Re: Getting "transaction already applied to account" message on order missing from Purchas

I could use some similar help. Tried reporting missing points, but received message "transaction already applied to account." The transaction does show up in my purchase history, but with an incorrect amount of points.
I purchased a Nikon D3200 DSLR camera last year, December 7, 2013. It was part of a bundle. Total cost $588.49
According to the Points History, I only received 15 points for the purchase/transaction.
Could you either help me with the missing points or explain (if I've overlooked something in the fine print) why I'm not entitled to all the points?

I hope you are having a good afternoon.
I would be asking questions too if only 15 of what could be more than 600 points posted to my account.  Being that the purchase does already appear on your My Best Buy account, you are not going to be able to report it as "missing."  I believe that I can explain why the full amount of points did not post to your account and would like to discuss it with you a bit further, so I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little envelope icon at the top of the page.

    On 11/1 I placed an order for In-store pickup and picked up the game on 11/3. For whatever reason the transaction has not shown up as pending under my Purchase history (though other transactions on 11/4 & 11/6 have).  After the 5 days it suggests for pending transactions to show up I tried to manually report the missing points, and its telling me "This transaction has already been added to an account."
    This is the first time ive ever had this issue and it being a game with the 500 bonus points for pre-ordering, I wanted to make complete sure that this purchase (and the pending points) are going to be  tied to my account.  Hope you can help me.

    I hope you are having a great morning thus far.
    If the pre-order you picked up on 11/3/2014 was eligible for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus, then I can understand wanting to make sure that it was attached to your account.  A qualifying purchase should generally take 3 to 5 days to emerge as pending and a total of 20 days to officially post to a member's account.  Your pre-order does show to have attached to your account, so you should see points post by the end of the day on 11/23/2014.

    Often when people think they've deleted an application, what's really happened is that they deleted its icon from the Dock. In the Finder, select
    Go ▹ Applications
    from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it.

    I youve only been re installing the iTunes app itself, then I would recommend uninstalling all of the iTunes associated files as well.

  • TS4196 Messages app is missing from my Mac.  What happened?

    Pretty sure I used it earlier this week.
    If I recall, I had a beta version.  I THOUGHT I paid a modest fee, like $1 for it later.  But now, it is missing from my Macs. 
    I DO have it on my iPod Touch.
    But there was not announcement about it being removed from my mac.  And I can't find anything on Google about it.

    You are correct that Messages was in Beta. However, it was free. If you paid for it, it wasn't from Apple. As for it disappearing, Apple may have removed it in an update or you may have deleted it. Either way, I do believe that the final version of Messages will appear on both Lion and Mountain Lion.

  • Applying Price list for sales order created from Internal Requisition

    I am using 12.0.5. I have created a price list and applicable discount. I am creating Internal Requisitions and Importing them into Order Management as Sales Order using "Create Internal Order" and "Import Request". But when the sales orders are created, the pricing flag is "Freeze Price" and to apply the price list, I have to change the pricing flag of each line and re-price order/ line. Is this a way around this such that Sales orders created from Internal Requisitions pick up the correct discounted selling pricing automatically after import?

    When the Internal Sales Orders are created via Order Import program, the pricing flag will be "Freeze Price" because the value of CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG will be set to 'N' in the OE interface line table by the Create Internal Orders program. This is the standard functionality of the Oracle.
    However, if your requirement is to re-price the line (automatic application of discounts at the time of booking) after the SO is created then to avoid the manual repricing steps, you can write a custom program to update the CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG to 'Y' for the OE Line records present in the interface tables itself. You need to make sure that this update happens before the Order Import program. You can create a Request Set to acheive this, for example...
    XXX Create Internal Orders (Custom Request Set)
    - Create Internal Order (Standard Oracle Program)
    - XXX Update PriceFlag for ISO (Custom Program to update the price flag)
    First run the above request set & then run standard Order Import program. So when SO is being booked, CALCULATE_PRICE_FLAG will be 'Y' i.e., Calculate Price, the required discounts will be pulled & the line will be re-priced automatically.

I tried to set up the account on my Mac but when i put in the email i already created it says it is being used already. Do I have to create a new one or can I still used my old one? I want all three devices to be on the same page.

    I have five email accounts configured on my 9220. I used to have a common folder wherein all email account message will appear apart from the individual email account separate folders. The common folder disappeared and I selected show all folders and still no use. How do I get that back?

    You will have to resend service books to your device.
    Enter setup --> Email Accounts
    If the email accounts are not listed, configure the accounts again.
    If the accounts are listed
    Press BB key for options ---> service books -->send service books.
    Your icons should reappear on the homescreen or original position. Your older emails may not be visible within the icons. You can refer to them by using the option view folder within the emails.

    Have you tried checking the Store drop-down menu in the iTunes interface to see if you are signed in the existing account?

    i do understand that.  if you purchased the music on the phone.  its still available to you.  if you go in itunes on your computer.  go to purchases.  there should be all the music you have purchased.  there you can download the song if it isn't already and then sync it to your phone which will add the song to the phone.  have you tried to power off phone and then try to download again.   the itunes way is just another option.

    Hi, you can change the original system of the transaction code and possibly reassign it to a valid transportable package (development class).  This can be achieved via transaction code SE03 --> Change Object Directory Entries. In section "Selection by Objects" you need to tick the checkbox (3rd up from the bottom) and enter next to it "TRAN". Next to TRAN type your transaction code and press execute.  On the following screen, select your transaction code and choose button "change object directory". Here you can change the Package and/or original system of  the transaction code.  At the same time you can assign your tcode to a transport request etc...

    You have limited opportunity to attempt to create a backup of your created files.
    That is what the SafeBoot or safemode appears to allow you -- at the moment.
    Since the hard disk drive exhibits signs of failure or other major issues, plan
    on a replacement in the near future. You may be able to get the computer to
    start up in a regular full OS X (not safe mode) but consider its hours are limited.
    An externally enclosed hard disk drive (with own power supply, not relying on
    Mac ports to run it) is a good basic means of which to use a disk utility to make
    a copy or a Clone of the current OS X. This may help retrieve an archive that
    could be used along with a Time Machine backup, to restore your Mac once you
    get a new hard drive installed inside.
