I am getting trouble logging in to the facebook app on Nokia Ovi Social Network. But twitter is working fine.
1) First I click the Nokia Ovi Social Network from the menu of my Nokia N8 cell phone.
2) Then they ask to select social network. There are both Twitter & Facebook.
Note: The twitter account works fine.
3) When I click facebook, a new page comes up entitled "Login to Facebook" They provided a space to type in your respective email address & password.
Here is where the problem originates.
4) After signing in my correct email and password, a small window come up stating
"Incorrect userid or password. Try again. Tip: Password is case sensitive."
Note: both my email & password are correct. Ever since i purchased my cell phone this problem occured.
Can you please assist me?

Hello,
My HANA studio working fine before 2 days. But after installing one CISCO VPN client software on my PC ,I am not able to connect to our HANA box.
Sometime it gives License Key could not be installed(though we have valid license) and sometime Invalid user or password (though my collegues are able to login into system with same user id details from their machine).
I have already reinstalling the HANA studio but no luck. I am able to ping the HANA box as well.
Any hint will be much appreciable.

Thanks for your reply.
No, there is no mismatch between the HANA Studio and the HANA DB server. As both of them are in SPS3 (rev 21).
I asked my colleagues to reset my password and after that from my PC, studio->properties when I put my initial password it will ask to change the password ,i have entered my new password but once its over it shows me the message that the invalid user & password.

I am new to using databases and have just downloaded and installed oracle 11g XE to learn more about them, however, having started the database my problem is that I am unable to log in. I keep getting the message invalid user name/password
Can any one in the community solve this problem as I would love to learn more about databases, as I find it an interesting field.

Some time it happens when you run the clean-up scripts in Demantra.
Is it the same case with you?
In this case you need to once upgrade the data model and then open the component and see if there are units selected for that component. If there is't any, select some units from the available list.

Sorry to hear about this problem. What site are you trying to log in on? Is it a Mozilla site? Usually you don't need to register or sign in to a Mozilla site to use Firefox. Usually you can just go straight to where you want to go.

Auto-update: invalid user name / password

Hello,
I have changed out the CCO username and password for an IPS configured for auto-update but cannot get the IPS to correctly update its signature any longer. I have verified that the CCO login is correct and that it can download a signature file directly using a web browser interface. However, every attempt to get the IPS to update automatically results in the following error:

FYI - just to close my own issue.
The issue was resolved by using the cli to set the values and perform a one-time update. Once that was successful, all future signature updates have worked fine through the gui.

Does Nokia N9 work with Ovi Sync?

I had an old Nokia N8 and I sync all contacts and calander entries with Ovi sync (http://contactsui.ovi.com/). Does Nokia N9 work with Ovi Sync? I cannot find where it is in N9. Thanks for help!

I just tried it by doing in that way:
- Go to "Accounts"
- Choose your Nokia account.
- Enable "Schedule" and configure it according your personal need (Peak time intervall, Peak time, Peak days, Off-peak time intervall)
- For synching with Ovi Sync click on the Sync button in case you want to sync it manually.
I just tried it and can see an actual timestamp in Ovi Sync for my N9:
(Unfortunately in German language )

I have a PHP script that can create a user in eDirectory using the
ldap_add function. I can successfully add the user, but I don't know how
to set the password. How can I accomplish this with PHP? I know I can
use the ICE utility, but I would prefer not to. Can I do this with the

Cannot reset user vmail password with Cisco Unified CM Administration

We are using Cisco Unified CM Administration ver 7.1 with Cisco 7945 IP phones. I have a user who came to me saying that they could no longer access voice mail, getting invalid pin. Ichanged the pin with the Cisco Unified CM Administration which accepts the new pin no problem but when we try it from the phone it doesn't work. Any ideas... Thanks Don

Well, that's no good
There should be no correlation between resetting the user PIN
and the forwarding to voicemail.
Let's say that the user is @ DN/extension 5999.
In CUCM admin go to;
Device>Phone>Find List by Directory number> find 5999
on the DN config page look at the Call Forward sections (all, no answer, busy)
and make sure they are set to forward to VM (usually by using the VM checkbox)
If you need to, have a look at a working phone/DN for comparison

Are you talking of the login help (support -> reset password) mask? There it makes few sense to ask for the old password, as the use case for this is a user who has forgotten his password! Nevertheless, it's not much work for example to reduce the needed input to userID for example (it's a small change in the corresponding JSP and within one small Java class, which checks the input; just done some days ago for a customer).
On the other hand, if a user know his password, he can choose "Personalize" (he has to have the corresponding role (in fact means the Portal Personalization workset), and from within that one, he can create a new password - just also by providing his old one, exactly as you expect.

I have one situation to sync on-premises AD user and their password with Windows Azure AD. Following is the detailed scenario:
I have one parent Domain : parent.edu and other is child domain : child.parent.edu
I am moving Child domain users into office365. I am using Dir Sync with Password sync approach to achieve this. My dir Sync server belongs to parent domain. I have followed all guidelines step-by-step to sync user and Password with office365.
I am successfully able to sync Users to office365 but unable to sync on -premises passwords. When i am trying to run profiles event viewer is showing following error:

Not necessarily if your username is available in both Nokia account & Share on Ovi you can obviously create two identical username/password pairs. But you need to register separately to both of them.
I actually red from another forum (I think it was Symbian freak or guru)that Nokia has plans to merge the user databases. Let's hope for the best..

E5 won't sync with Ovi

A have problems with OVI sync. Sometimes it works sometimes not. The phone is connected with USB cable Windows 7 recognize connection, but nothing happen. Other functions work fine.
Any idea?

It's been a problem in the last two releases of Ovi. Sync doesn't work consistently (one time in 10-15 for me) in Windows 7
Problem is Ovi, because it affects my N97 and E5 exactly the same. PC detects the phone, but sync button just doesn't appear to even try to do anything
