tl;dr WHY YOU CANCELED MY ORDER?!

I was waiting for "Good news. Your order is ready and waiting" email. However, after a week, I was like... there was something REALLY WRONG.
I digged my e-mail. Found out that my pre-order had been CANCELED!
Time Stamps...

I was pre-order during the 10% Cash Back bonus too. This mean that, not only I lose my pre-order bonus, BUT also the huge bonus points for myBestBuy program!

After waiting to receive good news about your order being ready for pick up, I’m sure you were greatly disappointed to receive the cancelation notice. I am sorry for any dissatisfaction this experience ordering online may have caused.
I have carefully reviewed your canceled online order and concluded that your order was canceled due to limited availability. I have reached out to the store and asked them to double check their available inventory since I do see that you had a preorder, as soon as I receive an update from the store, I will let you know.
