Thank you, I did get the EXTENDED loaded.
New issue now. This worked on my old laptop, just can't get it working now on new laptop.
OPEN an Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro EXTENDED PDF template.
Multimedia tab
3D Tool
Create a window for it
Select Capture 3D button
Open the AutoCAD 2008 Model space Window
Click the PRINT SCREEN key
Screen flashes
Back to PDF hit ok
A User Interactive 3D model shows up in the PDF template.
Done.
It seems as the Print screen key is not working.
I did notice a difference in the Extended-EDIT-Preferences-3D Capture- lists AutoCAD Application "path" with acad.exe on old laptop and senddmp.exe on new. ( I have not found a way to edit that to see it it would fix it)
Anything you can think of that I can do to get this working again?

The version of Acrobat bundled with CS4 was Acrobat 9 Pro. Acrobat 9 Pro Extended was sold as a standalone product.
If you already have Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, then untick the option to install Acrobat when installing CS4, and you can carry on using the standalone copy. Acrobat and CS4 don't actually talk to each other, so installing CS4 won't affect your install of Acrobat unless you force the CS4 install program to replace it.

Moving Creative Suite 4 to new laptop. New download has 9 Pro, old install had 9 Pro "EXTENDED". Don't remember if my boss bought the "extended" as an exrta. BUT, when I go to Adobe and downlaod the "Extended" version, it says I have a better program already installed. My old Mac Book is broken and no longer turns on. A couple of years ago I bought the Creative Suite from Apple and would like to transfer this to my new Mac Book. However, to make things more complicated I seem to have misplaced my disc. How do you suggest I can transfer the Creative Suite to my new Mac?

JessYou would not want to transfer it even if you could. Transferring doesn't work in most cases. You need to install using installation files. You can download those files (can only provide a general link since you didn't indicate the version)...

You will need your serial number to activate, which is normally on the disc case. If you registered the software when you originally installed it then you might be able to find it recorded in your Adobe account online in the My Products section. -
I moved Creative Suite 5 from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook Air and followed the instructions for deactivating on the old and activating on the new but only Photoshop and Illustrator will work. I need to also access InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Is there a way to fix this? Problem with the MacBook Air is that is doesn't have a disc drive so I had to transfer via external hard drive.
Cheers.The problem is that you need to install CS5 from an installation file or installation disc. You can't just copy files because there are lots of supplementary files that don't get put in the right location.
You'll need to use the Adobe Cleaner to remove all the stuff on your new computer:

when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC -

I have a PC windows. I have Adobe Creative Suite 3. I am going to buy a new Mac computer and want to install my Adobe Creative Suite to this new computer. I realise that I need to upgrade to do this. Howmuch will it cost me. Also I want to know if I can jsut upgrade the photoshop/illustrator and premiere software as aI dopn't use the rest, would this be cehaper to do and possible to do? YOu are long past any upgrade cycles and need to buy a new CS6 license at full price or sign up for Creative Cloud.

I've recently purchased a new computer. How do I migrate Creative Suite to the new machine?
I am a student who recently had to buy a new computer and would like to transfer my Adobe Creative Suite applications over to the new machine. When I did a general search I found the linc to the cloud discussion but was unable to find the option located in preferences for starting this process. Is this the correct procedure if I want the Creative Suite on the new machine? I'm a beginner at both the use of these applications, and the process of migrating data from an old machine to a new one and will probably have to call customer service, but I thought I'd try the forum first.

Canon Rebel UserIt is just a matter of installing the software on the new machine, nothing in the way of migration is necessary. Just repeat the same process you used for the old machine on the new machine. Since your license allows installation on two machines, you have the option of leaving it on the old machine.
If you prefer to you can deactivate the software on the old machine so that you still have the opportunity to install/activate the software on another machine if need be.
If you happen to require downloading the suite to the new machine you can do so using the site below to download the trial version and then use your serial number to activate it to full use. Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

The answer depends on which version of Creative Suite.
Either
install Windows on your Mac using Bootcamp or Parallels then install Creative Suite in the Windows Virtual Machine on your Mac.
Or, if you want to install natively on your Mac:
If CS6 then you can apply to Adobe for a platform swap
Order product | Platform, language swap
If CS5 then you must pay to upgrade from CS5 Win to CS6 Mac

If CS4 or earlier then you're out of luck. You'll have to buy a new copy of CS6 for Mac or pay to join the Cloud. -
I have purchased the last Creative Suite available on disk. It will load on my old Mac Book Pro. I just bought a new Mac Book Pro and just realized there is no place to put a disk. Is there any way to load the programs to my new computer?
Buy an external optical drive such as the Apple USB SuperDrive that is made specifically for that model.
Use the optical drive of your old MBP to clone the DVDs to USB flash drives, then install from the flash drives.
Connect both computers to your local network and then share the optical drive to install the software.
