Hello
It's important that you understand how Subscriptions work. You have a Colombia 120 mins 1 month plan. You have used your full 120 minutes allocation in your current billing cycle. Your next cycle starts on January 4th 2015 at which time your new minutes will be added. The date on which you purchase new minutes is irrelevant.

    Hello
Your account is empty. You have no purchases, no credit and Skype has made no charges on it.

  • Why i can not use my 400 minutes to turkey subscri...

    Hi
some how skype charged my credit card for the existing subscription which i ve been using for few months, and eventhough its charged on the fifth of april but in my account subscription minutes will be ready by eight of april.between 5-8 of april i can not use my subscription minutes.why i cant use my minutes eventhough skype charged me already for it.
This is very disturbing, and i m looking forward to hear any good new for my situation.
    Thank you in advance.
    Regards;

You purchased 400 minutes to be used per month not 400 minutes to be used whenever.  Just like any cell phone plan if you use up your allocated minutes for the month you cannot use the minutes for the following month instead you have to wait or pay for minutes at a premium or upgrade/change your plan.  The same goes for Skype.  If you use up your minutes for the month then you would have to use credit if you've exhausted your minutes for the month.  Billing is always done 3 days earlier most likely to ensure that service is not interrupted.   Subscription exhaustion is what caused your interruption.  Your next 400 minutes will not start until your new cycle begins which is 3 days after the billing date.   It will work like this as long as you have the subscription.  Even if you cancel the subscription the old subscription will be in effect until the current cycle ends.

I'm having the same issue.  My account page shows that I have 60 minutes linked and active, but when I use my skype account to make a call to Korea, it doesn't use any of my 60 minutes.  In fact, I ran out of the minutes I paid for and got disconnected!  Meanwhile, my 60 minutes are still just sitting there, untouched. Please help.  Thank you.Are you calling a landline in (South) Korea?  Only landlines in that country are covered by that subscription.

  • Skype not using my subscription minutes

I have got a Office 365 subscription that includes 60 minutes of monthly calls in Skype. However, Skype is not using those minutes and is instead using my cash credit. I thought it would use my subscription minutes after my cash credit ended but no... I could not make any calls afterwards. So it seems the subscription is active (it says 60 minutes left) but I can't really use those minutes. Any advice?

The question has been answered countless times in the Community and on the sign-up and FAQ pages.  If you have an active subscription only calls which are covered by the subscription will deduct from the 60 minutes.  If you make a call outside the subscription, it will require credit.  No subscription supports shared cost, Premium/Special, most non-regional numbers and SMS. Office 365 subscription coverage: Call landlines and mobiles in: Canada, China, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Thailand, and United States. Call landlines only in: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia (excluding rural areas - LEX), Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia (Jakarta only), Republic of Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

  • Can I Use Skype Free Minutes From a Mobile Phone

Can you use Skype free minutes (provided with Office365) to call FROM a mobile phone? When I check the free minutes online, I see that they are active on my Skype account, but my Android mobile app does not show any Skype credit?

If your iPad Mini is a cellular model, you can use Skype (and buy a block of minutes). If only wireless, you can also use Skype on a wireless connection. It saved the day when I forgot my iPhone and needed to make a call. Skype sells phone numbers, but I've never gone that route.

  • Can I use my subscription on a desktop and a laptop?

You can use your subscription on up to two computers.  Whether they are a laptop or a desktop doesn’t matter.

  • Re: Can't use unlimited subscriptions - calls are ...

I am in thailand and have lost my debit card so Icannot recharge my subscription until I recieve my new card which take 2 wks.Is there another way ?.I only have one bank account

It's really frustrating that I can't enable restrictions without disabling features that I don't want restricted.  This is for my 10 year old daughter who we do NOT want using facetime, but would like to be able to have her txt message other ios users in the family.
Why on earth Apple would decide to "lump" these restriction settings in together is not only frustrating but also confusing.
Would be REALLY nice to hear some feedback from Apple on this.

  • Can I use my subscription on multiple PC's ?

Can we download and install the Cloud Client on multiple PC's if we are a subscriber ?
About to buy a new computer and I want to use it on that system...

you actually don't even need to remove it.  just sign-out from your cc desktop app on one computer and that will free you up to sign-in on another computer.
i have 3 computers that i use cc on (but, as mentioned, i can only be signed-in on, at most, two at any one time).
the best part is, if you forget to sign-out (which happens to me when i go on vacation and take my laptop after forgetting to sign-out on my home and work computers), when you try to sign in on the 3rd computer, adobe allows you to sign-out of the other two using that 3rd computer.  so, instead of getting to the airport and cursing myself for forgetting to sign-out, i just take care of that with my laptop and i can continue to use my adobe programs while on vacation.  very thoughtful of adobe, imo.

  • When going abroad can I use my inclusive minutes and texts or will I be charged?

Do I need to buy roaming add on?

That will depend on where you are going and your EE plan type.
If you are on an EE Extra plan than calls and texts whilst roaming anywhere within the EU are included in your plan.
If you are on a standard EE or or are travelling outside the EU then no sorry, calls and texts are not included.

  • Can I use my Creative cloud subscription on multiple devices?

Hi, I am going to be subscribing to Creative Cloud but can I use that subscription on more than one device?
I sometimes use my desktop, sometimes my laptop or tablet etc.  Will my Cloud subscription allow my to use the software on all my devices?
Or is it a single device use only?
    Many thanks,
    Peter.

A Cloud subscription allows you to have two working installations at a time.  You can sign out and sign in to enable other devices but the limit of two remains in force.  Whether or not you can install on all devices depends on whether or not the devices meets the system requirements for the software.
