Ré-installation de la CS3 ?

Bonjour,
Je possède la CS3 au bureau mais je ne peux plus utiliser l'ordinateur sur lequel elle se trouve. Je souhaite donc l'installer sur mon nouvel ordi (windows 8) mais n'y arrive pas.Ni avec le DVD (message d'erreur dû à Vista apparemment); ni en ligne d'autant que je ne peux pas faire le changement pour le mettre en français, il commence l'installation en espagnol et y revient toujours.Qu'est ce que je peux faire? Merci par avance.

No need to buy an optical drive and don't try transferring, it rarely works.
Download the installer from Download CS3 products
Install then enter your serial number to license it.

Installation error for CS3 Design Standard on iMac running Snow Leopard (10.6.8)

I had a fully functioning installation of CS3 on my iMac (Intel 2.16 MHz) and had a hard disc crash.
After replacing the hard disc, I reinstalled from my original discs, but get the following message:
"Licensing for this product has stopped working. You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help"
I uninstalled the program (and ran Adobe Cleaner for CS) ... then reinstalled. Same message.
I contacted Adobe installation support and was told that this is an old product and they cannot offer support. I find this response unsatisfying at the least.
I am baffled because these programs had been running very well prior to the crash ... and all other software came back.
I need this functionality, but cannot afford to upgrade at this time.

Facing Problems with the Installation of Dreamweaver CS3

Hello,
I am facing some problem while installing Dreamweaver CS3 ..
tried number of times but to no avail.. every time the same error
message pops up "You can only install one product at a time. Please
complete the other installation before attempting to install Adobe
Dreamweaver CS3"
I am pretty sure I am not installing any other Adobe product
in parallel. I already have Adobe Flash CS3 on my system and its
working pretty fine for me but I am not able to get around with
Dreamweaver. Please let me know what I need to do to run this
software on my system successfully.

Re-Installation issues for CS3

I deactivated first, then installed to a new desktop computer using Win 7. Everything works fine except I have 2 issues
1) The re-install did not install the proper information to allow anything to print to Adobe.
2) Periodically I get a reminder to register the software, but it will not let me.
I have this same software installed on my laptop, which also uses Win 7, and it works fine there   I need help to fix these issues

I am so sorry I wasn't more concise. Since I was in a Creative Suites forum, I just assumed everyone would know that "Print to Adobe" means turn any printable document into an Adobe PDF file.
InDesign CS3 contains several elements.   One of which is Adobe 8 Professional. Upon re-installing CS3 on a new Window 7 desktop, it appeared that the installation was completed correctly, as PhotoShop and InDesign would export and save to PDF files without a problem.
Then one day, I wanted to transform a Microsoft Word document to an Adobe Acrobat file. I usually do this by pulling down the file print menu, and then select as a printer, Adobe PDF instead of Brother MFC-8440 or HP Deskjet 9800. After doing so, it usually opens up a "dialog" box, where I then choose a name for my file and direct it to which folder to save it in. However, on this new desktop computer with Windows 7, it never opens up the dialog box for that process. It just kind of hangs up the program as it tries to figure out what to do. I do also have a laptop computer on which I installed this very same software in December 2009, and it works perfectly. It also runs on Windows 7.
For some reason, the new installation on my new desktop computer did not load the proper print drivers or install an "Adobe PDF Port". On my laptop it shows that this Print function is utilizing an "Adobe PDF port". Also when I am in the "Printer Ports" dialog, it shows that an "Adobe PDF Port" is one of the "type" choices when "adding a port". On the new desktop, I am only given the choice to add a "Local Port" or a "Standard TCP/IP Port". I am just a 65 year old insurance agent, and although I get around on my computer a bit, I cannot seem to find a solution for this.
I have tried "re-installing" and "repair", but it does not seem to fix it.

Installation of Adobe CS3 on Leopard

Hello,
when inserting my first dvd of adobe CS3 the computer fails to recognize it. When I copy the CS3 folder onto my computer and open the setup.exe file a window full of code opens and i can hardly understand that the first line says ' does not run on DOS' .
How can i make it work / force it to read the file and start up the installation?

BTW, since I don't know if your CS3 came in standard packaging, it is difficult to answer this question.
However, on my CS3, "mac" or "macintosh" is identified clearly in a few places...
1. On the colored cardboard box SLEEVE. Front, about 1/3 from the top.
2. There is a decal on the bottom of the product box that has a part number
3. on the plastic jewel box, on the back, there are two decals. One has an s/n the other a p/n and description.
4. On the disc itself, directly below the product name.
Again, this is on STANDARD CS3 packaging.

Installation error with CS3

After running the CS3 installer, a blank "installer alert" comes up and the disc ejects, leaving no way to know what the problem is.
You must uninstall Safari 3 Public Beta, then uninstall your Adobe CS3, then restart the install of CS3. This takes care of the problem.
You can find the Safari 3 Public Beta uninstaller inside the downloadable installer; after running this uninstaller you will still have Safari 2 installed on your system.

Does CS4 installation disable all CS3 software currently installed.

I am posting this topic on both mac and PC sides of the ID forum.
I am pursuing an upgrade to CS4 and a sales guy at Adobe told me that all my CS3 products won't work anymore once I install CS4. That sounds WAY off base to me, but I think he was trying to scare me into buying Master Collection.
Also, I have CS3 Master Collection. But I only need to upgrade to InDesign CS4. Is it true that I can't only upgrade just ONE product in a suite? (I know what Adobe is telling me, but I wanted to check with the end users who also have to personally fork out the big bucks for this software.) Thanks to any of you who can offer insight on this issue.

The CS4 installer doesn't touch the CS3 installation with one exception.
On the Windows side (not sure about Mac) it will uninstall and earlier
version of Acrobat.
Other than that you'll have two fully function applications.
And no...you cannot upgrade single suite applications. That's the deal
you made when you got a huge discount on the suite.

Installation problem PS CS3 under Win7

I have a new PC and I installed Win 7 professional 64bit clean. I wanted to install PS CS3 there, which I had installed on the old PC with Win XP. The files are destracted, then setup.exe was started, for a flash you see the setup-dialog, no reaction anymore.
I installed it from the DVD, the download-file, with a new user account, with the deactivated user control, delete the temp files. The log-files have no "Return value 3", "ERROR", "FATAL". It ends with
---END-Updating Media Sources - END ---
Logfile path changed to C:\Program Files(x86)\CommonFiles\Adobe\Installers\Adobe Photoshop CS4 10.0.log *
Do you have a tip?

Right click on the .exe file and run as Admin (The software installer must be ran as Admin). Also turn off any anti-virus running. If you have adobe reader installed remove it before trying to install Photoshop. Leave UAC on (that is not the problem).
If it still won't install download and run the CS3 Cleaner then try re-installing.

Windows 7 Professional 64bit: Installation of Indesign CS3 debug

Hi
I try to install Indesign CS3 Debug on a Windows 7 Professional 64bit pc. I extract the setup files and start setup.exe. A dialog is shown (with a progrss bar), but after a short time (2, 3 seconds), the application stops (crashs) without any message.
What can I do?
Can I install CS3 Debug on Windows 7?

Help with installation of Illustrator (CS3 on Windows Vista)

I downloaded Illustrator onto my laptop, but when I go and try and nstall it, it gives a message saying: installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed: internet explorer.
Please close the applications listed above and click 'try again' to continue the installation.
The thing is that I do close IE!! I've tried re-starting, pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL, but nothing works! I am seriously desperate. What is the problem and how do I go about fixing it? I need Illustrator installed.

I do not know your exact problem and I do not know if this is going to do the job but for what it is worth. Uninstall IE restart your computer then install AI. Then reinstall IE.
As I say I do not know if this would work but it might be worth a try.

Re installation of Indesign CS3

You might be right, but 99.9% of the time users are incorrect about the versions they've used and forgot that they had a newer version as well. The version numbering doesn't help the confusion (CS3 is version 5, and CS5 is version 7, for example). If you are basing the "same version" assertion on the icons, that's a red herring. With only CS3 installed, that's all the OS knows about and all files will appear to be CS3.

Installation Issue : Photoshop CS3 Extended

Hi,
I've previously installed Photoshop CS3 for windows xp on my pc through electronic delivery. My problem is when i try to install Photoshop CS3 extended on my pc (after uninstalling CS3 version) it install Photoshop CS3 only not the Extended one. Also there is no way to deactivate my product.

I have tried to install DW Cs3 on my wintel box, I have
removed DW8 from the system, cleaned any registry entries and
common files in c:\ common files folder, deleted any refs to dw 8
from docs settings applications etc etc etc before attempting an
install, it can install all the adobe crap i don't want to have on
my system, but can't choose not to install, but no dw components
install, i have tried this reinstall many times with no
firewall/virus checkers enabled every thing you could imagine I
have tried

happening?

I've had my own problems with CS3, but nothing like this. Are
you
installing from the DVD media? Try removing everyting and
then download the
trial and install that (it will be void of all the other
stuff you don't
want anyway). The Trial is actually the same as what comes on
the DVD. You
still need to provide your CD-Key to make it a full version.

Installation of Contribute CS3

I just downloaded Contribute CS3 but having problems loading
it on computer. Here's my problem. I have a an older Intel based
microprocessor that is not reconmmended (Celeron).
Is there anyone out there running this software with the
Celeron processor?
