we are unable to give the Fixed value for a Navigational Attr (Vendor A/c Group) irrespective of wheather PO (Mater char for Vendor A/e Group) in the aggregate.

This is a tablespace problem........its better u contact any Basis people.......Since the no of records is huge......due to this the problem arrise..........they can solve the issue.....

I am looking for the way to create user/account which can do all activities likes APPS account? That means, it can compiles forms, reports,...
The reason of that is we want to control the developers. Currently, developers is using APPS account, and they can mess up database instance. So the idea is we will create personal account for each developer, then we can track back if something happens in database. Of course, developer can only access DEV instance only.

How to create and deploy a JSP which calls a BPEL process in JDEVELOPER

Hi Gurus,
I don't know how to create a JSP in JDEVELOPER which call a BPEL process. I have gone through the tutorials. Since, I am new to JDEVELOPER I need some help.
1. How to create a JSP (I know creating application and project, also I know JSP coding)
2. How to deploy this JSP?
3. For the Synchronos BPEL project, the build.xml is created automatically, in this forum, I see people talking about ear war .deploy etc. How do we get them automatically created. Or do we need to create them manually. If it has to be manual some sample scripts would be of great help.
Any help in this regard would be really great.

I created a simple jsp file in a project, followed the steps in the tutorial and it got deployed onto: http://localhost:9700
For invoking BPEL process through JSP, I have reused the jsp files available in : 102.InvokingProcesses\jsp and changed the processes and input accordingly.

Hi,
You can create the 'Parameter Transaction' so that whenever you run the particular transaction it will run with the initial value given when the Tcode was created and hence you can skip the initial screen of the module pool program.
To create Parameter transaction from SE93 you have to choose the last option i.e Parameter Transaction.

You can create item inside your LOV region, set the item style to formValue. You can associate this to a View Object field. It can also act as mirror of any other text input field.
FormValue can hold the value and will not be diaplyed to user. You can read value from it controller
example
OAFormValueBean orgValue = (OAFormValueBean)webBean.findChildRecursive("OrgIdFormVal");
Or you can read it fro the VO associated with this form value.

how do I remove a gmail calendar which has inadvertantly become merged with my home apple calendar?
I have to view the gmail calendar as well, but now some entries are appearing as duplicates.
Currently I view my own apple calendar (home), a gmail calendar, a googlemail calendar and a friend's icloud calendar on the same screen - (all view only).
Hiding or deleting either the gmail OR the Home calender leaves me with missing entries.
Showing both gives duplicates.
Help please.
Earlier today, I lost my friend's calendar (icloud on an iPad) when he accidentally changed something. Trying to get that back (unsuccessfully) he or I must have inadvertantly changed someting, but don't know what.
I also view my calendar on ipad2 and iphone 5, but have not touched any of these settings.
Getting desperate! - the gmail and googlemail are the church calendars and there will be chaos if I can't get this fixed!

pretty sure in the settings -> email and stuff or maybe the notifications you can disable the gmail calendar at least theres where mine are along with the facebook and the other calendars you can add and remove

I had already tried deleting the review slide itself, though Captivate wouldn't let me - it just hid it. I tried again using the method you recommended but the slide remained in the filmstrip, so I tried deleting again, then re-added it from the Quiz Settings page ... no joy, same behavior as before.
I checked the Advanced Interaction page and confirmed that all of the scored questions were configuredthe same way as the non-scored questions, with the only difference being the pool that they were drawing from.
Other thoughts? I am by no means a Captivate expert but this one really feels like it shouldn't be this hard, and I'm more than a little afraid that it's the file itself that's jacked up ...

I know the conditions when to create aggreate and on what propasal options do we have(St03,rsa1)..all i know but the thing is suppose for a cube 0SD-C01 how we can estimate whether we require aggregates or not..i mean to ask can anybody give me the navigational steps how to conclude whether we require aggregates for a cube?

Let me be clear about u r question..
U want the info how to decide the aggregate and how to create the aggregate right..
if thats the case
First of all create the query on the cube and try to estimate the usage of that
particular query go to RSRT and there give u r query just click on Execute+debug
it will show u a pop up ther sect the aggregate info it will show u the proposed
aggregate info with the dimensions make a note of that and then just go to RSA1
selct your cube and then counter click on it select maintain aggregate it will show
u new screen click on the dimensions which u got in RSRT and dactivate it then
come back to RSA1 screen selct u r info provider counter click on it go to mange
rollup and fill the aggregates ..and run the query twice check the query run time...

How to create a dynamic RTF report which creates dynamic columns based on dynamic column selection from a table?

Suppose I have table, whose structure changes frequently on daily basis.
For eg. desc my_table gives you following column name on Day 1
SQL > desc my_table;
Output
Name
Age
Phone
On Day 2, two more columns are added, viz, Address and Salary.
SQL > desc my_table;
Output
Name
Age
Phone
Address
Salary
Now I want to create an Dynnamic RTF report which would fetch data from ALL columns from my_table on daily basis. For that I have defined a concurrent program with XML as output type and have attached a data template/data definition to it which takes in XML as input and gives final output of conc program in EXCEL layout. I am able to do this for constant number of columns, but dont know how to do it when the number of columns to be displayed changes dynamically.
For Day 1 my XML file should be like this.

I want to create one dynamic XML which should not be required to be changed if new columns are added in my_table. I dont know how to create this query and also create their corresponding elements below.
Make the RTF template dyanamic as in Day1 there must 3 columns in EXCEL output and on Day 2, 5 columns. I want to create a Dynamic RTF template which would show all the columns selected in Dynamic XML.I dont know how the RTF will create new XML tags and how it will know where to place it in the report. Means, I can create RTF template on Day 1, by loading XML data for 3 columns and placing 3 XML tags in template. But how will it create and place tags for new columns on Day 2?
Hope, you got my requirement, its a challenging one. Please let me know how I can implement the required solution using RTF dynamically without any manual intervention.

Is there any way to UPDATE the XML file attached to a Data Definition (XML Publisher > Data Definition) using a standard package or procedure call or may be an API from backend? I am creating an XML dynamically and I want to attach it to its Data Definition programmatically using SQL.
Please let me know if there is any oracle functionality to do this.
If not, please let me know the standard directories on application/database server where the XML files attached to Data Definitions are stored.
For eg, /$APPL_TOP/ar/1.0/sql or something.

Hmm, there's nothing simple in the WLP framework that will allow this, but you can hack it into your skeleton without too much trouble, I think. I'd try something like this:
1) Create a page in the IDE that will be used to represent this external site in your portal. This page won't have any content on it -- it's basically going to be a placeholder for your menu tab. Make a note of its definition label, though (eg. external_page_1)
2) Assuming you're using a bighorn skeleton, in your abstractmenu.jsp skeleton file, make a change like this (highlighted):

What this says is that, when this skeleton file is going to render the menu tab markup for that particular page, spit out a hard link to cnn.com instead.
