Re Read insp Plan

Dear All,
there is an insp plan. and a lot is created automatically with that insp plan and lot status is REL.
Now i have changed that insp plan i.e, added two more MICs in that plan.  How can i re read that insp plan to the lot. is it possible.
Lot should be updated with the ammended insp plan

Dear Siva
You can attach the new specification, if there has been no result recording or any activity confirmation done for the lot. Here is the steps for assigning the inspection plan again
1) Go to QA02 >Input the lot number
2) Menu > INspection lot > Reset Sample
3) Enter & Save
4) QA02
5) Inspection specification > Assign task list by click on Task/ specification
6) Go to Sample, do the SAmple calculation
7) Save
8) Check whehter lot status is Rel

  • User Exit QAAT0001 to select insp. plan based on movement type during stock

    Hello,
I am have a scenario mentioned in subjectline and would be thankful if somebody can share some detail about it.
I created one more Inspection type Z1 apart from 08. Assigned it to insp. origin 08 as variant 03.
Created Z1 usage that i am using in my inspection plan. Assigned 08 and Z1 inspection types in material master and two insp. plans with usage 08 and Z1.
Now wanted to use user exit QAAT0001to select insp. plan. It would be a greatr help to me if somebody let me know the steps I am doing are correct and what could be the ABAP CODE for that Exit.
    Thanks in anticipation

    Hi,
use EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002 under importing parameters ...unser I_TQ32 ...check the values....
and try to modify E_NO_INSPECTION under exporting parameters .
    Thanks,

  • Read Only/ Plan Mode Changes for a layout with two different queries

    Hi,
I have a situvation where a layout opens in a read only mode and when
the users click on button plan, it changes to plan mode. The catch here however is the queries
for read mode and plan mode are slightly different, in the read only mode the query has subtotals
and other calculations that are not a part of the plan mode ( where they input forecasts).
I know if the read and plan query are the same, we can achieve this through the command
SET_DATA_ENTRY_MODE. In case they are different, as above, how can i achieve this.
    Thanks
    Rashmi.

Say you are using two different queries as DP1 & DP2 for Display and Plan mode respectively. You also have one Analysis grid item in Web template which initially points to DP1.
On PLAN button call command SET_ITEM_PARAMETER to set the data provider of analysis item to DP2.
    OR
You have only one dataprovider in your web template as DP1 initially pointing to Query 1 which you want to show in Display mode. Then on PLAN button call a command SET_DATA_PROVIDER_PARAMETERS to point the DP1 to 2nd query instead of 1st query.  You can find this command under Commands for data Provider --> Basic data provider commands.

  • Error QP 146 : Inspection Characteristic used several times in Insp Plan

    Hi Experts,
I am getting error message while saving Insp plan which uses same qualitative master inspection characteristics more than twice.
I observed that, it doesnt happen for certain inspections characteristics used mulitple times, but for some it does.
There is no difference between the control indicator of both. I have been debugging to find the reason and have not got any success.
I know that there is an unanswered post already on the same topic. Still posting this in search of luck
    Can anybody help ?
    Thanks,
    Nandi

Yes.. if you are loading via a BDC I have heard other people complain about the issue.  It is only a "hard" error when running via  BDC.
To the best of my knowledge there is no work around for this with regard to the MIC's.  It always has been a warning and there is no way to get rid of the warning.  As I said, it has been a pain in the @ss for me over the years.
As far as the BDC I suggest  you post this in an ABAP forum and see if there is a way to progammatically trap for this error and recover from it.  SAP does provide their own program for loading inspection plans.  I don't know if you have looked at this or not.  I don't know if their program allows for this type of situation or not.  Most places have opt'ed to write their own ABAP for loading since the one SAP provides can be somewhat tedious and frustrating to get running and to set up the files for.

  • Insp.plan(very urgent)

    hi experts,
plz give reply for this thread it  is  very urgent
    My scenario:
I am using 02 insp type.initially i want to post the material (w/o purchase order).
I want to inspect the material(ROH) while issuing the production.for this what type of settings to do.in which stock type i have to post the roh.
i  have created  insp.plan with 06  type for ROH.insp lots  are forming but without results recording and       ud i am able              to  do everything to that prodn.order.i need it should restrict .
    regards.
plz clarify this i will reward u and close this thread

    Hi Prasad,
I think you`ve done all the things needed. But one thing you need to remember is that 02 inspection is non-stock relevent similar to in-process inspection. It means you can do record results  and take ud, but you cannot do any stock posting. Hope you got it cleared.

  • Inspn Lot picking Routing & not Insp Plan

    Fellas,
I'm doing in-process Insp on my matl. For an Insp lot created for a Prdn Order, the system is picking up the routing (task list type N) even when there is a valid Insp plan avlbl for that matl. Further, on "change" insp lot, the Task list button has been disabled, i.e cannot manually select a diff task list (insp plan) either..
I'm new @ QM, pls help me with ur expert opinions
    cheers

    Dear,
    1. First check for ur material type, task list type is assigned or not. Go SPRO - QM -Quality Planning - Inspection Planning - General -Assign task list types to material types.
    2. Check the validity dates of ur inspection plan.
    3. In routing characteristics overview you have button on application tool bar to make consistency check. Check the same.
    4. If you still have the problem delete the old routing and create new one with inspection plan with correct validity dates and check.

  • Reading manual planning function header data in exit function

    Hello all,
I would like to know if is there a chance to read header data of a planning function. The planning function is determined by user selection (user choose which value will be in ) and in exit function I then modify the buffer by data which I get by calling RFC on another system.
My problem is that buffer contain all the planning data for whole planning area (it seems) so there is many unnecessary call. How can I get in exit function value specified by user at start of a planning session?
    Thank you for your help

    Hi,
There's some issue the planning funciton will only read the data specified by the users (variable values).
    Check the configuraiton once again.
    thanks

  • Reading explain plan

    Hi
I need some help with explain plan...tried some documents but didnt get the clarity...here is the query...
    explain plan for
    select ename,dname,grade
    from emp,dept,salgrade

    and emp.sal between salgrade.losal and salgrade.hisal;
and here is the explain plan for this query..

    [i suppose it will remove all the spaces....so sorry .... :-( ]
now i have some questions regarding this like...
    1. wat does these * mean with 4 and 6
    2. how we come to know that which part got executed first and others after that.....as we draw a tree to represent all the steps....
    3. wat is this Predicate Information
    4. wat info is given at the last titled "Execution Plan"
    please help
    thanks
    Sidhu

    Sidhu,
    1. wat does these * mean with 4 and 6It means that predicates are applied during this step. You'll see that there is a 4 and a 6 in the predicate informatiion, to specify the actual predicates being applied. The star is to indicate the presence of a predicate.
    2. how we come to know that which part got executed
first and others after that.....as we draw a tree to
represent all the steps....This example is taken from an AskTom thread. In this thread he described in great detail how such a tree should be read. I cannot do it better.
    3. wat is this Predicate InformationThe filters that are applied to restrict the result set.
    4. wat info is given at the last titled "Execution
Plan"You were probably autotracing the 'select * from table(dbms_xplan.display)' itself. So this section is not relevant.

    Rob.

  • Read Invoice Plan data in BADI impl "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST" during PO creation

    Hello All,
We had implemented BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST", during the check & post methods I require to fetch the invoicing plan data for calculating the total value of purchase order. Because invoice plan is splitted just like an instalment for a period and the line item in PO is showing only one instalment, where as the ordered value of PO is the total of all instalments.
Invoice Plan data will be stored in FPLT table and the FPLNR can be fetched from EKPO.
Can any one tell me how to read the invoice plan data during the PO creation? Is there an interface & method for reading it?
    Regards,
    Ramesh
Edited by: Ramesh Babu Srikakollu on Apr 18, 2011 7:37 AM

    Hello All,
I, myself found the solution for reading the Invoice Plan data of a Purchase Order during the creation/change. i.e. the runtime data for calculation.
    Here is the solution:
Call this function module in the BADI implementation for the method CHECK or POST using the FPLNR (Invoice Plan Number), this returns the run time data of the invoice plan details during creation or change of a PO.
data lt_fplt type table of fplt.
          CALL FUNCTION 'ML_INVOICING_SCHEDULE_READ'
            EXPORTING
              fplnr_imp = ls_opp_ekpo-fplnr
            TABLES
              xfplt     = lt_fplt.

  • QM : First inspection lot - inspection plan, other inspection lot another insp. plan

    Hello.
Is it possible with standard SAP  when it is create the first inspectio lot for material/vendor  ( origin 01) that it takes an inspection plan, and for the next inspection lot that will be created for the same material/vendor ( origin 01) that system takes from another inspection plan ????
Or have i to user a badi/user-exit?? which?
    Regards.
    Antonio

    Dear Antonio,
    Try this
    1. In material master do not set the auto release indicator for 01 inspection type
    2. Make inspection plant for material with group counter 2
    3. Now you have two different inspection plans with group counter1 &2
    4. Do the GR for same material for two times
    5. Two inspection lots will be generated
    6. Assign inspection plan manually for first inspection lot with first group counter
    7. Assign inspection plan manually for first inspection lot with second group counter
Please let me know is it working or not

  • Does exist a way to read data from IP planning cube with ABAP?

    Hello All.
    My scenario is as follows:
I have an ODS where we store costcenters to be planned. This ODS is loaded via a manual falt file load (regular dta transfer process).  In order to avoid inconsisten data in the planning cube, I want to check in my ODS load process, if any costcenter which is already planned (it has planned data in my planning cube) is being deleted in the loaded file.
To do this, I need to access my planning data cube ( i guess also planning buffer), so my question is if there is any function module which retrieves data from a planning level as reference data.
Thanks a lot and best regards,
    Alfonso.

    Hi Alfonso,
note 1101726 shows how the plan buffer can be read.
         l_r_plan_buffer = cl_rsplfa_plan_buffer=>if_rsplfa_plan_buffer~get_instance( i_infoprov ).
         l_r_plan_buffer->get_data( EXPORTING i_t_charsel = l_t_charsel
                                              i_include_zero_records = rc_false
                                              i_r_msg = l_r_msg
                                    IMPORTING e_r_th_data  =  l_r_th_data
                                    EXCEPTIONS OTHERS  = 2 ).
Please take a look at the note. You do not need to implement the after_burn_selection exit, but you can find sample code how to read the planning buffer. Please give it a try.
Another solution would be to use the function module RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ. But you need to make shure that you first close the yellow request. This can be done using function module RSAPO_SWITCH_BATCH_TO_TRANS.
    Hope this helps
