2. I want to write the EPC value on the RFID tag using the handheld but its not happening
3. does the RFID handheld returns any value when EPC written succesfully on the tag ( such as tag written successfully )

I'm facing the following issue in ITS Mobile service. where the white spaces between the form elements are not reduced though ~DYNPRO_COMPRESSION is set to 1.
The solution i nthe following thread SAP ITS Mobile - Layout Styling Issue works fine for custom programs, but my internet service makes use of standard programs , so it is not advisable to edit the standard programs. And also tried to constrict the gaps by using a custom css-stylesheet, but all the efforts in vain.

RFID Tag reading thru Sensormatic RFID reader

All,
Did any body tested the Sensormatic RFID reader with AII ? How to test the HTTP connection between the reader and AII ? We have configured the HTTP RFC destination in SAP AII. But when we read the TAG from the reader, we are not able trace any response from the reader. How to configure the reader ? How will the Reader understand and send the info to AII. Anybody configured the Sensormatic RFID reader for the outband slap & ship scenario. Thanks.

RFID tag reading failed - MI 7.0, MAM 3.0

Hello at all,
I try to make RFID available for Mi7.0 SR14, MAM3.0 SR5, DB2e, Windows Mobile 5, RFID Reader - Microsensys CFCard, Passive Tags (non metal and on metal9).
Currently I don't be able to read any RFID tag. The standard software of RFID scanner manufacturer can read them without any problems. I got the technical details of tags from manufacturer of tags too (see pirfmsycfcrd.tagcfg).
So my questions are:
Why the standard MAM application cannot identify the tags at least?
What can be wrong in my configuration or what I did wrong?
How we can write Tags inital for MAM? Software?
Please take a look to the details of my scenario below:

based on our conversation on the phone:
Have a look here: SAP NOte: 734102
It tells you what is necessars to get it working. I guess in your case the vendor does not deliver the correct driver for the SAP framework. As I said, you need the exact driver for the SAP driver framework. Cause it was not available in our case, we had to develop that one from scratch. But the model you use - if you ask the person that sells it, he was very helpful in our case as well and it was only a question of a few days to get it working correctly with our own JNI Implementation.

Tag commis from SAP AII - Printronix sl5000 r ?

I am trying to print a label from SAP AII 5.1 . We are using Printronix sl5000 r RFID Printer .
1. As per the Configuration guide i have configured the Spool Administaration :Output Device as in Device Attributes i have Selected Device Type as LB_ZEB :Zebra label printer IBM850 .
But i coludn't find the Device Type for Printronix.
2 . In Acces Method 's Tab Host Spool Access Method , I have selected the Access method as U:Print Using Berkeley Protocal .Will it work for Printronix ?
3. if pre deployed label formats exists in Printroniox ( as xxxxxx.PGL file ), Do i need to use the name of that xxxxxx as Label format name assigment in SAP AII ?

VBA automation to read from SAP

Does anyone know how to read from an SAP screen using VBA code? I am NOT referring to reading from a table like VBAK, MARA etc.
The requirement is to enter a transaction code lets say VA03/VA43, enter a document/order number and read the contents of the screen using the screen field name like VBELN, KUNNR etc.

I am not familiar with tath screen so you might need more code in wnd[0]/usr/ctxtSOMEFIELDNAME if there are multiple tabs.
It will be a lot easier to make SAP record the script: ALT+F12 -> "Script Recording and Playback", etc then go to the file which is saved in your local SAP directory and see what SAP did.

ADOBE - Why is the meta "viewport" tag missing from the jQuery Mobile Web starter pages?

I'm just starting to play with mobile and responsive web design. I worked out a mobile version of an existing site which looked good locally but when I uploaded it the site appeared miniaturized and not optimized for small viewports. All the text, images, buttons, etc - were tiny on the iPhone screen when the site was supposed to adapt to the small screen. It took me a few hours of hair pulling to find out that the most important tag of all was missing:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
Why on earth would Adobe tout that their web dev application has features to springboard mobile design if the starter pages don't even include the fundamental tag that makes a site viewable on mobile screens ??
Is my version of Dreamweaver missing something? Version 12/build 5861, Mac OS X 10.7.5 ? Or has someone at Adobe forgot to test this product? Or am I just crazy (besides being mad as hell)?

Key is not visible in SQL 2012 R2 when query is read from SAP BI

I have a query in sap bi which has variables where key and text is displayed as per screen shot 1. How ever the same query is triggered from SQL 2012 r2 the key is not visible but text is visible as per screenshot 2 . Could any one suggest how the key will be displayed by there end(SQL).

RFID tag detection failure on Logout and Login to MI Client

We have implemented RFID in our MAM3.0 ; application. Every thing is working fine after login to client and could read the data from the tag. But once logout from the client (by clicking on logout from MI client) and login again, I am unable to read the data from the RFID tag. Seems that it is not connecting to the RFID reader. I am getting CAF exception and RFID read exception.
I am using MI2.5 SP 21 Client

Actually i do not have idea on this. But i got the below information from one of the web site related to SAP. It may helpful to you.
You could create dataset in application server with
certain format, ex. : Hp-id Message ( 9999-999999Hello ),
then you could use external command via FM
RSPX_COMMAND_EXECUTE to execute the external command.
The external command we used was Unix external command.
This external command will take the dataset data you
created and send the SMS.
Cooperate with your Basis expert.
