  • Print out of RFQ with One Time Vendor

    My customer wants print out of RFQs with one time vendor.
    As per my understandings as like other vendors this one time vendor data is not stored in any table.This data is in table ADRC. And for one time vendor no master data is there.I can see this one time address in particular RFQ.
    Now, my customer wants this one time vendor address to be printed in all RFQs.
    Is any body come across this scenario ever ?Please guide my it is urgent.
    With Best Regards,

    Hi,
    The vedor(OTV or Regular vendor) will be decided after the price comparision only.
    Once the OTV (account group:CPD/CPDL) is finalised as the final vendor for procurement create a new vendor master record (With A/c group:0001) and maintain Inforecord and source list and create PO.
    Maintain all the conditions in the Inforecord from the quotations (you have the update info option from price comparision itself)

  • Utilize existing RFQ

    Hi,
    Can you please help me with the following issue?
    An RFQ was created based on a purchase requisition. Later on sales people decided to reject the sales order line and thereby delete the purchase requisition. They created a new sales order line in the same sales order with the same material because they had to change the item category.
    How can I utilize the existing RFQ?
    Is there any way of assigning the existing RFQ to the new purchase requisition and thereby being able to create a purchase order based on the RFQ?
    Thanks,
    Sincerely,
    Ketan

    Hi,
    How can I refer to both PR and RFQ at the time of creation of the PO?

  • Open & print an existing HTML report

    I want to open a previously created, saved & closed HTML report for printing.  I don't see any thing in the Report Generation vi group for opening existing reports and wasn't sure how to go about it (if at all possible) using the standard file open options to get to a report.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

    Hello,
    To print and view an HTML report you have already saved to disk, just create a new report, and use the "Append User Formatted HTML to Report.vi" to append the entire HTML content of the report to a new report.  Then use the "Print Report.vi" and "Open HTML Report in Browser.vi" to print and view it.  This is the easiest way I can think of...here is a screenshot showing what I mean:
    Hope this helps,

  • WRT54GC config to connect a wired-printer on existing wireless network

    Hello everyone,
    I hope someone can help me with the following issue :
    - I have an existing wireless network at home, set up with a wireless router/dsl connection
    - I now have been given a wired-printer, and I'd like to connect my printer to the existing wireless network, using a WRT54GC device.
    I have been trying for a while, and I believe but can't manage to configure the device do this, and didn't find this in the forum yet.
    As anyone already done this successfully ?
    Thank you

    What is the make and model of your printer?  What type of connections does it have -- ethernet port?   USB port?  Parallel port?
    If your printer has an ethernet port, you can wire it directly to your router.
    If your printer has only a USB port, you will need a printer server such as the Linksys WPS54G, WPSM54G.    These devices will allow you to use the printer as a wired or wireless printer.  Both of these devices support USB 1.1 and USB 2.0
    I do not recommend the Linksys PSUS4 (wired print server with 4 port switch), because it only supports USB 1.1

  • Printing an existing PDF file

    I have been looking around everywhere to find a solution to this problem but just can't find anything. I am generating PDFs using iText. Once I have the file created I simply want to print it, which is apparently impossible without buying a 3rd party library.
    Has anyone found a way to take an existing pdf file and send it to a specific printer.
    To make it very clear (as in most other threads people don't seem to understand what the asker is actually saying)
    I have a file (C:\a.pdf)
    My default printer is called "abc"
    I have a 2nd printer called "xyz"
    I want to print C:\a.pdf to printer "xyz".
    Currently I am printing via acrobat but it's crap. It refuses to close after printing which is the main problem and I don't want to look up the processes and kill it as this is nasty.
    Surely someone, somewhere, has found out a way to say "print this file" from java! I don't care if it is a lot of code. I don't mind using an external library. It must work on windows, linux and crapple macs otherwise I'd just use FoxIt instead of acrobat.
    I have experimented with MANY different methods. The one found here (http://juixe.com/techknow/index.php/2008/01/17/print-a-pdf-document-in-java/) seems to be the best, however, the first page in a PDF seems to print portrait regardless of whether or not it's portrait. All following pages are then landscape. It was almost an amazing solution! If anyone has any ideas on that it would be much appreciated

    Hi
    I found jpedal on my searches but it's not an option due to the cost. Seems expensive considering all I want to do it send an existing PDF to a printer :S I really don't understand how it's so difficult to be honest. PDFRenderer on the dev.java.net site looks really promising but has a few issues. It doesn't seem to be active any more though which is disappointing.
    I think I have solved the problems I was having with it. I will post here after I have done some testing to say exactly what I have done

  • Newly added printer affects existing printer drivers on the server

    I did not find anything related to this topic so I thought I post on the forums:
    we are running a W2K03 x32 merely as a printer server. On the server are various queues for HP Printers e.g. modell 4050tn, 4100tn, 5100tn, 4014N,4015PX.
    Now everytime we are going to add a new modell, e.g. a 3005DN recently, after driver installation (of course downloaded the most recent ones from the HP website) all existing printer queues show "Driver upgrade needed" on the client PCs.
    Can this be avoided somehow?
    Thank you and kind regards,
    Peter

    Hi,
    We can add drivers for client computers running 32-bit or 64-bit versions of Windows.
    To add client printer drivers to the print server
    ==================================
    1. Open Print Management.
    2. In the left pane, click Print Servers, click the applicable print server, and then click Printers.
    3. In the center pane, right-click the printer to which you want to add additional printer drivers, and then click Manage Sharing.
    4. Click Additional Drivers. The Additional Drivers dialog box appears.
    5. Select the check box of the processor architecture for which you want to add drivers.
    For example, if the print server is running an x64-based edition of Windows, select the x86 check box to install 32-bit version printer drivers for client computers running 32-bit versions of Windows.
    6. If the print server does not already have the appropriate printer drivers in its driver store, Windows prompts you for the location of the driver files. Download and extract the appropriate driver files, and then in the dialog box that appears, specify
    the path to the .inf file of the driver.
    Note: You might not be able to extract some printer drivers without installing them. If this is the case, log on to a client computer that uses the same processor architecture as the printer drivers that you want to add to the print server, and install those
    printer drivers. Then use Print Management from the client computer to connect to the print server, and add the additional drivers from the Additional Drivers dialog box. Windows automatically uploads the drivers from the client computer to the print server.

  • How do I check that a printer tray exists before using srw.set_printer_tray

    Due to printer firmware issues I cannot know in advance whether the printer's tray number has a space in front of it.
    Ex: '2' vs. ' 2'
    I have introduced this code to production, but if the tray value passed in does not exist, then an error is thrown when setting the printer tray.
    If I cannot determine this in advance, then I would like the code not to fail and simply skip the assignment. The printer tray selection is only a convenience to the end user. This is important becasue I have hundreds of printers to which a report may be printed.
    function BetweenPage return boolean is
    begin
    IF :PLABLE_TRAY IS NOT NULL AND :PLABLE_TRAY <> '' THEN
         srw.set_printer_tray(:PLABLE_TRAY);
    return (TRUE);
    END IF;
    return (TRUE);
    end;
    Thx in advance,
    Gary

    Again, that makes no sense.  Part of the command over the bus is the address.  So if you know all of your instruments' addresses, you just supply that when you iteract with that instrument.  There is no reason to constantly open and close your bus.
    The problem with checking to see if data is available is that you have to send a querry to the instrument.  You are the master of the bus.  Nobody else can send data without you letting them.  So you have to keep you bus open and send querries to check to see if the oscilloscope is ready to send data.

  • Email/print in status "Not processed" when RFQ is published

    Hello,
    We are running SRM 5.0.
    We have set up the event schema for BUS2200 (RFQ) to react on events: PUBLISHED, PUBLISHED_AGAIN etc. And assigned the event schema to RFQ's transaction types, eg BID.
    However, when an RFQ is published, the email is not sent to vendor (whose default medium is MAI) or printed on vendor's default printer (if the medium is set to PRN). The output log under bidder/bids tab shows something like :
    Status: Not processed
    Medium: Print
    When I clicked on the action button "Output pushbutton", the status would be changed to "Successful" and the email would be sent or the print job would be printed then.
    I have checked the PPTTRIGG table and all the entries in there are of DISPATCH = 1 or 4. Not 3, which seems to indicate an "immediate processing".
    My question is how I would configure the system so that the email/print when the RFQ is published could be processed immediately.
    Thanks.

    Hello Masa,
    I realized it as well. I was then a little puzzled why SRM didn't allow "immediate processing" for the "processing time" parameter in the action definition. Do you know if there is a particular reason for that?
    Thanks,

    I'm looking for a solution to print existing PDF-Files (external Directory) via SAP-Spool, in order to create a set of documents in correct succession, where some of them are created within SAP and others beeing created externally (PDF-Files).
