Re install pc support

each time i connect my rubbish n96 to my pc i get an information box poppin up sayin i need to re install pc support "go to help blah blah and re install support" x ive done that and i cant find anything there to click on and download x i have the latest pc suite installed on my pc and it appears to be a step back in user friendliness to the preveous suite......HOW THE HELL N WHERE THE HELL DO I GET THIS PC SUPPORT DOWNLOAD SO I CAN USE MY **bleep** N96 AGAIN WITH MY PC

when i pay over 550quid for a mobile phone i expect it do work and do the things it says on the box it come in x im sure if trading standards got involved they would fine nokia for gross misrepresentaion of its product x we all know how bug ridden this moby is and firmware updates that solve one problem but add a few more for good measure n yet still dont resolve any of the core problems with this moby so after 3months of problems im gettin very tired of the thing so please forgive me for gettin a lil annoyed when nokia forces me to upgrade my pc suite to the latest version then pops a message up sayin re install pc suite support to my handset and looking at the HELP files are of no help what so ever x one final point if this is not a forum administered by and monitored by nokia why the hell is it located on the nokia site clearly marked DISCUSSIONS you expect us to believe nokia plc have no input in this forum personally i believe the moderators on this site are infact nokia employees doin a poor job of coverin up the many faults of nokia handsets

Did you clean install Windows 8.1 or from Recovery media? Which was the operating system pre-installed in your laptop?

Boot camp 4 can't install windows support drivers

Hi everyone,
I have the new imac 27" with thunderbolt and preinstalled Lion. They dont give you a CD.
I run Boot Camp assistant (version 4.0) and try to install windows on a purchased DVD Windows 7 x64 ( i am a recent convert to mac but still need some windows proggys.)
Ok so once I run the installation It asks me to download the windows support drivers... I do this but then it stops 3/4 through the process and comes up with an error "can't install windows support drivers".
Do any of you out know how to fix this???
Also If I dont use the option to update the software before installing and just select install windows 7 (second option) from a disc. It installs windows fine BUT it wont install any of the network, usb, camera, graphics and sound drivers. so basicaly I am blocked from the internet for windows to update the drivers. I also cant get the driver files from another computer as the mac in windows mode can recognised usb sticks as the drivers arent installed.
I need help urgently on this as it is doing my head

Open Network Preferences>Network>Advanced>Proxies and uncheck everything (try Passive Mode on, and off, but no auto Proxies)

How do I install windows support software without having a disk drive?

I have a brand new imac that I am trying to boot camp. We have installed windows via a usb (as this mac doesnt have a disk drive) however are unable to install the support software from the usb as it isn't being picked up in windows. Unable to access the internet either as ethernet drivers not downloaded either...HELP

Setup disappears when installing setup support files On passiive node ( 2 node cluster), sql is runing on active node without any issue

Should we install/upgrade kernel, ABAP Support Packages & J2EE Support Packages before XI 3.0 is installed? Or should we install these only after installing and completing post install steps of XI 3.0.
The Web AS install guide recommends to install the patches immediately after installing it, but prerequisite for XI install is Web AS SR1 i.e SP9(ABAP + J2EE.
Any suggestions in this regard would be highly appreciated.

I have already gone through the note. According to the note, I assume the following sequence has to be followed:
Install SAP Web AS (ABAP)
Install SAP Web AS (Java)
XI Install & post install steps
Support Pack Stack for ABAP & Java
XI Patches
However, when carrying out post install steps after XI installation, I am unable to perform some steps. Also, there is an issue with J2EE engine after XI install.
Further, I have installed and completed post install steps as per following successfully:
Install SAP Web AS (ABAP)
Install SAP Web AS (Java)
XI Install
Support Pack Stack for ABAP & Java
Post install steps
XI Patches
What are the implications of applying ABAP & Java patches before XI install or before completing post install steps.

LV PDA 8.2 Need to install PNG support files if using Bitmaps?

Hello All:
I'm using 8-bit bitmaps in my LV PDA 8.2 Windows Mobile 5.0 app. I found out bitmaps will not load unless I install the PNG support files into my PDA. Is this a misnomer? Should the PNG install files be called Image install files?
The reason why I post this:
I have an app where the user will have to install my app and supporting files, install the LV SMS files and now have to install PNG support files even though I use bitmaps only. Well you get the idea, more installations means more chances of user errors. Is there a package installer that can bundle all of these installations(i.e. Install Shield for Windows Mobile)?
BTW; My 3Meg bitmap that used to take 1 and a half in minute to load in v 8.01 now takes about 30 seconds. This 3 fold increase makes my day.

Robert,
You shouldn't have to load the PNG support files if you are just using bitmaps. I just tried this on the Windows Mobile 5.0 emulator and it works fine with all types of bitmaps without the PNG support files. I think this is a valid test because when I tried to use a PNG image on the emulator I got an error when it was trying to load lpngce.dll (PNG support file). Is this the error that you get when trying to use a bitmap without the PNG support files?

Problem installing Classic Support on Tiger

I'm trying to install Classic support on my iBook. The install appears to complete. It says it did anyway.
When I double click on a classic app I get this error:
"The Operation could not be completed.
An unexpected error occurred (error code -1)."
There also seems to be no preference panel for Classic like there should be.
I'm thinking that the install actually did not complete but I can't figure out why.
I saw this in the install.log file when I tried installing it but I don't know if it is relevent:
"Package Authoring Error: Infinite loop between <choice> attributes and mixed state aborted."
I tried repairing permissions but it didn't appear to do anything.
Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure how I got the Googleupdater.exe file on my computer. I did download Microsoft Security Essentials to help find the JIT problem, but it failed to install properly and run. The next day I remembered it probably only runs on Internet Explorer (which we deleted in 2009) after testing out Firefox. I then also deleted Security Essentials.
I also downloaded on April 25th the free version of MS Visual Basics because I read on eHow that you can adjust settings in the 'TOOL' menu to stop JIT Debugging pop-ups. However, the free version was 'MS Visual Studio Basic 2008 Express Edition - SP1' which did NOT provide access to JIT Debugging settings (so it was not a solution).
I must say I switched Internet Security programs to AVAST! on TU | Apr26th and love it so far. Highly recommend looking into AVAST! ver 6.0 at CNET downloads - free. The anti-virus program is free, but everything else costs about $30US for a year. WORTH IT Love the options | settings | flexibility|user friendly windows.
Trend Micro was then deleted. It had always blocked usage of our internal CD|DVD drive. To use the CD|DVD drive we had to shut off Trend Micro and then turn it back on again after we finished using the CD|DVD drive. NOT a preference - for sure. Jaykay

The problem is the encryption and how your notebook handles it rather than a Time Capsule problem. I had similar problems until I updated the WLAN drivers on my IBM T41.
The way I convinced myself it wasn't an Apple problem was to connect my IBM T41, via ethernet, to my AEBSn. I was able to connect to internet so I knew it was a conflict between my wireless card and the AEBSn.
I am now using the WPA2 encryption for the AEBS without issue and connecting many different types of hardware; three iPod Touches, two MSI Wind Netbooks (Win XP SP3), one IBM T41 (Win XP SP2) wirelessly and both my 20" iMac and Dell 8250 Win XP (SP2) by ethernet
The MSI Winds are brand new and they would connect to the AEBSn but couldn't get an IP address from the internet (Limited or No Connectivity error message). The AEBSn was using WEP encryption. After doing a little research I found that WEP was a very common cause of this error message so I switched the AEBSn to WPA2 and everything works fine now.
Don't assume that because you can't connect via OPEN it isn't a encryption issue because my Winds wouldn't connect that way either...it wasn't until I changed to the WPA2 Personal that they connected.
You may also need to change the program that handles the WLAN connection, sometimes Windows handles it better but for the newest addition to our household, the MSI Winds, I am using the Realtek utility that matches the WLAN card and everything is hunky dory...
Finally sometimes firewalls will prevent getting the IP address...doesn't happen often but it has happened to me so I would double-check that by turning off the Windows Firewall and just verify that it isn't the firewall (that's never been a problem with my Apple AEBSn but it was a problem with an older Dlink g model).

Do you have your Satellite system configured in SMSY? Are you getting EWA reports generated under transaction DSWP for this satellite system in question? If so, then you are connected to SOLMAN. You can also do RFC testing via either transaction SMSY or SM59 or SDCCN within SOLMAN or the Satellite system.

Why can't I use the fafsa website after downloading Firefox 5.0? Do I have to now uninstall the Firefox 5.0 and install their supported browers instead?

It seems that fafsa does not support the Firefox 5.0 browser. I would need to uninstall the upgrade and install their supported browsers instead. I've encountered too many problems after installing Firefox and now I'm considering uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling Internet Explorer.
