Delta Update Modes with Target System as your BI system.
    RSA13--Source System -- Right click Connection parameters/check/Restore/Activate again Say Replicate All Data Sources (If Possible , provided if you have time because it consumes lot of time )
    You need to check the tRFC Queue SM58/59 for any Stucks and WE19/20 for IDocs.
    Much of BASIS Issue .

    Got an error when extracting data with extractor 2lis_04_matnr.
    System says (short dump):

    Exception:   CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR
    Error when attempting to import object "MC04P_0MAT_TAB".
    The current ABAP program "SAPLMCEX" had to be terminated because one of the statements could not be executed. This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program. When attempting to import data, it was discovered that the data type of the stored data was not the same as that specified in the program.
    An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR', was neither caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure  "MCEX_BW_LO_API" "(FUNCTION)".                                                                             
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception      
    to occur, the running program was terminated.                                
    The reason for the exception is:  When importing the object "MC04P_0MAT_TAB", the component no. 5 in the dataset has a different type from the corresponding component of the target object in the program "SAPLMCEX". <b>The data type is "D" in the dataset, but "C" in the program.</b>

    Check this note: 328181
    So you need to delete entries in SM13/LBWQ for application and also detup table content.
    And then refill teh set up table.
    If you are in production clear the entries by running collective run no of times for this application 04.

    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

    The 656x devices have a limit on the available data delay values based
    on frequency.  Between 25MHz and 50MHz there are "holes" in the
    available delay range.  Above 50MHz, the full 0 to 1 data delay is
    valid.  If you look in the specifications installed with NI HSDIO
    for the NI 656x, on page 7, Figure 1, there is an illustration showing
    how to compute what the valid range is for the frequency of interest.
    For example, at 40MHz, valid values are:
    0 to 0.2
    0.3 to 0.7
    0.8 to 1
    In the error message posted below, you tried to input a value of 0.71875 which is not within these ranges.

  • Bonjour64 error: "The configuration data for this product is corrupt.  Contact your support personnel."

    Have use WinRAR to pull out only Bonjour64 from iTunes 11.1.5 (and prior releases) to do an install of only Bonjour, as all other iTunes-related software loads fine (have used 11.1.4 and new 11.1.5).  I get the error: "The configuration data for this product is corrupt.  Contact your support personnel."  Have tried everything suggested on net and this forum, including uninstalling everything, cleaning registry, disabling firewall, etc.  Not worthwhile to reinstal Windows 7.  What do I do? 

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page). Here's a screenshot showing the particular links on the page that you should be clicking:
    After clicking one of the circled links, you should be taken to another page, and after a few seconds you should see a download dialog appear for the msicuu2.exe file. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like for me in Firefox:
    Choose to Save the file. If the dialog box does not appear for you, click the link on the page that says "CLICK HERE IF IT DOES NOT". Here's a screenshot of the page with the relevant link circled:
    When the dialog appears, choose to save the file.
    (2) Go to the Downloads area for your Web browser. Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility.     A small (?) number of IR webclient 931 installations we notice the next error when processing: " error when uncompressing data retrieved: *Data Error*! " It does not seem to be user or permission/provision related.
    Does anyone have an idea how to solve it. Reinstalling the IR webclient does not solve it.

  • Date column with format mask 'hh12:mi pm'

    let's say the user input record as shown below :
    trip At01 At02
    1 9:30 AM 12:30 PM
    At02 & At02 are date column with format mask 'hh12:mi pm'. When the user input 9:30 and tab to next item, the column will display as 09:30 AM. Then when user input 12:30 at AT02, it will display as 12:30 PM.
    Anyway, if I enter 1:00 at AT02, it will display as 01:00 AM. Actually I want to display as 01:00 PM. I still can go back to the field to edit it manually but is there a way that I can do as mentioned ?

    You are going to have to write your own validation logic to do this - You'll have to decide what point AM shoudl be defaulted and what point PM should be used. I don't think that there is a format mask that provides this functionality.

  • Error when getting data (RSDRI_CUBE_READ) - RSCRM_BAPI

    Hello Gurus,
                I am getting a error when I try to create a extract using RSCRM_BAPI using Process Chain.
                I created a job and used that in the Process Chain, Once I run the Process Chain it is executing and
               the job is deleted and the extract gives me this error in the Monitor.
                Error Message - Error when getting data (RSDRI_CUBE_READ)
                If I run manually I am able to see the extracted records.

    "Unknown error when executing MDX" is msg number BRAINOLAPAPI012.
    Check out these 3 SAP notes:
    1091523 MDX: System error in connection with named sets
    1252372 OLE DB for OLAP: Additional corrctions for new MDX parser  
    1282785 MDX: System error "Invalid MDX command with <internal>     
    Also test in transaction MDXTEST to see if your statements are syntactically correct.

    We experience a sporadic "error when uncompressing data retrieved: *Data Error*!" while processing a query with IR webclient 931. The problem occurs on several webclients but on other desktops it does not. The IHTML processes fine.
    Any one an idea? reinstalling interactive webclient on the same pc does not help.
    Completely reinstall the pc (os and other client software including interactive webclient) does help.

  • Activating DemoContent: Error when reading data target

    I'm trying to activate the SAP Demo cube <i>Purchasing Data</i> (0D_PU_C01). The Grouping Mode is set to <i>In Dataflow Before and Afterwards</i>.
    When I simulate installation, I get the error message <b>Error when reading data target 0D_PU_C01</b> (Message no. RSAU126) in the logs (although in the Collection Area the Simulation Result column is marked with a green check).
    I could find only 2 notes related to this error in the SAP Service Marketplace. SAP note nr. 540873 is about the BW indexing job. Note nr. 587796 (Error in after import of update rules) seams more appropriate, however not thoroughly right. In fact it refers to <b>BW 3.1 Content</b> or <b>BW 3.0B</b>.
    My system version instead is:
    BI_CONT 353
    SAP_BW 350
    The very same problem occurs when I try to activate the SAP Demo <i>Sales and Distribution</i>.
    Any suggestion?

    Ok, it worked! Now however I have some more doubts.
    1. I can't find the InfoObjects (e.g. 0D_GR_QTY, 0D_PLANT, 0D_MATERIAL, etc.) anywhere in <i>Modeling -> InfoObjects</i>, even if:
      a) I can find them under the <i>InfoSource</i> tree of the <i>SAP Demo</i> Application Component
      b) they appear activated in <i>Business Content</i>
    What's going on?
    2. The newly activated <i>Purchasing Data</i> cube has been added to the <i>Unassigned Nodes</i> InfoArea, and not to a newly created SAP Demo Purchasing (0D_MMPUR) InfoArea, similarly to the structure I saw when collecting the InfoProvider in Business Content. Is this the normal behaviour?
    3. No DataSource has been assigned to any of the InfoSources. I read at:

    that the <i>SAP Demo</i> Source System will be used. What I can't understand is if I need to manually create and select this Source System.     ok here's a development..when i logged in the source system to check the job...it says the job defn is incomplete. The description says:
    Definition for job ARFC:SYSLOAD1C800CRMREMOTE is incomplete. Job cannot be released
    Can anyone give an insight on it.
