I try do this 100's times Iclound don't want to buy it. I cannot reset my User ID only in Iclound, everywhere I have no problem, only on my PC fighting third day and still is there my in active email address (old email)
Since I bought my mini mac, iPad, and iPhone I have trouble, with iCloud. One of my emails was deleted by ISP and I am force to change my email address everywhere. I went twice with this problem in Apple store, and any time I turn my device asking for wrong passport because I see user name is wrong, but is dim, so I cannot touched. I give up is no way to change this. I am going to Apple Id Management, I can access there with no problem but rest of devices to not want to reset’s.
I even turn off (Hard) those devices did not work either.
I was searching on Apple customer WEB site how to change email address (user ID) on iCloud, and anything I found I try use it did not work.

You can restore the iPhone from backup on the last computer your iPhone synced with, this will allow you to reset the passcode http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414. If you do not have access to the last computer the phone synced with, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore as a new device, all data on the phone will be erased http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.

LOST PASSCODE
You should be able to remove the passcode by restoring the device. Do the following:
Connect the device to the computer to which you normally sync;
Open iTunes (Note: If iTunes prompts you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes" in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212 );
Right-click the device in the left column of iTunes and select Back up (read this article on how to restore http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 );
When the backup is complete, select Restore;
Whenever finished, restore from your most recent backup.
To restore read the restore section in this article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
If that doesn’t work you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it. -

Go into Setttings -> Messages and make sure your Caller ID setting for Messages is set properly.

hi, have a iphone/macbook itunes prob. i connected my phone to mac to add songs, and it wiped 99% of music from my phone. on the mac it still lists the songs on my phone but they are greyed out. can anyone help? very frustrated and want my music back.
I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

It really sounds like the account on your iPhone is different than the one on your computer but based upon your posts, that's probably not it. I bought a song off of the itunes store on my iphone but it wont play. I even tried to repurchase it but it says that I already purchased it. I have restarted my phone and turned it off but it still won't download or play. HELP!
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

If I understand correctly you want all 6 devices to have access to a single calendar that each device gets notifications for and can edit. You can do that with an private iCloud shared calendar. First sign into www.icloud.com and use these steps from the following article to share a calendar:
iCloud: Share a calendar with others
Share a calendar privately
Click the Share button to the right of the calendar name in the sidebar, then select Private Calendar.
Note: You can also share the same calendar publicly. For instructions, see the next task, “Share a calendar publicly.”
Type the invitee’s email address in the Add Person field and press Return.
Click the pop-up menu with the invitee’s name and choose access privileges (View & Edit or View Only).
For each person you want to share the calendar with, repeat steps 2 and 3.
When you’ve invited everyone and set their privileges, click OK.
Invitation emails are sent from your iCloud email address to the participants you specified.

My wife and I share apple id but have our own phones, and now having trouble with imessage. Sharing calenders, apps, music, contacts, etc...all great. But when we imessage each other. Our phones get confused and either not deliver message, or send it to and from itself.
Go to Settings > Facetime and you will see "You can be reached for video calls at:"
This should list your phone number (iPhone) and your email address (probably the gmail one).
And then an option for "Add another email..."
Choose that and enter your @me.com account and it'll send a verification email.
Same for iMessage: Settings > Messages > "Receive at" > Add Another Email
So you can be called by facetime and use iMessage through multiple email accounts yes. -

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.
