I have 2 acrobat 9 serial numbers from prior purchases. Neither are accepted by the Pro 9 installer. Any fix for this?

Vbackus for information on how to locate your serial number please see Find your serial number quickly. I would also recommend reviewing Find a download link on Adobe.com which discussed how to locate a download link for your purchased software title. Please be aware that the download option will only be available if you purchased the software title from Adobe directly and choose the download option at the time of purchase.
If you obtained the software on CD or DVD then I would recommend copying the installation files to a USB drive on a computer which does contain an optical drive.

Adobe Standard 7.0 -- can I upgrade or need to repurchase?

A few years ago I purchased a ScanSnap scanner. LOVE IT! It came with Adobe Standard 7.0 The primary reason I "need" Adobe is to merge PDFs together when I do multiple scans. A few weeks ago I upgraded to a MacBook Pro. I downloaded the software for the ScanSnap, however after finding my old install CD for Adobe Standard 7.0 realized that it will not work as it is only for a Power PC ?
I looked into the upgrading options -- unless I know it will work, I don't have time at the moment to go from 7.0 to 7.0.1 to ... to ... and go to the highest upgrade hoping it works.
I am a 5th / 6th grade teacher -- so I see I can utilize an educator's discount, but $119 is my last resort if I have upgrade options!!!
Can someone please advise me?!?!?!

Good day Jen,
Unfortunately there's no way for you to get Acrobat 7.x installed on a newer, Intel-based Mac. I'd recommend that you look into purchasing Adobe Acrobat X Professional Student and Teacher Edition if you qualify as it's a less expensive option than upgrading from Acrobat 7.0 Standard to Acrobat X Standard.

Downloading Adobe Standard XI

The computer that I set up Adobe Standard XI crashed and I need to reinstall all my software on my new computer. I have a product key for adobe XI standard, but when I go to download XI standard I keep getting redirected to Adobe XI pro. Unfortaunately I do not have a key for XI pro but for standard so it is useless for me to download XI pro.

Have you checked your Adobe account online? There might be a link there for you to download.
You could also try the following direct download resource. You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Your MacBook Air is an Intel-based system. To download the current version (11.2.202.228), go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download it from there.
If there is still a Flash issue, you can try the Google Chrome browser, which has the current Flash built into it, to see if it works any differently with the videos. It's available from https://www.google.com/chrome

You don't need a CD to download anything; just download & install the trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements, then activate it with your serial number.

Adobe does not require a password to download the Flash installer. Generally speaking passwords are not required to download software, unless you must register with the website so as to log in. In that case you should never use the same name and password you use to administer your Mac.

I need a table of the different features for Adobe Standard 9, 10 and 11 so that can advise my client which version can be packaed and deployed via SCCM. A detailed list of features for each version would be most useful.

Made Payment for Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, Can't download or get serial!

I just ordered the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard from the Adobe India Webstore.

The Payment has gone through and I have a order number. But I am not able to find the download option and the serial number for the software.
I have not received any email from Adobe after the payment and it's not showing up in My recent orders or My order history.
I contacted the email given on the payment support page ([email protected]) with the order details but it's bouncing back.
So I called the Adobe Customer Service at 0124-4003810 and 000-800-440-1751 and it's saying they they don't support CS6!
Can anyone from Adobe please help?
