Re-install creative suite 5.5 on a re-installed i-Mac or new one?

I have several troubles with my I-mac 27"- the computerstore will make empty the mac and re-install him. Is it possible that I re-install the adobe creative suite 5.5 standard (upgrade nr 1408 0727 4415 ; end user id. 21756517) on my mac when I have the computer back from the shop?
In a few months I intend to buy a new Mac. Is it possbile at that moment to re-install on the new mac the adobe program I mentionned before ?

You should deactivate the software before they empty it. OPen any one of the programs in CS5.5 and choose Help -> Deactivate. That will free up the activation used by that machine. You should be able to install it again on that machine and a new one too.
You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so when you get a new machine you can also install it on that machine and have both available in case you need a backup.

Other than the financial discount available for the first year of Cloud membership, there is no relationship between your CS5.5 software and Cloud software.
Once you're a Cloud member just sign in (on any computer) to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and download the Cloud software.
You can only activate the software a maximum of two times using the same Adobe ID.

The following may be a bit easier set up the new Mac with the same iDVD capability on your old Mac:
1 - copy your current iDVD application from the old Mac to the Applications folder of the new Mac. The latest version available is 7.1.2. If you don't have that versoin go to the Apple Downloads site and download the iDVD 7.1.2 updater and run it on your current iDVD application.
2 - copy the iDVD folder that resides in the old Mac's HD/Library/Application Support folder to the same folder on your new Mac.

Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium won't launch on Mac

I use 13 inch MacBook Air. I downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web Premium from my college. It has Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Illustrator CS5. But only Flsh and Dreamweaver launch when I click them. When I click Photoshop and Illustrator, nothing happends.
I tried uninstalling them and reinstalled but still not launching. I updated mac to mavericks and installed the java update but still nothing happens when I click them. Also Acrobat Pro I downloaded from my college doesn't launch either.
Let me know if you need any more information about my device.

illustrator cs5 has been reported as incompatible, ps cs5 compatible and i can't tell which acrobat pro version you're trying to use.

Converting creative suite 5.5 from PC laptop to a Mac

I Bought the creative suite 5.5 about 2/3 years ago for a to toshiba pc laptop, I am now wanting to buy a Mac book air laptop but need to know if I can convert my photoshop etc programs onto the mac and not have to buy the program again as you can see it is exspensive. Thank you

Platform swaps are only supported for the most recent Creative Suite release, which is CS6. The only way you might be able to use your CS5.5 software on the Mac will be to install a Windows emulator on the Mac so that it provides a Windows environment for the software.
Unfortunately, based on seeing how they operate these days, it is not likely that customer support will do anything to assist you in this matter. They primarily support only new purchases and Cloud matters.
