I had recharged my account for India 2500min subscription on today. But I was not updated to my account, until now it never updated into my profile. Please give some solution to solve this issue.

Please check the status of your subscription minutes in the "Purchase history" section on your Skype web account page at www.skype.com/go/myaccount
It sounds like you have used up all your monthly minutes. If you purchase the same minute package again you will no increase your monthly minutes available, but instead extend the duration of your subscription by one month.

Pre Sales Question Unlimited Subscription Plan

I'm from India and I would like to buy Unlimited Subscription Plan for India.
Please clarify on this points:-
1. Can I call to any number (including mobile) to all the Indian numbers.
2. Is there any government policy which doesn't allows Indian to use Skype for calling Indian numbers.
3. Unlimited Indian calls cost $19.99 per month, is there any Fair Usage Policy of how many hours a day I can call.
4. Can I use my android phone to access skype and call from my mobile.

I haven't been following Creative so I can't say what their standard MO is, but I am huge believer in keeping people informed. If you said you were going to do X by Y and you can't, then be up front about it. Say, We have slipped by 2 months or we hit problems which we are still trying to find the solution.
I work in software development and I know that annoucing slip-dates is a huge thing that has PR implications and it all comes down to exactly how you say it, but there should be a middle groud where you can keep your cusomters (and potential) customers informed. Now that Nov has pretty much come and gone, I think most of know they slipped so just let us know what your future plans are. I don't mind buying the device if I knew for sure they would release a firmware in the next couple of months, but I don't feel comfortable doint it now since it has come and gone with no update.
As for devices, I think there are a few. The ones you mentioned plus or 2 from iRi'ver. The interesting fact is that Creative's Portable Media Center supports it so they have first hand experience implementing it. That's not to say there might not be unforseen problems trying to implement it into an existing device.
Anywya, we don't need to beat a deadhorse, I was just really excited to discover the Zen Touch as it had everything I was looking for at the perfect price, but the Janus stuff is pretty much a deal-breaker for me.

Hello, I am currently in Germany and would like to take Monthly Subscription plan, but when I search @ https://www.skype.com/en/rates/?nu=subs-calling with India (or even any other country) No subsription plan is visible. I tried all other internal links on the page as well but could not find any rates or subscription details. Please inform how can I purchase and low tariff plan for India. Regards,

2. No. You don't need to change anything.

We would need to cancel one of the subscriptions and then you could sign up again using another ID.

I got the new Verizon Ipad a few weeks ago and just now attempted to activate the 4g service. The first few attempts resulted in an error message related to my SIM card (something to the effect that it had already been in use or something). After calling Verizon and taking the card out, running through a script, and putting it back in, we eventually got it to the point where we could connect to the 4G service and that specific SIM card error message went away. However, now I am getting this error: "Your iPad is already active on a subscription plan that cannot be managed on this device". I called and talked to another rep who said they are experiencing this issue with a number of Ipads and she was submitting a ticket for me to get the error "cleared out". She said it could take a week?
When I go in and click "View Account" I either get this error message above or I get a brand new registration window to start all over again. Then immediately the "LTE" goes away in the upper left, it starts searching again, eventually finds the signal, and I get a popup saying "cellular data plan has been activated" or something to that effect. Then I am good to go.
Anyone dealing with this and have it cleared up? They are acting like its something in their system that will just go away on its on but I don't buy it. I am getting the service so I am just trying to get the "view account" functionality to work. Thanks all.

I had the same problem activating. I had gotten one error message when trying to activate. I didn't write the phone number down. I tried "View Account" again and then it started giving the error about the SIM card already being set up on an account. When I called that Verizon number the guy said I would need to go to a VZW store and get a new SIM card, but he did see the account in their system.
A while later I decided to just restart the iPad and I started getting the original message that just said it couldn't activate right now and to try again later. It provided a different phone number, which is the Verizon mobile broadband support number. When I called it the lady knew exactly what to do. She said the payment to the credit card hadn't gone through and she would have to push it through manually (this sometimes happens with certain credit cards when they see new online cellular service). She had me go to settings / reset / and to reprovision the account and reboot while she did some things on her side. When it came back up it was able to activate and the LTE even showed up. I also checked my credit card online and it only showed the $20 charge (for 1 GB Plan).
However, as you stated, when I go to "View Account" it says that the iPad is already active on a subscription that cannot be managed on this device and gives the mobile broadband support number. I will wait a few days and see if it clears up on its own, but at least the data is working.

Does Adobe Bridge CC require a Creative Cloud Subscription Plan?

Hi. We have a few users at our workplace that only require the use of Adobe Bridge CC and not any of the other Adobe CC apps. Can one simply make an Adobe ID, use it solely to download and install Bridge CC and be able to use Bridge CC (and only Bridge CC) past the typical 30-day trial period WITHOUT signing up for a Creative Cloud subscription plan? Or does one need to have either an active trial or an active subscription to be able to do this?
I was under the impression that Adobe Bridge CC was installed and managed separately from the rest of the Adobe CC apps and would be offered standalone for free. If someone knows these details, I'd love to know too. Thanks.

Bridge is nothing more than what used to be Photoshop's File Browser.
It is not offered for free, and it cannot even be installed or bought by itself.
You have to buy a single application that comes with it, such as Photoshop CS6, or subscribe to it, or subscribe to a single one of the CC applications, or suites.
Your impression was wrong.

Skype India subscription problem

Dear Skype Team,
I am using Skype India Subscription 2500 Mins last two months.
First month it is working Fine.
So, I recommended Skype to my friends. but from last months Skype subscription is not working fine. Every Two Minutes automatically disconnecting the call. and lot of time there is a problem with Voice.
Im trying to chat with your Live support also but they are also not responding.
Today my subscription is going to Finish. If u try to Solve the problem today i will continue with skype. otherwise i will delete my account and my friends account from skype. and i will advise my friends to cancel the subscription from skype due to non responding and Voice call problem. My friends also having same problem in voce calls.Everyone is blaming me due to skype is recommended by me.

More countries in New Subscription plan

Hi guys,
I just found out that the new Subscription plan now includes calling mobile in more countires such as Australia, but my unlimited World 12-months subscription purchased last September still does not include those new countries. My question is whether those new countries will be added to my current unlimited world subscription or I have to wait for my current subscription finishes before getting thoes new subscription.

I see your point of view. But there are a lot of combinations of marter data and the customer don't want to filter (variable use) in the layout.
In bps, I run this the program UPP_SET_DEFAULT_DUMMIES to add more planning lines. By this way, the customers make simple copy-> paste from their files to the system (not carrying about the order).
In IP there isn't any thing similar?

i am about in the same boat as you. The help is useless so is the tech support, that is if your willing to wait a few hours to reach them if you can that is. If things do not improve at adobe im canceling too.
Here is the good news i have most the abode programs i use regularly installed, they can be hacked so when i cancel i still can use photoshop and other programs. I do have the .dll files needed to do such a hack and its easy to just repace the files so it never will ask subscription information again.
so im loosing nothing but useless tech support and my online storage. Get your **** staight adobe or is hack my computers software time.

Subscription plan / user = sites hosted?

Hi I am new to BC and am not sure about the subscription plan etc.
EG: Does it mean that a 3 user "web commerce" for ca $ 35 a year mean that for that price I can host 3 sites covered by that cost?
Or does it mean I can host 3 sites each costing $35?

That will be a per month not per year and 1 site with 3 user access.

3 month USA Subscription Plan Not Working - I can'...

I recently purchased an online number and a 3 month USA subscription, however whenever I try to make an outgoing call (to a mobile number and or landline) from my laptop or my Android phone it says I do not have any skype credit. I don't understand why I am getting this error message since I purchased a 3 month subscription plan. Please assist.

I can see you have purchased an Online Number, not a subscription. Online Number allows you to receive calls from mobiles and landlines on your Skype account.

Today when i was checking the subscriptions to India i found that there is a new plan called India Unlimited for 19.99 USD/month. I want to know more about this plan. When i checked it in the list of unlimited world countries... India is not listed there. Even in the list where they tell about fair use policy, India is not listed. What is the fair use policy like?Does this plan include both lanlines and mobiles or only land lines? Please let me know.

It is unlimited calls to India for both landlines and mobiles, and yes India is not part of the Unlimited World subscription, currently, this is a stand-alone Unlimited subscription.
