First of all: There is no support from SAP about "internal" reporting within IS Retail anymore.
Meaning: You are using the RIS (Retail information system) INSTEAD/or in parallel - of BW!!!
Just to make sure - Important!
Now, your question is not defined: Sites? Yes, and what do you want to do? All reports are basically running on a subset or all sites of your company!
It is a basic selection criteria within the entry field of each report - each report! In RIS or BW.
Now, I do not have a lot of time today - but I do have a document I can send you explaining the RIS (technical) not this marketing bla bla. It will explain to you what you can to etc and what you have to do. -THAT is: STANDARD delivery by SAP!!!
If you want to modify stuff - NO Help from our side!!! YOU UNDERSTAND, right?
But again - making sure - RIS, right? not BW?!
I will upload the document to the service marketplace tonight or tomorrow. So I will enhance this message later with a link to several documents.

No of course not
You get access to everything in Trial, as soon as you upgrade features are not availible in those plans. You can upgrade to the plan you need the features for of course but you can not upgrade and expext to have the features for it.

Create a site utilization report for SharePoint Site with these conditions

How do we create a site utilization report for a SharePoint 2007 site. I want to include the following conditions in the report
a) The list of users who are accessing the site
b) The list of users who have not accessed the site ( Can we do some filtration based on some conditions )
c) When was the last date the user has accessed the site

Sorry for delay in reply. I don't think this can be possible from front end without involving SQL dbo users table. If you found any other alternate please share here.
You can get site collection / sub site user details via

How to generate site wise report for multiple sites running on single MDEX

Hi all,
I have single instance of MDEX 6.2 and Exprience Manager.
I have created some pages in workbench and set the specific trigger for all pages.
These pages are called from 2 different sites I have differentiated these 2 site by user profile. All is working fine for me.
But, Now I want to show the reports, right now the reports are displaying with combination of both sites result.
Is there anyway which I can display reports with site wise.

Hi Sunil,
You need to customize the reporting. You can log site specific parameter [for example site=abc/xyz] and then update the reporting to read and display reports site-wise.

As I understand, the site web analytics reports cannot work in SharePoint 2010.
1. You could check the details about the error in the ULS log.
2. Install the hotfix that is dated June 29, 2010 to check if it can work.

No change of Quantity in ATP report for Return Purchase order

Hi,
There is an issue with ATP report. We have a customised report for ATP, the quanity is not changed in the ATP report for the return Purchase Order.
Will there be ATP carried out for the return purchaser orders.

this is to inform you that,
i think when goods are going from the company at that point of time ATP check it will do then when goods coming in to the company in form of returns at that point of time you dont need ATP check.
any how sit with ABAPER and debugg the program because if you are getting any values into Retuns ATP field.
that might be the issue with your requriment.

Report for OS Architecture

Anybody feel like creating a report for me in SCCM? :) I am clueless when it comes to SQL Report Builder. I need a report that shows OS Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit). I have found some links out there already with a few people who have done this
but they don't seem to have everything we need. Basically, I need the canned "Hardware 01A - Summary of computers in a specific collection" report slightly modified to also show the OS Architecture.
EDIT: I guess all I really need to know is what table or view this OS Architecture data resides in within SQL? I have a few in-house developers who would be able to assist me, but it's a matter of us knowing where the architecture data resides in so we can
join it.

Thanks again for all the help. We got it figured out. I pretty much used skywalker's code but had to modify it ever so slightly as it did not like one line of code. So I changed it out with Benoit's suggestion and it works great! I did end up hard coding

Crystal Reports for B1 on Hana version 9.0, Invalid column name DOCCODE

The steps that I followed

2.imported that into layout manager
3.Then tried to edit the file using Crystal report 2011 sp4

Report on Sites, Lists and Libraries with Unique Permissions

I would like to get a report on Sites, Pages, Lists, Libraries, Items and Documents under a Site Collection having Unique Permissions. What is the best way to accomplish that ?

Finally catch your meaning. In SharePoint 2010, uniquely secured objects can be displayed on the permission settings page of the parent object(see my screenshots here

). And as you may already know, it seems only show inheritance broken within a site. I found it does not show unique permission of sub sites in a site collection.
You may want something like a Broken Inheritance Report Jobs in SharePoint Administration Toolkit for SharePoint 2007 (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sharepoint/archive/2009/08/27/announcing-the-fourth-release-of-the-microsoft-sharepoint-administration-toolkit.aspx
). However, I had not found it in SharePoint Administration toolkit for SharePoint 2010.
If you are currently in need of this kind of reports, you may try third party tools such as that from the Lightingtools(I am not familiar with it and don’t know
if it will meet your requirement).
Or you can back up the content database from and restore it to test environment to query. With the help of SQL Server profiler, I found that the stored procedure proc_SecChangeToUniqueScope(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd358095(PROT.13).aspx
) is called when you break permission inheritance. You can find more information around this store procedure by searching:

Crystal Reports for VS2010 Prerequisites for ClickOnce Deployment

I keep getting this Error when publishing my application with clickonce even though I have Crystal Reports for VS2010 installed: I want the prerequisites to be downloaded from the same location as my app. Publishing fails with the following error.
The install location for prerequisites has not been set to 'component vendor's web site' and the file 'Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\CRRuntime_32bit_13_0.msi' in item 'SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Engine for .NET Framework 4.0' can not be located on disk.

If you wish to use the Eclipse IDE Software Updater:
1. Start Eclipse 3.4.1 (Gemini) IDE.

You should get back a XML file listed the current CR4E plugin and language packs versions. I simplified the code, *myResult("SELECT * FROM table") * is absolutely no problem ,
and this code is absolutely no problem in the "crystal report for eclipse "version 1
but in version 2 run error:

How to Block Account member in input reporting for some users?

Hi experts, i need to know if is possible to block input of values for some Users in the Account Dimension so that some users can input value in the report but other user cant do it.
I try to do this from "member access profile" but this option only allow you to define access right for one specifict parent o member.
I mean, is posible to asigned to Account Dimension a Propertie type "OWNER" like ENTITY?
For example: one user must to input value for the Account member "CASH", but other user dont, however i have to show the same input reporting for both users.

I would think you could do one of the following:
Either set account as a secured dimension. You would then define security profiles for all account groups and assign those to your users / teams as appropriate. Would take a while to setup initially, but if your users don't change that much it shouldn't be too difficult to manage once it's done.
Setup different input templates that only showed the accounts you wanted each group of users to see. Put the templates in different site folders and assign access to those sites as required. users would then only have access to open the template applicable to them. Would require that you basically make duplicate copies or your current template, modify and save to different site folders which could become a pain if the template requires changes (since you would now have to make the same change multiple times).
Setup a macro in the current template so that you need to enter a password to unlock the send commands for the respective accounts. I don't know if it can be setup to support multiple passwords - assuming it can, password 1 would unlock all accounts, password 2 would only unlock CASH accounts, password 3 would only unlock LIABILITY accounts, etc. You then distribute the passwords to the users as appropriate.

How do you get your site removed from the reported attack sites list?

Our site https://mail.ccgs.nsw.edu.au/owa appears to be on the 'reported attack sites' or reported web forgeries' lists and is getting blocked in Firefox. This is a mater of urgency as we use Firefox as our web browser in this organization and there is a site wide outage, none of our staff can use their webmail. How do we get removed from this list?
When we have the site in the "Allowed Sites" list it still does not load.
When we un-tick "Block reported attack sites" and "Block reported web forgeries" the site works. Though we do not want to untick these for our users for security purposes.

I am not seeing this problem currently with that URL. Firefox refreshes the site list from Google quite frequently. You can check for new files in the following folder and if they are not getting refreshed, I suppose you could try deleting them.
C:\Users\''username''\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\''profilename''\safebrowsing
Note that this is under the Local branch (location of cache) and not the Roaming branch (location of preferences, extensions, etc.)

Crystal Reports for VS 2010 Keeps asking to convert how to stop it?

I have converted a Web Application from VS2008 to VS2010. I downloaded and installed the VS2010 Visual Studio version and the conversion seems to have gone alright and after the conversion a dialog box came up to ask if I wanted to convert Crystal reports from a previous version to 2010. I said yes and everything seems to work including the reports in the converted site.
However, now every time I open the solution in VS2010 the same dialog box pops up asking me if I want to convert the Crystal Reports to version 2010. I saw an other similar question by a user but the answers he got were not applicable to my sutuation.
The environment we have is TFS 2010 based and I created a new branch of the solution in quetsion and did the conversion using VS2010 as described above.
It may be that I have to make some manula changes to some files to set a flag that the reports are already converted? I may have to do this manually?
So the question is how do I get rid of / disable the dialog box asking me to convert each time.
P.S. I saw references to a beta version on Crystal Reports for VS2010 I have never had this on my computer. However, I do have both VS2008 and Crystral Reports 2008 and VS2010 and Crystal Reports 2010 loaded on my computer and I will need both installed for the time being until conversion to VS2010 is complete.

All I need to know is what it is that the CR for 2010 software looks at to determine that an upgrade is required.
- Not as simple as that. There are all kinds of variables that may cause the issue; from runtime, to references to web.config to VS2010 and so on...
1) make sure the config file has only assemblies of version 13.x referenced.
2) download the [Modules|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip] utility and see if your project is loading any older versions of CR runtime
3) uninstall CRVS2010, do a repair on VS2010, reinstall CRVS2010
