I'm having the same problem. I have to purchase as guest because of it. I also don't get the receipt emails when I use guest. This account is from a junk email I use. Please pm me for other account.

Purchasing online should be a relatively easy process, so I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t receiving the verification emails necessary to use your online account.  While we do have a guest checkout option, I understand why this feature would be frustrating for someone with an account, so I do want to try and help relieve the stress this undoubtedly caused.

    I also tried the "forgot apple ID" option to change it that way, i received an email but it was for resetting my password.

    I'm trying to place an order and needing to change my address, but in order to do this I have to enter in a verification code that should be emailed to me.  I have tried to do this the last few days, however, I'm not receiving the verification emails.  This has been attempted from several computers and my mobile device.  Each has had the browser temp files, cache cleared, and reset, but nothing is working to generate these emails.  What else can be done?

    Not being able to access your account would certainly make placing an order difficult, so I can imagine how anxious you must feel to find a resolution.
    I've had the chance to look into this situation, but wasn't able to identify any reasons why you wouldn't receive account-related messages. I've reset your BestBuy.com account's password to see if this resolves the issue, so please make sure to keep an eye on both your inbox and junk mail folders for additional communication. Gmail users should also monitor their Promotions tab/folder if they have this option enabled -- messages from retailers may sometimes end up in this area, effectively bypassing the primary inbox.

    Hi,
    I am trying to enable BrowserLab.
    Despite entering my Adobe ID many times I have received no verification email.
    I have checked my Junk email, Deleted email and Spam directories, no mail from Adobe (I dunno; I have requested verification maybe 8 times!)
    Any ideas?

    Check your spam folder (Bulk Folder).  All Adobe e-mails are going into that folder for some reasons that I have never been able to fathom!!!!!

    I'm trying to create a log in for dps but every time I log in I get the message below. I hit resend email but no email turns up (nothing in spam folder either) Yet I can sign in to folio builder panel in InDesign with no problem.
