Official solution for unlocking for an old iPhone 3GS

Last summer, I purchased an iPhone 3GS together with a 2-year contract with Swisscom, one of the mobile telephone operators in Switzerland. A few weeks ago, my phone was stolen while I was on a trip. I contacted Swisscom and informed them that the phone had been stolen. They deactivated the old SIM card, and sent me a replacement SIM card. I reported the theft to the police too. My understanding is that the IMEI number of my old iPhone will be added to a blacklist so that it cannot be used on any mobile telephone networks anymore.
My father, who lives in Texas, recently upgraded from an iPhone 3GS to an iPhone 4. He extended his original contract with AT&T and simply moved his number over to the new phone. Because he no longer had a need for his old iPhone 3GS, he agreed to send it to me. At my suggestion, he went first to the Apple Store in Austin and requested that they unlock the phone. The folks at the Apple Store informed him that they could not unlock it. They suggested that Apple or the mobile carrier in Switzerland could unlock the phone.
My father shipped his old iPhone 3GS to me, and I received it yesterday. This morning, I went to the Apple Store in Zürich and asked if they could unlock the phone so that I could use it with my Swisscom SIM card—the one Swisscom sent me to replace the one in my stolen iPhone. They told me that they could not do this, and that only the original carrier, AT&T could unlock the phone.
What is the official solution for unlocking an old iPhone 3GS?

Re-using old products to extend their useable lifetimes is one of the most effective ways of reducing the impact we have on the environment. When my phone was stolen, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to put this philosophy into action, using my dad’s old phone to use instead of just throwing it away, or leaving it on a shelf to be discarded later.
I think it would be a shame if there were no officially sanctioned way to put an old device to good use.

Currently I cannot find anything official on enterprise app distribution - only third party information. Has something changed, or is this a documentation glitch? Surely wireless OTA enterprise app distribution is still available via the enterprise developer program?
Note: We currently use this for one of our enterprise clients. But before recommending other clients to join the enterprise developer program, we would like an official citation on whether this mechanism still exists.

I had reveived a payment from Customer for the sales invoice. N i want to issue a receipt for the amount.
But in the corresporndance i cannot see any official receipt.
In standard correspondance i see some official receipts for Phillipines and Japan
but when i try to activate then i cant fint the report for that correspondance
like RFKORD00 for SAP01
can any one tell the solution for the Incoming payment official receipt in correespondances

I was able to solve my problem by modifying the solution
offered in
this
technote.
The technote identifies a permissions problem with the
components directory of non-Safari browsers. In my case the
permissions problem appears to have been in the main
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins directory. What tipped me off to the
solution was the fact that after manually removing Flash
Player.plugin and flashplayer.xpt from the /Library/Internet
Plug-Ins directory, subsequent attempts to install Flash Player
resulted in the "Creating file: 1008:5, -5000 Access Denied Error"
I remembered seeing in the technote. Before removing these files,
the installer would just fail silently, perhaps because it saw
files it was going to install already living in the right place,
and furthermore had no permissions to alter the directory.
In any case, by making the permissions change recommended in
the technote to the /Library/Internet Plug-Ins directory, I was
able to install the plug-in, which gave me back access to Flash
content in all my browsers.
Hope this is helpful to someone else...

Hey folks, how you doing? My name is Chris, 26 from Glasgow. I was a very keen gamer at a young age, heavily into my Sega mega Drive and Super Nintendo, i then didnt play much until Sega Dreamcast where I became obsessed with the likes of Shenmue, Jet Set Radio, Skies of Arcadia, i then followed up with a Playstation 2 where I played Final Fantasy 10, Tomb Raider, Reisdent Evil, I also had a Nintendo Gamecube and liked the platformers like Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda, Sonic, Super Monkey Ball, I then drifted off gaming for some reason, mainly lifestyle was more interested in going out being a student etc. I have been hooked back in as I got a Playstation 3 for Christmas, very late I know 7 years oops oh well Im hoping to get a good 2/3 years off this as I have such a back catalouge to play with and PS4 probs wont get going for a year or so and I wont pay launch prices. I have an ecletic taste but I prefer action/adventure, rpgs, platformers a little kiddish I know but its a lot of fun, I prefer more problem solving games but do like instant fix racing games. My PS3 collection (games i got for xmas) is Uncharted 3 (my fave, completed it already but will go back to get Trophys, will be checking out the other 2, love a good story) Final Fantasy 13 i think? Only played an hour of that but might do some of that tonight. Sonic Generations which is what I would say I play when I dont want something too hard, Gran Turismo which is really fun but I know nothing about cars so I only find it semi interesting, Resident Evil 6 which I have played an hour or so off, its still to grip me, I was a huge fan of Code veronica on Dreamcast and Res 4 on Gamecube but this isnt as good for me...yet. And the Tomb Raider trilogy which I love, but I still prefer the original games by Core Design. So please add me folks as I have no online friends, i will be getting more into the online RPG thing in the near future, people have recommended Skyrim to me if you can think of any I would like please give me a shout. Iphone is carrier locked to the provider in the country in which it is purchased.
You can get an official iphone when it is released in your country.

Official complain for misinformation and rudeness

On September 12th I was told I cannot upgrade then when I asked to end my contract they said I can upgrade to iPhone c and I still asked to end the contract and now they said I can upgrade to any phone I want.I ordered 2 iPhone 6 on the edge plan then and an upgrade to 10 gigabyte data plan, one order was canceled and they didn't know why ( I ended up buying one phone from the sore) and the upgrade wasn't put in the system and I was told you will see it later. I notify the agent on the phone with the data plan upgrade and she replies I'm making a note of it and it will kick in your account. I get the bill with no upgrade and overcharge for the data. Another thing, I see a weird tax amount on the bill for one of the phones I bought. The store says this is a mistake and you should call about it to correct it as we cannot do anything regarding this at the store, I call and the agent on the phone confirms it is a bill mistake and it will be removed within a week so don't pay your bill now and wait, and we will credit your account with 30 dollar for the overcharge for the next bill. Later, nothing changed and they credit the account with 15 dollar not 30. I call for the third time and the agent and her supervisor says that there are no bill mistakes, and they threaten me that If I tried to bring this to the billing department to investigate it they will charge you more for the taxes on the other phone and I'm better off not complaining and I'm getting away with more money now.
This level of customer service at the store and on the phone represent the ultimate fail, ignorance and rudeness from the employees. I need to file an official complain for the misinformation I was told TWICE and I need a confirmation for that, I cannot take someone's word for it as the agent on the phone said because as you can see I've been in a mess for taking agents words during the past month.

How to find official firmware for lenovo s920?

I was buy Lenovo s920 (smartphone) in China...
Here was just 2 Сhinese languages and English. The seller was made custom firmware with russian language support and now I can not to update official updates.
I have a two questions:
1. Where can I find the official android os ( firmware ) for lenovo s 920?
2. whether the Russian language in the official firmware for my lenovo s 920?

I don't think Lenovo cares to release an update, or respond to inquiries on their forum,

Photoshop has detected graphics hardware that is not officially supported for 3d

From what I've read I thought 512 MB or vRAM would work with 3d. It used to anyhow. I get the pop up that says it's not officially supported for 3d, and has temporarily disabled 3d functionality.
I've tried setting the prefences under graphics processor settings to Basic, Normal, and Adavanced with no luck getting the 3d to work again. It was working fine before the last update to 13.1

I can get into the 3d pref area, but not the pull down menu area at all. It's grey'd out now that I did the update.
I just find it weird that the card is on the approved list, and meets the requirments and used to work. But yeah this mac is a few years old at this point. I'm just hoping that someone at Adobe reads this and can shed some light. I'm hoping maybe there's a button I need to click on, or something cheaper then buying an entire new computer when I really don't think I need to. Photoshop has really bloated up!

Hello Rob,
There are two options when processing the Standard Form SF-182 (Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training):
Option 1: Manual routing (off-line) of the Standard Form SF-182 for approvals. After off-line approvals have been obtained, the Course Funding is obligated and Course Maintenance can be performed within SAP. Completed course training is manually uploaded into the Training System of Record (3rd Party System).
Option 2: Create custom workflow to incorporate and store the Standard Form SF-182 approvals in SAP with integration with SAP MM Module for PR/PO funding commitment/obligation. Course Maintenance can be performed within SAP. Create custom Outbound Training Interface to transfer completed training into the Training System of Record (3rd Party System).
The real requirement is to get the completed training into the Training System of Record which both Options above will satisfy.

10.2.1 Official Update for the BlackBerry z30

Hello, First off...I have a BlackBerry z30 which I had to purchase unlocked to run on the T-Mobile netwrk because I really wanted the z30 and T-Mobile is not carrying the z30 online or in retail stoes. Now I am running the 10.2.1.1055 leak and it runs decent but I know at some time T-Mobile will release the OTA official release of 10.2.1 for the z10, but since they do not carry or support the z30, what would be my options for installing the official 10.2.1 version on my phone. I do want to at some point run the official stable version of 10,2.1 on my phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
