Re-loading creative suite

Hello,
My mac and hard drive was ruined by tea, so I am now attempting to install creative suite again on my new mac. I have all papers and casing i think with my coupon code etc. However, I am confused where the serial number is? It was part of a student package if that is relevent. It was last year and I am at a loss as to how to go about it!

Loaded Creative Suite and now my Final Cut Express HD won't start up

Loaded Creative Suite on my iMAC 20" and now my Final Cut Express HD won't start up. It wants to load but i only see it for a few seconds then it disappears.
Is this a scratch disk problem or did CS do this.

to repair permissions close all open applications go - utilities - disk utility - select macintosh HD, then click 'repair permissions' - and wait. The shutdown and re-start.

also, is your software up to date? Run software update from the apple menu, repairing permissions before and after.
To log into a different account and try launching FCE from there go to system preferences - accounts - and add a new user. Log into the new account and try to launch fce.
Ideally, it will help you to use the search function in these forums which can point you in the right direction before needing to post a question which may have come up in discussion before.

Can you load Creative Suite software from your iMac to macbook air

Tried loading my Creative Suite software to my MacBook Air and says issue with serial numbers. 1 user, 2 computers...can you do that?

You should not be trying to transfer from one machine to another if that is what you are doing (your posting title makes it sound that way). Use installation files and make sure the serial numbers agree with what your Adobe account lists for it.
A single user license allows you to have two activated installations. As long as the two machines meet the system requirements for the software you should be able to install and activate on both.

Can you load Creative Suite 4 onto Windows 7?

Help!! I had to upgrade my computer and just noticed the box for Creative Suite 4 says the system requirements are Windows XP and Vista. I'm not in a postion to buy new software. Will it work if I try to load it?

Yes. Windows 7 did not exist when CS4 shipped.
CS4 will install and run OK on Windows 7.

Loading creative suite 4 on a windows 8 computer

I have adobe creative suite 4 and have obviously had it for several years. I am borrowing a computer while mine is in repair and tried to install and got a message that the installer is corrupt. Could this be because this computer is using windows 8?

no.
if using cd, copy the install files to a desktop director and install from that directory. otherwise, check the downloaded file sizes for corrupted downloads.

Problems loading creative suite cs5.5

I purchased creative suite cs5.5 in February 2012. It was installed on my macbook pro laptop. My laptops harddrive crashed. I got a new harddrive. I need to reinstall it. When I sign in to my adobe id I do not see the purchased. I have a copy of my credit card statement showing the purchase. Not sure what to do. Please help.

Creative Suite 5.5 loaded except Illustrator.

I just upgraded to a new MacBook Pro and attempted to load Creative Suite 5.5 from my installation CD. All the programs loaded except Illustrator. Any suggestions?

Reloading creative suite 5.5

My computer operation system has crashed. I have only had it for 6 months and have already loaded creative suite 5,5 into it after having it in another computer that was too slow. Now I'm wondering if after I have the operation system reloaded and all my programs reloaded will I have trouble with reloading creative suite 5.5 again?

No. Why do you think so? The only problem you may have is with your activations, but that can be resolved with talking to support by phone or web chat.

I downloaded my Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design standard, student and teacher licensing and it load ed. I am waiting for an email to finish up but I have not received it yet, I had the serial number entered in and everything should have been good to go.

I downloaded my Creative Suite 5.5 student teacher licensing software. I all loaded fine in my Mac but at the end of the download it gave me a message that I would need to check my e-mail for further steps in order to be able to use the software. You only need to use the serial number during installation.
Have you, at least seemingly, been able to install, and then you are unable to start up?
If that is the case, you could try to reinstall using the full three step way:
Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.

Installing Creative Suite 5.5 - Win 7 - Second Disk WONT LOAD!!

Have Win 7. Trying to install master creative suite 5. First disk does great up to 51%...then it asks for disk 2. It just repeats itself...asking for disk 2 forever. I used disk 2 to just load photoshop last week...worked OK. Put disk 1 back in as an attempt...rebooted and reinstalled as an attempt.
Whats UP? How can I load in Master Suite with 2 double layer disks?

I was opening Illustrator in CS4 design standard. Odd too, because the error comes up with it showing missing plugins from Photoshop. I opened Photoshop first, then Illustrator to see if it changed anything. Yes, One of the two error messages for a plugin was gone.
To remove apps I went to the Adobe website to redownload my standard CS4 and chose "uninstall".. So I did. Restarts x 2 . Then Reopening illustrator...same thing again. Restarted, then went to Disky Utlity and cleaned up something off of it as per a internet suggestion...Sorry, it's been a long day alreay. Not me removing anything, just allowing it to do that with repairing.
The version of Mac OS is YOSEMITE 10.10.2 .
I recently updated!!! oooh nooooo! (every watch Mr. Bill on SNL?) so if the updated OS is the culprit, do I have to go back to older version for my apps to work? I never realized how very much I use Illustrator. I know there are extensions I could go through one at a time....seriously I am overwhelmed with some life events that make this computer dilema almost too much of a challenge for me at this time..I am truly grateful for your help. I purchased adobe creative suite design premium as a student and was supposed to be able to download it onto one more computer if needed and now because my other laptop has crashed I still need to use the software on my new laptop. the files load and I get the read only files but it won't set up like the original installation. What kind of company doesn't have customer phone representative service on software we pay big money for?

Since you say you are having a problem with files not downloading properly, below is an alternate site where you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it. If you are not able to find your version, if you identify it then a more direct link might be available.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
